I got a switch for nintendo games and the portability
Got an xbo, that's where my friends are
Got a ps4, for their exclusives
What would be the driving force, for this if it came to fruition? A new way to play your third party games!
Kind of like stadia or ouya or luna, not necessary in a crowded field. Loved to be proven wrong with a great product/exclusive.

I solely game in handheld, so unless there are vast improvements in that area, I may stay away. Also, I hope this doesn't divide switch users and games.

I don't...🤔"give up" per se, insofar as I put a game on the shelf, til it can be properly appreciated. Finishing a game at your leisure and not others, is one of the joys of gaming. I have 300+ games across 360/xbo/ps4/switch/android. I've maybe finished a handful. But one day...one day..

@Ganner the handheld mode is the sole reason I was able to put in as much time, on the witcher III, that I did. All those times at the dmv, doctors waiting room, drive-in waiting for the movie, etc. Anywhere I was made to wait, extended periods of time.

Games like this and enter the gungeon, make me wonder if those games could've been possible on the snes, way back when.

• xblive/ps+ not having their "free" games available to download, forever
• limited edition consoles, controllers
• Scott pilgrim limited physical copies
• hell, any digital game that has gotten a limited physical release
• Christmas trees not being sold year round
• whole turkeys not being sold year round
• Easter candy only being sold in a seasonal fashion
• any food establishment with "limited time" offerings

Couldn't you say that about any game/genre? Sports games, racing games, shooting games, deck-builder games, etc., have you do the same thing, the entire duration.

@idork99 from my pov, it's a hero battle royale. Don't know how many champions there are now, but each were distinct enough to not really have a favorite. Guns were varied enough, now I don't know. Pretty fun. I wonder if this one will incorporate motion, and if it'll have crossplay. Hope not on the latter.

Just downloaded this game on gamepass. It is a very faithful recreation of past ninja gaiden games. Love it. Can't wait for more.

@lovesushi me too! I've been on the fence about this game, since it hit $30. But with everyone comparing it to valhalla/GoW/BoTW I was hesitant to buy it. The demo helped a lot. It takes the combat of GoW and mixes it with the traversal of BoTW.
The voice acting does grate on me, at times. I half expect them to sell me a used car.

Well deserved. This game, for its genre and video games in general, is a masterpiece. From the writing(having 10k+ lines written) to the art(I dont know if I can look at other greek mythos the same). Eurydice is my reason for loving this game. Beautiful melodic Eurydice.

For full price, I'd rather get it physical. With psnow/xcloud, Nintendo wanted some of that streaming action. But going about it, in an individual basis, isn't the way. Those other services work, cause it's subscription based.

True. But let's compare handheld/undocked versions. I'd rather have this, portable switch version, than streaming xcloud/ps4 remote play version. But kudos to panic button! Developers like them and saber interactive, do the hard work, which allow us to enjoy more great games on the switch.
