Re: Review: SEGA AGES Puyo Puyo - You Can't Polish A Puyo This Plain

"We’ve now reached the tenth game in the Sega Ages series, and it’s safe to say the project has been a resounding success"

Releases coming out months late, a mixed bag of readily available titles in other, cheaper collections and games that aren't deserving of re-releases alongside the fact that M2 refuses to release Saturn, Naomi, Dreamcast, Model 2 or 3 games?

I don't think I'd call it a success...

Re: Review: SEGA AGES Gain Ground - A Commendable Failure, But A Failure Nonetheless

Given the overwhelmingly negative review, I'm surprised this still got a 5.

Tbh the SEGA AGES collection on switch is kinda bumming me out. It feels like most of the titles are either re dos of Sega 3D classics or or just games that aren't all that exciting. The only real "wow" release was Thunder Force IV and maybe Virtua Racing and there just doesn't seem to be much else to get excited about on top of the drip feed of titles...

Re: Six More Sega Ages Games Announced For Nintendo Switch

Gotta be honest, outside of WB and HZ this is kinda disappointing. . . Arcade shinobi isn't great and the rest are a bit underwhelming too. It's hard to get excited when the line seems to be intentionally avoiding model 2, 3, Naomi, Saturn, and DC games and is so behind schedule...

Re: Review: Garou: Mark of the Wolves (Switch eShop / Neo Geo)

As one of the biggest fans of SNK and this game in particular I have to strongly disagree with this review.

Shipping a fantastic fighting game without a TRAINING mode or even ONLINE PLAY should knock serious points off of this version of the game. Espec. when other platforms have smiliarly priced editions with online and training (and achievements!).

Re: Fatal Fury Punches Onto The Switch eShop Next Week

"Produced to compete with Capcom's legendary Street Fighter II"

Not true! Fatal Fury was made by ex-Capcom staffers who worked on Street Fighter 1! It wasn't made as a reaction to SFII and was actually developed in tandem and released the same year.
