First one is still my go to on Steam Deck now that Valve fixed the controller disconnect. Would be interested in pro controller 2 if and when i get a Switch 2 so we can have two for family night.

Pretty amazing that the Switch 2 is a little smaller than the Steam Deck. And that handheld is a big boy.

My biggest ask is finally coming to modern platforms.

I want a Ridge Racer Type 4 remaster on modern platforms.

Just give me a HD-2D remake with the script untouched.

Started the Empire of the Rising sun campaign on C&C Red Alert 3. But i’m starting with Metroid Prime 1 this weekend. Never played the series and MP4 comes out in a few months.

Nintendo being nintendo by not only locking their soundtracks on a app, but requiring a Switch Online subscription.

That’s my thought to. But i’m sure there are plenty of normies who never heard of a steamdeck.

Instead of one game, why not show off several launch titles on portable mode? Halo or fallout collection would be a dream come true on the Switch 2.

@vio i was looking at it from the perspective of my nintendo account. Saw somewhere else that you have to pay for it. My fault on that.

I remember these being a big deal 15 years ago. Glad to see them finally coming to Nintendo. Hopefully we get part 2 on the Switch 2 successor.

@vio pretty much this. I forgot i had Doom on my switch. And i see it’s 100% off. Is this across the board for everyone or just for people who bought the original Doom on switch?

Love the update on my Steamdeck. Was expecting more Quake updates before we get Doom updated.

I want them to do the same with Wolfenstein 3D and Heretic/Hexen.

Not sure if ID can count as a small company. They are a company, owned by a company, who’s owned by one of the largest tech companies in existence. But I will take any good will towards game preservation.

Amazing one of the worse culprits of MTX is top selling game.

I’m playing the game for the first time on my Steam deck with the 64 rom and retro achievements. The single stick drives me crazy. Really want to olay it as is before getting into the pc port.

The goldeneye one i played a few years ago with K&M was alot of fun.

No longer do i have to emulate any of these games. MvC2 has been a want for the last several years. Day 1 purchase for sure.

I’m actually happy with the amount of old stuff that is coming back. After the PS3/360/wii generation, I haven’t liked many new games since. So getting a lot of re-releases from that generation and older really makes me happy. If we get BC, I hope to eventually have all Zelda games playable on the Switch 2.

But, I’d love to see Elden Ring, Cyberpunk, and the rest of the metal gear games playable on Switch 2.

Already got it downloaded from the high seas, safe from the Big N’s grip.

I expect the Sonic rom hacks to include these in the future.

Not sure why people thought that Arkham Knight would be a good idea. The game still struggles to run on a lot of modern PCs. Putting that game on ps3/360 like hardware wasn’t a good idea

@HeadPirate Fans need to gatekeep harder when it comes to how properties are handled. When you have a show runner that disregard lore for modern day messaging, of course fans are going to be pissed. And rightfully so.

To me, I like the TV world more than the Tartarus. Characters and music are better in 3.
