Re: Every Nintendo Switch Online GameCube Game On Switch 2, Ranked

RCGamer

For me, GC version of Wind Waker is really painful to play. I left the game on the Deku tree. The navigation is extremely boring. It's not even an 8 for me, 6, 7 at most. Wii U version is way better (an 8, 8.5, maybe?), but I understand the artistic appeal for the GC. They could really a 4k remaster based on Wii U with "toggleable" graphics to choose the art style.

Re: Nintendo's Ability To Ban Switch 2 Consoles Has Landed It In Hot Water

Brazilian law is very strict with this. some kind of content is illegal in a contract, even it was wrote by the user. You LEGALLY CAN'T abdicate your rights, even if you want. Só, if the law understand you have the right to do what you want with the console you paid, you can use mig switch. Legally, in Brazil, Nintendo could block access to new content in your account, but even in your account they are obligated to let you use the content you already paid for

Re: Random: Takaya Imamura Ponders The Possibility Of Star Fox Zero On 'Switch 2'

RCGamer

Star Fox Zero DOESN'T NEED TWO SCREENS. I played it entirely on the gamepad, without TV. It's exactly the same gameplay I would have on switch. Back on the day Nintendo said it trying to say it's only possible in Nintendo platforms, but it's a lie, it was the same move Nintendo did with Twilight Princess, saying they need to mirror the game on Wii because of the control. Wiimote doesn't have this kind of precision (maybe wiimote plus)

Re: Soapbox: I Hated Metroid: Zero Mission At First, Until I Loved It

RCGamer

I started Metroid series with Super Metroid and loved it from the first sight. I tried Metroid I and Return of Samus on emulators sometime later, but I wasn't catch by them, I didn't even finish them. when I have the opportunity to play zero mission I new it would be my chance to fill this gap (and the same later with Samus returns, witch I loved deeply in my heart). I finished both remakes and loved them both. Years after that I finished the original games on NSO (and again, Super Metroid) and I'd love to play Zero Mission (NSO), Samus Returns (remaster? Re-remake?), Other M, Prime 2, 3 and hunters (yeah, I'll pass Federation Forces and Pinball) on switch (maybe Switch 2 with backwards compatibility?) And have the entire series on my hands (and wish the same for Zelda, Donkey Kong country and Fire Emblem)

Re: Best Super Smash Bros. Games Of All Time

Subspace emissary for me is a major seller, bigger than the game itself. I love ultimate, but I miss it a lot. Brawl is my first choice. I put 3DS in a higher place than N64 version.

6 - N64
5 - 3DS
4 - Wii U
3 - Melee
2 - Ultimate
1 - Brawl

Re: Surprise! Nintendo Is Officially Working On A Live-Action Legend Of Zelda Movie

RCGamer

Thanks God, live action. Zelda and Metroid works better for me as live action. Mario, Star Fox and Donkey Kong as animation. Fire Emblem and F-Zero could be any, depending how the other things would work.

In fact, I'd prefer Metroid as a Live action movie, Zelda as a Live action series (or really big movie) and Fire Emblem as "Game of Thrones style" series (of course, respecting Nintendo's point of view)

Re: Review: Star Ocean: The Second Story R - One Of The Very Best RPGs Of The Year

RCGamer

@Zeroo I'd considered that, but it's probably will get a sale way before Super Mario RPG. The Nintendo Pricing politics makes me think there is no sense to wait too much to buy first party games since it's "never" in sale anytime soon. On the other hand, Star Ocean second story probably get a 25% in 3 months or less. Besides I was waiting to buy a NSO ticket to buy Wonder + RPG (my family subscription is about to finish and I was afraid of lose it since I'll probably won't renew and get another group)

I have a strange "(non)interaction" with this series. I consider myself a fan since it was released in the SNES, but never played any games. I try to not be spoiled and I already have all PS5 games (bought 1, 3, 4, 5 and get 6 front PSN Plus), except for this one. Everytime I think in beginning I thought "it's not the moment" and try something else. It's strange and happened with Ys series too (but I only bought (Origins, 1+2 and 3 on Steam) and consider myself a fan more recently (like 2010)

Re: Ayaneo's New Handheld Looks Like A 2023 Nintendo DS Successor

@turntSNACO first of all, 3 devices. Wii U uses 2 screens too. Second, it could do anything, You can even open a walkthrough in the bottom screen if you want. Third, it's easy to emulate 3ds/D's/wiiu on deck with 2 screens, I bought a 7" USB-C portable monitor with 2 screen mount for camera, clip one on the monitor, the other on the deck and each other . It's looks like a 3ds, but a lot heavier, but plays perfectly
