It's so funny how everyone here seems to like rtc3. Rtc3 ran like crap and chugged on my moms old PC back in the day. The graphics were way to different and 3d for it to handle. Rtc 1 & 2 we're much simpler in terms of graphics. And tbh didn't feel as cheap and ran smoothly. Tho no idea how any run on switch.

Lol no problem, because they haven't. I still want a legit new paper Mario and a rebirth of flipnote studio with online community for switch. As well as some other stuff I don't know off the top of my head.

Funny, I was under the impression it was dead this whole time already. Not really news to me. But ok.

How about a cracking platformer mode akin to Bomberman hero games on 64. ? That would be nice if they brought that type of Bomberman game to modern times. Kinda sad they haven't done that type again yet.

The switch pro controllers always felt wrong in my hands or uncomfy. I'll pass on this. Tho these are cool asf. The sonic one is the coolest controller I've seen yet for switch.

Ngl, surfing Pikachu mini game and Lion King skateboarding on gbc had more replayability n fun than this, from the looks of that trailer.

@LikelySatan I see that's the quake 3 I played then ig. Tbh Multiplayer is what I live for as an adult with limited time lol. Shouldn't change the mechanics or feell any, which I didn't like..

Ayo no wayyyyy. Tbh I never knew an actual turok 3 ever happened. As a kid and till now, rage wars was turok 3 to me lol. I might have to give the actual one a try one day. Thx for letting me know! I know rage wars is different from the first two games. I enjoyed it a lot tho both solo and with friends as a kid. Even my mom played with me lol. It has a dungeon type feel In a way. The weapons were also cool.

@Nintendencies the show and never before seen in the wild aspect gave it hype n excitement as a kid. Now that pokemon rpg mainline games are full polygonal 3d what have you. It likely takes away from the unique wild encounter feel snap brought to the table.

Ehhh, I tried quake or similar on Dreamcast I think or some other system. I remember it feeling too fast moving and death happening to quick. Levels didn't offer much too. I'd say turok 3 rage wars is a better game.

Tbh my favorite in the 2D series.

Smash duhhhh. It has literally been the console switcher selling game since the 64. The tradition should stay. Tho sakurai is welcome to cut all the old characters and just put in new ones. So it actually feels fresh.

@TenEighty I'd be down for this. Just would prefer new games or sequels rather than remakes. I will say I believe the size limiting factor of the carts back then did allow devs to focus on fun in most games soly. Which I think was a good thing.

@JohnnyMind were did you hear that the fighting mechanics have changed? I simply could not enjoy myself with the simplistic button attacks they had in the first. If this one is more smash like and less gimped compared to the first. I can't wait to try it!

Fix the dam button mechanics and I'll buy it. The first one felt super simple and gimped.

Huh. I always took "directors cut" titles or "add extra word" titles that are ports,.. as the business' way of pulling a fast one on stupid gamers to make them think their version of the game will actually be any different compared to the versions on other systems. Basically what this post claims, is a first for me. I usually see it as a marketing ploy to fool ppl.

Hover boarding? Looks fun. Combat could be fun. But honestly the music, sound fx, and chaotic visuals are off putting.

Im going to be honest, unless they changed the button mechanics to be less simple and more like smash, then hard No.
After attempting to play the first one, it felt less fun and like a couple moves were missing becuz the button mechanics were too simple. Killed the game imo. Awesome idea to have a nick brawler, poor execution.

There will be limits once ppl start exploiting this. Bet.

I'm def in the camp that tears seems less boring than wild was to me. So as a game, it actually seems worth a purchase and trumps wilds emptiness time wastingness

Looks dope. I enjoyed Lego racers on n64, also I see this as a $20 game.

I actually like it's ftp. Would be cool if it had weapon pickups tho of some kind. Considering how fast online server populations can die in less than 2 months these days. Ftp makes sense from a not losing investment standpoint and also lets me play with my poor terrible money handling friends lol. I legit don't have to convince them to buy anything. Which is a win in my book.

Thank God you guys aren't paywalling. I'm paycheck to paycheck usually and don't drink coffee lol. My fav anime watching site I've used for 7+ years actually started charging the same but decided to paywall everything, free users can only watch 5mins of an episode now ☠️, forcing me to leave them 😩😢 and use my backup site as my main.
