I had the demo on my PS3 and intended to buy it but i kinda forgot it existed. I guess if it's coming to switch I'll finally get it on there then. Whatever happened to Bloodrayne anyway? The second game was awesome then she just fell off the face of the earth.

Oh would you guys stop it with the new switch rumor articles! You're going to look pretty silly when nothing is announced except games. You think writing up these stories everyday is going to make it happen or something?

Every year around this time people get all fired up about new hardware when it's the games you should be excited about.

Oh and the name new nintendo switch sounds about as good as new super mario bros. Yeah real original.

I might care if I could actually download anything no thanks to the recent instability update. How bout fixing that Nintendo? Any time now would be nice.

I'd love a mario Rabbids sequel! I almost never play this type of RPG but somehow adding mario with rabbids made it fun. Remember when everybody cringed and thought it would be awful? They were like yuck rabbids! Well if they found one way for them not to be totally annoying this was it! Still need to finish the DK add on.

I'm down for Ninja gaiden. I could wait for a patch but I hear it's already in the works so might as well grab it now.

Why is this the most negative review i can find online? None of the others even mention these drastic performance issues that are apparently in the switch version. Besides this stuff can be patched if needed. A 5/10 is too low a score and seems a bit nitpicky if you ask me. As if they ran flawlessly on their original release but this review acts like they did.

Maybe those original games that got good reviews weren't so flawless but nostalgia and the fact that they were new made people remember otherwise. Either way It's annoying and silly to compare an old game to modern ones unless it was supposed to be updated to modern standards. These were not and no one ever said they would be.

Oh so these got glowing reviews when they were new but now they're average? It kinda urks me when a game is received well on it's original release but suddenly on newer hardware it becomes average on the reviews. Oh and yes I'm referring to the sigma and Razors edge versions because even those got good reviews back in the day. If you loved a game when it was on older hardware you shouldn't feel any different about it on modern consoles unless it was a horribly butchered port.

To heck with this review. If you go in expecting a modern experience up to today's standards then you must have forgotten you're not playing a modern game duh!

As for them not being NG black or whatever I still have my Xbox with the original game so I'm good. It's not that big a deal to me really. The games are great nomatter which version.

Yes but as far as Nintendo consoles go it's my favorite mistake! It is still a good system despite what people who gave up on it early will have you believe. The real disasters were Sega saturn, Virtual boy, Sega 32X, Atari Jaquar etc.

As for that old Zelda demo yeah still waiting to play that game. Why does it look better than the only new zelda game we ever actually got on Wii U?

The game was easy to begin with. As much as i loved most of it the game still had it's issues and the 3D stuff was still pretty bad just like every other sonic made in the last 15 or so years. It probably does rank as the least horrible modern sonic though. I'll give it that.

Is anybody else sick of waiting for season 4? I know i am. At this rate they'll have to rename the show to older things.

I need to get back to this. I got sidetracked playing other stuff but what i played of the original seemed great.
I just hope the sequel doesn't have the constant delays, development issues and shoddy performance at launch. Don't release it until it's finished and running like it's supposed to.

Probably a compilation but I'd take a new game too. I just ask one thing. Please if it's a collection include the one on gamecube also. A seriously underrated Hidden gem!

Yeah and all the games added suck! Great Job Nintendo! This is worse than the slow drip feeding we were getting with the VC on Wii and Wii U. At least then it was maybe 3 games a week. Now it's 3-5 games maybe 3 times a year.
This is supposed to be the evolution of what was the virtual console?

Oh well a full Nes and Snes library can be downloaded online in about 10 minutes. It's better than waiting years for Nintendo to add the games you want. Thank goodness for my modded Nes and Snes classic mini's!

Honestly why would Nintendo make an upgraded switch at this point when the full on successor is likely only a couple years away if that? Seems like a pretty pointless and wasteful thing to do if you ask me. Wouldn't people who bought the upgrade feel cheated? Especially if it had exclusives and lasted a year before being quickly replaced.

There isn't going to be a switch pro! Stop saying switch pro! That's more of a sony thing to call an upgraded system a "pro" version. Besides Nintendo isn't that boring with their system names. Might as well say the Switch successor will be called Nintendo 8.

Yes but if you're even thinking about buying an old game odds are you already have nostalgia for it and liked it as originally released bugs, lower framerate and all.

