I am once again thrown in the Souls pit. I started Dark Souls 1 again and I just beat Ornstein and Smough. Why are these games so damn good?!
The games I decided to play if master Miyazaki lets me are: Pokemon HeartGold (Totodile is chosen and ready to destroy some gyms!), Project Warlock AND after MANY delays the Claire A/Leon B run in Resident Evil 2 (N64)!
Yesterday I finally got Blasphemous 2 for the PS5. I already finished it on the Switch, but it is so good that I will 100% it on PS5 as well. The sculpture I made of the Penitent One completes my Collector's Edition
And on the side, I will play Kingdoms of Amalur, and I will start as a mage.
If there is time AND mood, I will continue my playthrough of Singularity which is a TRUE hidden gem! I highly recommend it!
@TYRANACLES I have only watched it and I must say I love the aesthetics of the game! It looks like Bloodborne from the N64 era
@Pastellioli I bought it from an online art store It is 30 pages, toned 275GSM paper and this drawing is just one of the 30 in it I love Alexander and I decided to dedicate a page just for him (it is not a cover art). I drew it with alcohol markers
@JohnnyMind It is a nice 3DS game. The 3D effect is there but it is not something immersive. Also, the opponent likes to talk about his/her every move, just like in the anime And it is not that expensive for a 3DS game I would recommend it to every Yu-Gi-Oh! fan.
Still my favorites are Legacy of the Duelist, GX Duel Academy for the GBA and World Tournament 2006 again for the GBA
Another week consumed by Elden Ring Finally started Shadow of the Erdtree and it is fantastic! The DLC alone is better than many Fully-fledged games out there
If my time permits (which is doubt) I will play some Nightmare Reaper and Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal
@Joeynator3000 Agree. I can even go further by saying that they benefit from non-profit projects and fan art as they could use it to their advantage. Basically, free ideas and designs.
Some of them even better than the original ones That is why some companies allow mods!
None. When I play a game from past generations, I do not try to find ways it does not hold up. It is actually better that was because you can experience the control schemes or saving methods from that era.
When I see the words "We made it for modern audience/gamers" I want to punch those people in the face really hard, then again, and again ... oh and again.
And for side activities, if the Elden Ring releases me from its grip for a second, are DooM Eternal on the Switch and Castlevania Order of Ecclesia! (DAMN I want a Castlevania DS Collection for modern consoles!!!)
After the challenging Hollow Knight, I will relax with some mayhem in GTA V.
And on the side, I will start a second playthrough of Link's Awakening Remake and I will make some progress in Link Between Worlds!
My copy of Shadow of the Erdtree will come next week and I will start a fresh NEW journey in Elden Ring on PS5, so small game sessions with the games above will give me some good vibes before the carnage
Happy gaming everyone!!!
UPDATE!!!
My copy arrived EARLY just now (2 minutes ago) before posting! Mmmmmmm
@Rpg-lover Today I beat the broken vessel (i think that was its name). And my last boss was Nosk (again I think that is the name). Now I am gathering geo to get my 3rd nail upgrade.
I am really into Hollow Knight. It will be my main focus! Currently I am exploring the Royal Waterways (beat the Dung Defender) after being in the Crystal Peak. I also have the Tram ticket from Deepnest. Really awesome game!
In the meantime, I will play some Castlevania III Dracula's Curse, damn it is a hard game! And maybe I will wander around aimlessly in Morrowind and Johto (Pokemon Heartgold).
This weekend I will finally try out Baldur's Gate 3. I think I will start with a dwarf
On the side I am trying to finish The Outer Worlds on the Switch JUST from the cartridge to be 100% sure that the game is playable from start to finish without any updates (even if there is "internet required" on the front of the box!). Currenly somewhere in the middle of the game (I have to find some chemicals for Phineas)
I will start my Claire A - Leon B run of Resident Evil 2
And If I find some time I will chip away some chapters in Half-Life 2.
I finished the main story in Skyrim and now I am starting Dawnguard. I have played it before but only once and now I have craving for beating Bethesda games!
I will also start Oblivion. I have never played more than an hour of the game so it will be exciting!
And for chilling I will play Symphony of the Night and Link Between Worlds
I for one like LRG. If there is a way to get a physical edition of a good game and they are the only ones making it, I do not see the problem. Yes, you wait for very long times, yes, it is expensive but that is a "luxury" item nowadays.
Nobody is forcing people to buy from them. Just enjoy your digital version.
This weekend will be awesome!
I have advanced a little in Fallout New Vegas and I've started doing quests for Mr. House.
I have craving for some Assassin's Creed Odyssey. This will be my second run
And finally I got my Castlevania Advance Collection for the Switch ... it is perfect! Even for a 100th time it never get's old! Castlevania is THE BEST thing to happen in the gaming world!
My storage solution is working for now. Those are all of my Switch games and my main modern consoles. The retro consoles are on the other side of this cabinet.
1. With the PS5 update I have started a new Fallout 4 run (AGAIN!) and I just saved Nick Valentine. 2. I am continuing to advance in Serious Sam The Second Encounter. 3. Some casual play in Castlevania Portrait of Ruin 4. And a little Link to the Past
Fallout 4 - more aimless wandering in the Commonwealth. Resident Evil Revelations 2 - this time on the PS Vita. Currently I am on chapter 1 of the Barry storyline. Half-Life 2 - started a new game with the intention to make a full screenshot journey of my playthrough. Machinarium - I really like the art style of that game! Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist - I will advance a couple of "episodes" in the storyline! Currently I am on season 2.
I will continue my playthrough of Clive Barker's Undying on the Steam Deck.
I will FINALLY start Baldur's Gate 1!
And for some casual fun I will swing around the city in Spider-Man 2. Even if it is all covered in symbiote sludge it looks safer than its real counterpart
I am sure that they will try to make a handheld that asks you to submit your government ID and fingerprints to make a special account otherwise you can't go to the dashboard
After the Xbox 360 their motto became "Let's make it like the others BUT worse!"

