I would like to say it's because they have been taking the game in the wrong direction, but it's probably because most of the new hero banners were OC.

For me personally, I'm upset with the bst powercreep with Surtr and the Corrins as the most recent examples. As well as the lack of effort put forth compared to other games that make far less money is just pathetic.

After watching I feel little to no interest in buying a Switch. Though this is coming from someone who already owns a Wii U. We will see how things pan out with more information being released. If they don't provide a smooth transition for Wii U users then I see no reason to upgrade.

smh 880 pounds is a pokedex entry.

The only way I will even consider an upgrade is if the console is digitally backwards compatible and let's me move my games to the new console.

I don't really care about the connection issues. It's not even the main reason I shall not be buying this game. The controls are pretty poopitypoop compared to other shooter games. Motion controls suck if you want to just sit back and relax. The non-motion controls also suck because you are constantly fighting with your crosshair. I thought changing my sensitivity would fix it, but unfortunately that isn't the case. If they fix this problem I will buy the game, but until then I will be saving my money.

The stock is going to drop the second they see the games that are released. People are expecting them to release a full fledged Pokemon game or something, but that's not going to happen. They are going to be simple money grabbing mobile games with Nintendos face on it. Just used to advertise their actual console hardware.

I have a 1tb HDD so this won't be a problem for me. Though a 10gb download is relatively demanding and seems like a big concern. This could potentially ruin the experience of the game for a lot of basic bundle owners.

The cover looks kinda meh to me. I wish they used the inklings instead.

@TwilightAngel You can blame Iwata, but there are plenty of Nintendo board members who are also a problem.

@IceClimbers I disagree with your argument to a certain extent. Nintendo doesn't just sell games to 40 year gamers feeding off nostalgia. Nintendo games sell because they are fun well made games. Not just because of nostalgia. I for one didn't grow up on Nintendo and I just saw the quality in there content and decided to purchase their games.

I love my Wii U, but if Nintendo creates another under-powered system that 3rd party's will completely abandon count me out. Not being competitive in a business environment is foolish.

@cirnonokoibito I believe I read somewhere that Iwata said there is no connection between DeNa and NX. They simply announced the NX to make people aware they aren't just jumping ship for the mobile market. I think the only connection DeNa will have with the NX is the new program they are creating to replace Club Nintendo.

@FullbringIchigo One of the Wii U's many flaws was the fact it was insanely difficult and inconvenient to program for. Also it having a small cooling fan screwed up potential to push the system as well. I wouldn't completely blame it on the Wii U gamepad. Though I would agree the gamepad just didn't really work for the TV imo because the disconnect is just to large.

People always complain that Nintendo is behind the times. This is their chance to prove everyone wrong and evolve. Though to be fair this could easy go both ways. Chases the casual market can be a dangerous business.

I have a better idea. How about we just make 1 Shin Megami Tensei game for the Wii U and 1 Fire emblem game for the Wii U. Problem solved. Sounds like a win win to me.

Well this sucks. I skipped the 3DS version seeing as the Wii U version is superior. Kinda bummed that I can't just outright buy Mewtwo. Though I could see this being a decent promo tool to sell more Wii U consoles which I am always happy to hear.

I know the Wii U isn't very popular in Japan, but since the 3DS version did so well in Japan. I am hoping a lot of people decide to jump to the Wii U version. This would do wonders for Nintendo.
