Pretty much just a few side quests and a few hundred Korok seeds. But I think I'm done with the game for now, I don't really have a desire to 100% it. TOTK may be a different story, though

Definitely hoping that this is the big, super hype trailer. We have yet to get one that even comes close to the hype of BOTW's 2017 trailer, and this is their last chance for that.

If there was an option to reduce the random encounter rate, I think I would be much more interested in this collection. I remember playing the first game about a year ago and not being able to take like 10 steps without getting into an encounter. My only hope is that the game will get some sort of update that allows you to manually reduce the number of encounters.

I used to play with a Wii Wheel back in the day, but nowadays I use a Wiimote + Nunchuck. Way more comfortable to use and precise.

I am super excited for this one! I played a bit of the original GBA game a while back and really enjoyed it, but I was busy playing other stuff at the time. The ability to make your own maps in particular is great, I can’t wait to see what people come up with.

Definitely not getting the OLED. We're definitely getting a new console within the next couple of years, so I will wait until then. I might consider the Pro Controller though, as that thing is lovely.

Hahahaha, yeah E3 at this point is completely obsolete. There’s no need for it, and the past couple have been terrible anyway. Can’t say I won’t completely miss it cause it was still an event to look forward to, but I think the industry as a whole is moving past it.

I definitely think the whole meltdown about TOTK looking like BOTW is way overblown. It's a sequel in every sense: it's taking what made the first game so great, and expanding on it or changing it up in some way. I don't really know what else people were expecting from this game. We knew pretty much from the beginning that it was going to be reusing the same Hyrule, but other than that, almost every single thing here looks to be new and improved.

The weapon crafting looks awesome and extremely open-ended. Really interesting stuff

Goodness, three years already?? I still remember how excited I was for this game when it came out, and I was not disappointed. The late game got a little boring, but this was a phenomenal way to pass the time during Covid, and I'll remember it forever for that reason.

I might pick up this game once it's complete and all of the DLC has been released. Otherwise, I have little to no interest in picking it up now.

It’s not my favorite area, that belongs to City of Tears. But I think it’s a fantastic area, and I’ve never understood the hate for it. The atmosphere is never tenser than at this moment.

Wow, this is just a blatant ripoff. I could understand taking inspiration from Advance Wars, but this almost looks identical. There's no excuse for not adding your own look to a game, and just copying something else.

The Majora’s Mask paraglider in TOTK looks really cool, so I’m hoping I can get my hands on that one before the game comes out. Otherwise I might just get some cards on Amazon.

Goodness, top 5 on the charts still?? This is easily gonna be one of the bestselling Metroid games of all time. Can't wait to see the full numbers on it, especially combining digital and physical.

Definitely not bad for Metroid in Japan! The series has always struggled there so it’s good to see it at least make it on the charts

This is definitely one of the best games in series. Highly recommend it for newcomers as it’s relatively easier and more linear than the other entries.

It’s a tough pick. It would probably be between DK Summit and Mario Circuit, but Yoshi’s Island was fantastic. Probably DK Summit though since I have a lot of nostalgia for that one, also it’s an amazing course.

Actually just started playing the mobile port on iOS. It's been great so far! Quality-wise, it feels like quite a step up from Dual Destinies, and I really liked that one too.

@Savage_Joe Yeah it definitely has some darker themes compared to the other games. But does that really warrant an M rating? I wouldn’t think so, but I guess maybe that’s just me

@Bluelink45 Honestly I think the ESRB messed up something when they rated this game. It is definitely not deserving of its M rating in the slightest. It has some blood, sure, but so does every other game in the series. Some of the story tones are a bit darker, but in terms of graphic things, it's mostly on par with every other game in the series.

@Classic603 Nope. Ace Attorney tells a continuous story and if you start with this one you're likely gonna be pretty confused. I recommend starting with the Trilogy release and going from there.

Just beat this game recently, and it's an excellent entry in the franchise. I highly recommend it if you're a fan of the series. Hopefully, 4-6 get ported to modern consoles eventually, though.

@Fizza So on the Direct trailer that revealed these waves of content, there are four different colored splashes on ink in the background: Blue, pink, yellow, and one other color I think. This wave and the next take up the blue and pink colors I'm pretty sure, which have left some to speculate that there are going to be two additional waves in the future to correspond with the two final colors. It might be kind of a stretch but it seems somewhat likely, especially considering the relatively small size of this wave in total.

Yeah, it’s mainly just a novelty for fans of the first game. Definitely is kind of weird that it’s being promoted by itself as one whole wave, however, it’s theorized that we’re going to be getting a total of four DLC waves thanks to what the Direct trailer showed us. So if we end up getting three more waves after this one I think it’ll make more sense as to why this one’s been marketed so much

Ocarina of Time’s field has not aged gracefully at all compared to the others. Sure, it was impressive for the time, but nowadays it’s hard to say it’s better than something like BOTW’s

@Hero-of-WiiU Kirby's Adventure and Mario Land 2 are both great, but simple, platformers. Still worth trying out, though. From what I've heard, Link's Awakening DX is great but I haven't tried it out yet. And you also have Tetris, one of the GOATs.

That's absolutely insane. It's literally just a base physical copy of the game. Nintendo needs to send out more copies ASAP. Fortunately, I was able to secure my physical copy yesterday.

I'm expecting these games to either perform terribly or be through a cloud service.

@Bomberman64 The only thing left that I really want from the Switch OS is more background themes. The 3DS had some incredible themes that were themed after specific games and looked fantastic. I think it’s too late into the Switch’s lifespan to add this, though, so I’m hoping it’ll come with their next system.
