Re: Does Astro Bot's Super Mario 'Inspiration' Cross A Line? Fans Seem Divided

@Lightsiyd Agreed. I recently started playing Foamstars on PS5 due to all the toxic gatekeeper attitude from Splatoon fans, saying it's a clone and being unoriginal and u know what? I really liked it! The maps, the characters, and style. A nice break away from the small kiddie look Splatoon characters have. My friends and I have been playing FS almost everyday. There are a few things Splatoon could learn from it.

Seeing games challenge Nintendo's royal throne is nice once in a while.

Re: New AI Model Can Recreate Super Mario Bros. Footage, But It's Full Of Glitches

@RygelXVIII Ik. Ai it will just make it easier for them. Don't kids today make prompts of pics and videos now? Every upload of anything feeds the ai machines. Every dev u know is likely experimenting with ai to put out products faster. What sucks is that they're not transparent about that. No AAA dev has put out any statements about being against it unfortunately. I hope I'm wrong.

Eventually a very literate kid can just type in a game they want without any coding exp. I don't support ai but that's what kids and teens are growing up on now. What's happening now is no different than the anti-calculator era in the 60s. Trad artists today still despise digital art too.

THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS! I would hug this article if I could!

We have too many forgettable Mons, and to see each one have multiple SUBSPECIES should be the future of the franchise! Tentacool to Toedscool was a great example and currently my fave! There are enough monsters to keep making variants!

Even popular ones like Charizard, would be cool to see have a downgraded variant without wings to match it's environment. I always imagined a water type Charizard as a kid (Hydrozard).

This would be such a fresh take and would make me excited about Pokemon games again!
