That was just a teaser and to get ahead of leaks as it will surely come now. Just wait someone will loose their job for leaking a console picture from the production locations and also leak what Switch 2 carts look like as well. This is the one I want to see what does Switch 2 carts look like and will it have 3d Nand tech or not. No more 16gb carts at least 64gb carts if they are going to take a arm/leg from us for Switch 2 only carts games.

I want to know the bezel vs screen size for being a 8" if that what it comes out. Also the cart slot we haven't seen it how it looks and what the v2 games cart looks like the Direct doesn't show a v2 cart would be like. If they could show BOTW or Witcher 3 gaming that would be great. Maybe they would demo that at the April 2 and I hope they do that that would showcase the 4k/dlss how it improves performance.

I would love if they have 40 mils or more units at launch so preorders can happen.

Alot of ba humbag is all that... Share prices goes up and down-it's when it falls hard you start to worry. I think it's because they will no longer make Switch v2 OLEDs that the prices fall because no more units. And they have to switch pun to the Switch 2 productions or ramp-up productions to prevent Scalping of Switch 2. I hope they have at least 40 mils or so units to keep the momentum going as factories productions shifts to Switch 2 production to keep up with demands.

@DanElectrode Makes sense that you can't use a Switch 2 on a Switch 1 dock since the Switch 2 requires more power and probably uses a higher HDMI standard, etc.
That's what people forget it requires different design as result of this.

However it looks out people would buy one regardless - it's the price that will determine when one gets one. And if they produce enough then this will stop Scalpers when it launches.

At this point what are they trying to hide. Just admit there is a Switch 2 but no firm ETA. One of those leaks will be turn out to be one they don't want seen as well from third party production.

What would one expect of a bigger console won't fit older Docks??? This is no brainer that this will change.

Play mostly at home bed or couch which every time I get time. People are nitpicking and would buy it regardless of what they say here. What matters is the cost to own one.

Why does Arc site have them more expensive for stuff we have no ideas what they are or are worth getting?

They can't make it like the past maybe update it but however they change or update it people will always complain. What one wants in a eShop another will hate it. So were just going around in circles here whatever they do no one will be satisfied here.

Man NintenDoomed fandom seems scared already of a under powered Switch beating something so massive in GPU? What are you so afraid of a little competition that a Portable console can outsell your Coffee table console. I doubt Nintendo is shaking in their boots because they don't play with the big boys. They seem to be doing just fine getting where they are going.

People talk about all these numbers as though 2DS and PS2 is alive in in full production. Those numbers are lifetime sales when they stopped making them. The Switch numbers are still active and still selling. Why do unconstructive people keep harping numbers that don't compare to how in 7 years Switch achieved those numbers as oppose to lifetime sales when Switch hasn't ended yet. One should really look at the years to end 2DS/PS2 to get those number compared to how fast it only took 7 years Switch to get past those numbers. This is the REAL story people dismiss about the Switch comeback orchestrated by Nintendo to be where they are in just 7 Years. Even with Switch 2 coming that still Switch family upgraded internals be it.

We only saw the outside no one knows what's the gut of Switch 2 so to say one would pass on the Switch 2 if that's the new is just hypocritical in itself. They would buy on in a heartbeat when it comes out-otherwise why even make comments rather don't buy one when it release. When people rail at Switch 2 not buying they will be the first in line.

So far playing FANTASIAN Neo Dimension and it's fight mechanics is a nice take and makes one plan strategies more when fight big battles and gimmicks that popup to use those during fights when using your dimension tool. It's JRPG with nice graphics diorama to add to the mix. Bad only 3 at time can be active party. The surprise is the Secret Enemy that can make higher items for you but the catch is make sure at least one character that can power-strike to get it the rewards. The confusing part is when the map rotates don't keep moving in that directions or it throws your direction off. Just stop when it does this and keep moving after.

Just don't become Embracer or Activision or UBIsoft. Make sure there is innovations not speculations and fallout.

Bottleneck or whathas but at least it can run on Switch OLED that a big plus in my playbook.

They are going to downgrade their graphics and Switch 2 is going to upgrade their graphics? What part of this doesn't compute for Sony or Xbox? Sony/Xbox is all digital games why would people invest in more to downgrade?

GamePlay Demo looks like another 3DS game I can't seem to remember now.

@calbeau Not as long as they can play COD then they are fine. People like to talk the talk but when asked to really look whom is enabling those sweatshop they look between their legs. People need to stop the high morals when they also contribute to the problem but look the other way.

Lean is a bit much since no one on consumer side even knows the Specs to expect what could be a possible games? How do they expect people to want Switch 2 if they can't even know the hardware they expect to buy around ~450usd to start with?

Why couldn't they put them as Physical collection to make us buy more???

So for the Preorders from either GameStop or Amazon are those the same? Also what one likes another dislikes so this comes down to the "Reviewer" themselves and maybe some like the gameplay and others don't like the style of gameplay. This is why people should play the demo that would be the real decider for each person. Demos aren't the finished product or do they have updates after launch. Putting too much eggs into the Demo isn't a good way to judge the game one must at least played the Chapter or first part to know how it will continue at least that will give a better review of the game. I'll get the game only for the Preorder Bonus and give it a try as well.

I hope they don't reach 500usd that would kill anyone wanting to enjoy Switch 2. Maybe 450usd at the most but that better have 128gig and if 256gig storage and 12gRAM to start otherwise people will riot. We already knows it's a T239 but how much is that a 4k60fps-DLSS system is the mystery right now. And if we get a dual system GPU with part of the 4k60fps is part of the DOCK and when attached ramps up game graphics/performance to match with a cooling fan otherwise we get a Nuclear Meltdown Chornobyl style.

@Buckster666 No it will not they are totally different consoles for and don't play the same games for different audiences. That is far to late and we have PS6 Pro by that time - you think Sony be waiting for Switch 2 in Holiday 2025 that's alot of NintenDoomed fandom cheering.

I like the games alot of grinding but fun. But I also have alot of backlogs to go back to so this is on the back burner right now. As if I go back I need to remember the buttons actions again. This is the problem with game backlogs you get rusty trying to remember button actions. But I do like the series so I collect them.

They are waiting to long to give a reveal it should be happening already. This would get Devs whom have cold feet to start supporting Switch 2.

Wonder if we can catch a Live Pokémon there as well.

Games like this require two live bodies to enjoy it.

I had hoped to pickup this game Physical but maybe because it's digital killed any excitement to pickup. Harassing your programming team isn't good company to have - hope they get someone like the BG3 Team that want to invest in good game and not culture of poisonings work place.

I like the updated graphics all the more worth to give it a shot.

They should give it even if you don't finish the deck as a prize for those willing to play Pokémon. What they are doing is punishing gamers when they should appreciate them for playing Pokémon.

Just one of me so can't take two for me my niece and nephews has the game right now.

Problem here is none of that game is on Switch if that the case it would be knocked off but since it's not technically it's still number on the Nintendo charts. So this is just shady comparisons when it's not even released on Switch. This is bias comparison so to do it right it has to be on both since other persona games have come to Switch but for Zelda being IP that harder to do.

Layoffs before end of year is never a good sign for company wanting to keep a foothold in gaming market.

Why wouldn't it be a rough year for Nintendo as they don't currently have a successor to point to show a increase in market shares.

Those are probably Devs code name for what stage of the Development the Switch to completion or to final testing of components.
