@Incognito_D eshop cards are still widely used with Switch too, so it’ll just be a bit harder. It’s unfortunate, but goes to show they aren’t selling much on those eshops right now.

@Racthet916 a great game and very influential indeed! I think it has aged a bit though, but considering it 20+ years old, that’s not a knock against it!

I am surprised that it doesn’t connect to a dock though...I know the leaks said it wouldn’t, but I still thought it might. Why lose the opportunity to sell a spare dock? Of course, then you’d bring the price up almost to a regular model, but it would be something that could be purchased months later.

I, for one, am completely satisfied with their online services with the Switch. Especially from a cost perspective, it really is a great deal.

Penguin Wars was one of my favorite Gameboy games! It’s great! Wish the new one was cheaper, but definitely a fun game!

@Moroboshi876 i agree about the 3ds screen. I still have to finish my games in Ultra Sun, and Bravely Default 2, and it’s really hard to go back. I would’ve also liked to buy Metroid 2 remake, but I just don’t know if I can do it at his point.

@Wanjia I would bet an upcoming kart release starring a certain bandicoot might have something to do with Team Sonic Racing’s inclusion.

Also, I did use a voucher! I’m thinking about Dragon Quest Builders 2 or Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 for the 2nd voucher.

I can play this with the original release on ps1, or an old computer, or several systems through psn. I could even play it in Japanese, as I bought the import. But, that all seems like a bunch or work to me, and I haven’t replayed this in like 7 years. I’m super excited! It will feel back home on Nintendo! With the correct button layout you!

I know this game divided fans, but it sits at the top of my favorite games of all time! (There are probably a half dozen games up there, and they take turns being top dog .)

Plus, I believe the end boss to be one of, if not the best FF villain!

I hope the FFs don’t stop coming, most of the first 6 are all solid!

@LetsGoSwitch it will be I think. It’s listed as a future game available with the vouchers. All the other games are $50-$60 sans discounts.

I wish it was easier to buy different colored joy cons. These blue slime ones are awesome!!

@PorllM that’s true-I could get another 128 card for about $20 (I’m in the states). I guess that’s my preference of not wanting to change the card out. I could spend like $40 and get a 256...which would last me an extra year probably. Or maybe I should just search until a bug card is on sale!

@PorllM 32 gb is not irrelevant. I have a 128 gb card, there goes 1/4 of the memory for one game. Once you start getting higher than this, the price really starts blowing up. If I had the tb card, then I agree 32gb wouldn’t seem so bad.

I really enjoy AC, but a delay here isn’t one that bugs me too much. I think because of the relaxing nature of the game.

@LordMolecule @Gerald I don’t mind the left stick being on the bottom-at least they are symmetrical! The asymmetrical controllers bug me. That’s my only complaint with the switch pro controller, and why I like using the WiiU pro.

I have a converter to use my WiiU pro controller on switch and I love it! I might be open to getting another one

The things that are looked down upon here (random encounters, pre rendered backgrounds, the battle system) are the parts I enjoy the most! Wish we could get this stuff back...or even a FF more like 4-6!

@Burning_Spear I believe before Whip Lash came out they said that that game would have to perform well or they might put the series on hiatus. But, yeah, I could see it being something along those lines.

This is awesome! Might have to get a set! I’ve been going for a complete set. Luckily had the foresight to get some titles before they blew up in price (Clayfighter Sculptors Cut-I’m looking at you).
