I never know about Ys. I tried one of the Vita ones, and liked it for a few hours and then get really bored, especially found it repetitive, and many of the characters annoyed me.

But I want to like it. It feels like I should like it. tempted to try again.

Most anticipated game of the year for me a this point. The first is probably my favorite PS3 game.

Although I can't tell if you're being serious about "stumbled upon a rather odd Disney movie called TRON" - was it possible to avoid Tron when it was released? It was huge! And has been pretty huge and influential since then.

... or am I just a huge obsessive TRON geek?

I've been playing this almost exclusively since taking a chance on it on release Day. Its absolutely fantastic. The pacing is perfect with each run remaining incredibly thrilling and satisfying.

Most disappointing Nintendo E3 in many years. After not really touching PS4 in a year and a half, I came away from E3 with a list of 6 exciting PS4 games and 0 Switch games.

haven't actually bought Splatoon 2, since I tired of the first rather fast, even though I liked it a fair bit.

But I kind of wish I could buy this as stand alone! Its more appealing to me than the main game.

I find rotating pixels in pixel art incredibly sad to look at.

I was happily surprised by Oxenfree. Was not convinced enough by reviews until it went on a sale. Ended up entirely engrossed in it. Absolutely loved everything except the loading times.

Definitely will try this one.

Honestly - will only try Fornite on Switch if I do not need to hear other players. Voice chat is a hard no fro me.

I remember really enjoying the first couple of hours of this, all those years ago. Problem was that I could stop. And quickly, it got boring pretty fast.

No music ever please.

I enjoyed it in PS4 for a bit but after a couple of hours I found it pretty dull and repetitive.

Looking forward to it. Unfortunately it will be missing my favourite thing about transformed on Wii U - local 2 player with 2 screens.

I love the simplicity of the store, so I'm not really keen on much of this.

The one thing I really want is a cart so I can pile in a whole lot of stuff and then discard til I'm happy with the price. I actually feel like Nintendo has missed a lot of sales form me becasue of this.

Load times seem to be a very common issue on Switch. Painful on Oxenfree, load times have basically stopped my enjoyment of Night in the Woods. And several reviews have mentioned them lately.

I have to admit that I was disappointed by this. Just finished it 2 days ago. Its beautiful, but there's so many irritations in the gameplay I found myself often wondering how it was released without more refinement. Example - enemies you run straight into as the screen moves to the next area. Or that jump/fly/stop flying are on one button, but flying can also be initiated by pressing up while jumping just leads to endless accidental falls.

Still, good for them and I'm still glad I played it. But I wanted to LOVE it, and just couldn't

OMG, I had missed that this was coming to Switch! I'm so happy. I loved the first one (2nd was OK, but so gimped by being on PSP). Had been wondering how I would ever find time to play it on PS4.

Not since the PS4? You make me feel old, it's as though that was just a few years ago!

So intrigued by this. But I don't like rogue likes or rhythm games especially. So will likely wait for a sale before risking it. But it sure looks great

Their entire approach to Nindies says otherwise. It’s not a bad thing, but they market them this way, give them space in presentations under this banner etc etc.

I probably own more versions of Magical Drop 3 than any other game.

And I will get it again. These Hamster ports are fantastic.

In my opinion if there was any more to it it would be hard to recommend. Its short length and lack of padding make it a pleasure to play. It respects your time.

(Not a treat. No that special edition seems hugely overpriced and totally pointless. For awesome special edition, see Xenoblade 2. I really wanted to be excited for this, the rerelease of my favourite action game, but I'm really disappointed)

I really enjoyed it on Vita. No reason to get it again, but fun little game.

Time to buy a second Switch!

Missing Hellfire. Inexcusable, especially for its music.

Fusion is great, but I found Zero Mission to be significantly better.

Not necessarily my type of thing, but will buy simply because I want more games you can play in a single sitting!

As well as shorter games suiting my busy schedule, I think it's so much easier to take a chance on a game when you can push through an experience , rather than being drip fed content for 2 hours before getting bored and quitting.

Since half the games on Switch are Wii U games it seems to indicate that the failure is more with perception and marketing.

I love the Wii U. One of my favorite consoles ever, and I still play it, especially still going back to 3D World, which will likely appear on Switch soon.

That actually looks pretty cool. I've not bought a tennis game since Davis Cup on the Megadrive. Might be time.

Loved the sound of this. Tried on PS4 . Did not turn me into a gibbering mess. Instead I turned it off. I just did not think its any fun.

Looks like I might. Need a 2nd Switch!
