So then we agree that my theory is pretty solid then? That it takes place long after the events of WW, PH, and ST, and that the ocean has drained since then and that's why everything is in ruins?

@LordMolecule But that's what I've been saying! My theory IS that this takes place far after the events of WW, PH, and ST. I guess Link being in cryosleep would be explained within this game, and I have no explanation as to why the Master Sword left Ganondorf's head (last we saw of it in this timeline Ganon was stabbed in the head with it but now it's on a pedestal.

I dunno...maybe Ganon freed himself from the Master Sword, and then King Daphnes Hyrule placed the sword in a pedestal to await the next hero?

The game doesn't HAVE to include New Hyrule. That could be another place entirely not seen in the game.

I believe this Zelda game takes place later in the timeline than any Zela to date. Windwaker already happened (and we've seen that Old Hyrule is underneath the ocean Windwaker takes place in) and all this time later, it all dried up. And that's how we're able to see old landmarks in ruin and decay. Also the Master Sword looks VERY old and forgotten.

I've always believed in Theory 1 for those very reasons, especially because of the state of the Master Sword.

I feel like this game takes place in the distant future, probably later in the timeline than any Zelda to date. I'm only basing this assumption on one thing, so I could be wrong of course...

...the Master Sword looks old and whithered. There are large chips in the blade and in general it looks like it's been standing on that pedestal forgotten and alone for centuries.

I feel like a game like this that you get back to every day would be better suited for 3DS. Not to be ungrateful or anything but.. I can't buy this because I KNOW I won't play it all that much since it's on Wii U.

@MitchVogel Can't tell if you're joking or not but if you aren't...just know that the only reason we got to explore Kanto back in Gold and Silver was because Gamefreak thought that would be their last pokemon game and they wanted to go out with a bang.

@BensonUii That's being very technical, man. The result is the same. That being, you have an extra copy of a game you already own.

Not worth fussing over technicalities like that, imo.

@BensonUii It's the same thing, no matter how it's gotten. It makes absolutely no difference whether the game is copied or if he gets it online because he owns the game either way.

I see no point In buying extra copies of a game just do it can rot on a shelf in my room. I buy games to enjoy their content, not their boxart and plastic covering.

@Arcamenel This seems like a direct response to Frank90. I do have to agree though. When Gen V decided to be all serious it came off as pretentious and "edgy" to me. Pokemon has always been lighthearted and happy, if you want serious play Fire Emblem.

The art isn't all that great...the people especially look tragic.

The Pit voice could use some work, but the Viridi was spot-on. Palutena was pretty good too.

I deleted it after a small number of weeks. It's pretty boring and kills my battery. Not to mention it takes a year to boot up only to crash right as it's almost done loading.