Some people ain't happy unless it's perfect. Maybe it did need a patch but this is a 16 year old game. What were they expecting? If it was a brand new game i wouldn't be as meh about it. Standards are higher today.

Too bad witcher 4 won't be on switch. You'll have to wait for switch 2 for that. We were lucky they even got this one running on the thing.

Sonic 3 was always my favourite and its even better coupled with sonic and knuckles! I remember in the days of it's original release McDonald's had this promotional contest thing going on where you could win the game. I was one of the lucky few who won my very own copy!

I'm amazed the battery hasn't died already! One time I plugged in my mario 64 and all my saves wouldn't show then after I blew the dust out of it they reappeared. That scared me.

My original Nes Zelda cart still works and has the save file on it from my first playthrough. Now what's this about my carts going bad? Yeah I think I'm good.

I should really get back to playing Kotor but the battle system kinda isn't working for me. It's way too confusing sometimes. I hear the second game is supposed to be pretty good but it was also rushed and loaded with bugs as well as having alot of unfinished content. These are supposed to be the ultimate star wars RPG's so why am i not loving them? Maybe i just waited too long to play them and they are too dated for newcomers. I don't know.

I notice that picture doesn't include a single character from the sequels. I Would say NB4 Disney ruined star wars but it looks like i was too late.

Whatever I've been there since the highest and lowest points and i still don't hate any of it. Star wars will always be a part of me. It got crazy and really stupid sometimes way before Disney but i Wouldn't have it any other way! May the 4th be with you!

You guys at Nintendolife must think if you keep posting articles about it Nintendo will suddenly announce this alleged switch pro. If such a thing even exists I can just about guarantee it's not going to be called switch pro. That name isn't Nintendo enough.

Wow I have little to no interest in most of these games and the ones I do are rereleases of old games. The switch seems to be in a rut lately. Is it just me?

Kinda unfortunate they want to end it already but I guess they don't want it to get stale. I mean how many times can they rehash plots about dracula being ressurected? The games do it over and over but as a show people would get bored.

When i was a kid I used to play mom sold my game. No seriously she'd sell my games to buy weed and booze. Came home from school one day and my super Nintendo was gone. I kid you not!

If they keep making the games and the quality doesn't dip dramatically I'll be playing mario until they bury me.

I've been getting teased about still playing his games probably since high school though. When i went to pick up my original copy of mario galaxy at launch the clerk who was probably half my age was giving me crap about it. I was 28 at the time.

I guess he thought i wasn't cool because i wanted mario instead of the latest call of duty. Ignorant punk!

Yeah that was a smart idea. NOT! A pizza eventually ends up in the toilet. A switch you can keep forever. That kid is going to regret that decision unless his dad is cool enough to still get him the switch later anyway.

Dang! I remember when my local toys R, us had an N64 set up where you could try it out. I stood in line to buy it on release day in the rain for an hour. Still got my gold cart of OOT and MM!

Love it or hate it at least it's better than MK Annihilation. That's gotta count for something.

As a huge fan of the game series i will always have fond memories of the original movie but at the same time i now see just how cheesy and awful it was. The costumes, the horrible CGI and the acting were all pretty terrible. Don't be blinded by nostalgia. They did a much better job this time around.

At least it was rated R and kept the gore that made the series so popular in the first place. Oh and the fights are way better too!

Totally agree! Everybody was dogging Nintendo for the tiny discs but i thought they were adorable!

I just keep the games i love and intend to play more than once and all my systems. I will not sell my consoles. You never know when you might want to play them again.

These people that gotta have a full library from whatever system though they are definitely nuts. I mean come on even the mary kate and ashley games or Dora the explorer? If you're hoarding those you do have a problem.

Because it's fun duh! If you're into gaming, not married or childless like me what else are you supposed to do with your time?

I guess the only drawbacks are if you got a girl/guy who just doesn't get the hobby or wants to change you or talk you into selling your stuff to suit their needs.

I suppose the real scary thing is what happens to your collection after your dead and gone? All that massive clutter that some other poor sucker will have to deal with if you live to be 90. At least that won't be your problem anymore.

I'm not even a fire emblem fan but it doesn't bother me that the characters are in there. How bout a mod that removes anyone with a sword? That would be half the roster right there!
