@nintendork64 ya, I am going to get Animal Crossing too but this will be my first time playing one of those games. I am looking forward to it too.

@Dm9982 Ya, I love playing games for their story or gameplay but I am going to have to stop buying so many games. I might just stick with the triple AAA games and some indies. You know with how many good games are coming out, I wonder if this would be considered the Golden Age for gaming. I dunno.

I am not sure when this started to happen to me but I am finding out that I am collecting games instead of playing them. For the longest time, I've liked doing almost everything in a game before moving on to another game. I admit I am slow but now I think I am going to have to play games a lot faster because my backlog is so huge. It's either slow down or ask gaming companies to not come out with anything this year. :/

Some of the anime covers are good and some I'd rather have as the western cover. It's like Dragon Quest. We all know that Dragon Quest is actually Dragonball Z but medieval era. The characters from Dragonball Z gathered all the Dragonballs and wished the world was more like fantasy and then poof, it was so. I could be mistaken but there's only a 98% chance that I am wrong.

Well there's already a boost mode that some Switch games use right now. I'm thinking that Nintendo would want to come out with a better Switch in the summer as then they might sell more because the new Xbox and Playstation should be out for the holidays. This would give the Switch a little head start.

Yes! I can't wait for the patch. They're supposed to add multiplayer to the game. One person plays as Geralt and the other person plays as Roach. Unfortunately, Roach can only be used for traveling so that kinda sucks right now.

Cloud gaming only has so much storage. If the clouds are full of rain, hail or snow then there's not a lot of space left for storing games. I wonder how the people that came up with cloud gaming and how they figured out how to store games in a cloud.

I'm sorry but this is just a slap on the wrist. The guy knowingly knew the stuff was pirated and modded, so he should've been fined or sent to jail for a little bit. If someone else wants to sell this stuff, they might think they will get a slap on their wrist but still make profit for anything sold previously.

Yay! I can't wait for XII. I told them last year, "Make Dragon Quest XII" and they listened. They were probably thinking that after XI, they didn't know what to do until I told them to make XII.

Gameboys are for kids. I am older now and want a Gameman... although after I say that a second time, it kind of sounds weird. :/

I went on vacation over Christmas and brought my Switch with me. Now, I already have the Witcher 3 for Computer and Xbox as well as Switch but because of my back log I never played but a couple of hours of the Witcher 3. Well, I decided to play the Witcher 3 on my Switch and stick with it while I was on vacation. I have to say that I enjoyed the game so far even if it didn't have the best graphics as the computer or xbox version. You can't beat playing a great game via portable vs being tied down to chair, in a single spot like Xbox or computer. I sure hope other great games get ported over.

(Now, we all know that cardboard has a nuclear reaction when hitting soil or dirt.) So, the cardboard Nintendo Death Star hits the Earth's ground and Earth explodes with a big explosion.

The police arrested a man today who was selling counterfeit Mario and Pokemon merchandise. A customer had called the police after buying a toy and noticed it was made in China. As we all know that all toys come from Japan, the customer realized this was a replica and not an authentic toy. Police made a statement earlier stating that making and/or selling counterfeit items is big no no and the penalty is automatic death penalty. Police also mentioned that the man made a boo-boo in trying to tell the police he didn't know the toys were made in china as he doesn't know how to read. In any case, this will serve as an example to others.

@LaFway Probably because I don't have the original games anymore and these patched games work with newer hardware. That way I can experience them again for nostalgia purposes. It's also why I support GoG. Also, Bioware of old was really good but so far their last two games (Andromeda and Anthem) really suck. Hoping Dragon Age 4 is done right.

I believe the future of gaming is digital and cloud, which includes VR. There will be streaming subscriptions that you will pay on top of buying access to play a game. Might be cheaper to stream it vs like buying digital via xbox, switch etc and installing it. I don't see how streaming will be the only thing available, especially, how people like playing games on vacation, riding the train etc. Like phones for example, I wonder if cell towers could keep up with streaming with a ton of people streaming games. Via wireless, there would be input lag for sure for phones. There's no buffering with real-time in games because it's like live. Also, my biggest pet peeve with digital and streaming is if that company goes bankrupt or shuts down, then all that stuff you bought is gone.

@Crono1973 @Tendogamerxxx I didn't know the game was like this because my backlog is huge and I preordered the game as I wanted to support them. I re-read my original post and I did say I bought this game anyway but I meant anyway as in preordered the game. So, I apologize and I agree with what you say and also I do not agree with companies coming out with products like this. What you say is true, that some companies will do this and it should not be acceptable. I mean, would you buy like a box of dinner plates only to find out that they're missing some or some were broken? No, we as gamers should fight back and tell them this is unacceptable.

@Crono1973 Ah, so you're one of those types of people that assume things. I on the other hand bought Baldurs Gate 1 & 2, Neverwinter Nights 1 & 2 and Icewind Dale 1 & 2 when they first came out, so long ago. Beamdog has taken some of these games and enhanced and fixed a lot of the problems with the originals for PC. So you're damn right I am going to support this company. I would only support a handful of companies like this anyway and I own about 3 copies of each of those games across different platforms. Let me also clarify one thing, I support Beamdog who owns the rights to most of these games but Beamdog had Skybound port this game to switch. I do not accept all the problems and I do want them fixed but I buy the game anyway as it supports Beamdog. So, now you have all the facts and can see that I partially am on the same side as you but I am supporting Beamdog by buying this game.

That's really sad that a classic like this is allowed to have all these bugs. I bought the physical copy anyway as I want to support the company but I hope they at least patch this up. I'm still waiting for the company to enhance Neverwinter Nights 2 and Icewind Dale 2. Grrr!

Developers: Let's make a fun game.
Gamers: Um, this game looks like it copied such and such game.
Developers: Our game took everything, I mean inspiration from that game.

Ha, I wonder if some people got this, got home and plugged it in, then saw the system came with a crap ton of games. That person probably pooped themselves right then and there and then did a little dance for excitement. Then the Nintendo police would come knocking on their door, which the person pooped themselves again in fear and then they had to give the console to the Nintendo police.

I've always wanted to play a game as a sailor on a sub. I'm not sure I can handle playing as an actual sub but some people will like this game though.

I've never played Animal Crossing before but I might try this one out. I mean, what's the worst thing that can happen for trying out something new? Unless of course this game makes me obsessed with it and I get rid of all my back log just so I can play Animal Crossing for the rest of my life. Oh the horror!

I wonder if the Chinese government will block the more violent games. Hopefully, any problems for the switch get fixed for them soon. I am not sure about this but I wonder if they can play multiplayer with someone outside of China.

Oh cool. I'll have to get this game when it comes out.

P.S. There's a strange good feeling telling the whole world that I am getting this. Maybe it's because most people are wondering if Xylnox is getting this game or not. Or maybe people weren't sure on buying this game till I said I was too. This is one of those unsolved mysteries of the universe. Or maybe normal people like to tell other people what they're doing. I just don't know.

I'm an American and this is a good idea. I think you should go to a whole lot of cities because I think America is getting fat. We need more exercise than all that sugar and fast food people eat. Please help America Ring Fit. Please bring back the golden age.

P.S. I will be honest that my fit bit is lost somewhere on my desk and that I bought Ring Fit Adventure but haven't used it because of my back log. Companies have got to stop making so many damn games that I need to buy. Anyway, I can't think of anything funny to say right now, so um think of this post like one big filibuster.