@Yalloo Thank you! It turned out it is a nice tradition here and in PS
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (3rd August)
This weekend I will relax with some Heroes of Might and Magic V on the Steam Deck. I love all HoMM games, so it is a hard choice to pick just one
I will beat couple of bosses in one of my saves in Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow for the 1000th time It is Castlevania after all!
And finally, I will continue my playthrough in Blasphemous 2 on the PS5
Happy gaming everyone!!!

Re: Poll: Box Art Brawl: Duel - Gargoyle's Quest II: The Demon Darkness
The JP one is a mess. You have to look closely to see what is happening. My vote went for the NA/EU.

Re: Video: Mojang Reveals What Goes Into Making A Minecraft Painting
I do not get the Minecraft hate. This game is special. It is creative and wonderfully relaxing.
Is it the graphics? Graphics are a low priority for true gamers.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (13th July)
@CRB1984 I was banned and that is why I was late. And I was a little angry about it so let's leave it at that
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (13th July)
Pokemon Leaf Green as I have not yet finished it.
Starting new run in Bioshock 1 and I will try Super Mario 64.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (6th July)
@Pastellioli Aren't oil pastels messy? And you have the chance to smudge your art or they dry and become solid?

@Diogmites Old but awesome game! Especially when you get a new weapon for your class and start to practice its unique combo moves

@Tasuki Yes, unfortunately. You can go the emulation route and I will not judge you

@Arcata The DS games are not in any collection for now. I am hoping this year Konami changes this
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (30th March)
More Resident Evil 3 Nemesis!
RDR2 in First Person View
Alien Isolation for some "chill" time

Re: Talking Point: What's Your Perfect Sunday Morning Game?
@Arcata I have all of them and I am playing them again and again in no particular order
I find Dawn of Sorrow really relaxing to play every time I pick it up.
Re: Talking Point: What's Your Perfect Sunday Morning Game?
Any of the metroidvania Castlevania games. They are so damn relaxing! And you can play most of them in BED!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (23rd March)
Studying for next weeks exam BUT ...
Dune 2000 on the Steam Deck. It is really addictive
Continuing with Resident Evil 3 Nemesis after couple of restarts.
Training in Sekiro so I could suck less ...
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (16th March)
After the amazing Resident Evil 2 it is time for Resident Evil 3 Nemesis to be conquered!
I will also die many times in Castlevania Rondo of Blood!
And inspired by Dune Part II, I will play Dune II Battle for Arrakis!
Happy gaming everyone!
