@m-wasi 😆😆😆same! As a child, I struggled, but enjoyed the game. As an adult, with somewhat better motor skills and hand eye coordination, I can beat some levels and enjoy the game.

From the first image, up top, i was reminded of robo warrior on the NES. That game was fun.

For the Super Nintendo Switch(I'm sticking with it) would it being MORE powerful and better quality of life improvements, be enough?
Do we want more "innovation"?
Does it have to be a dedicated home console or is the hybrid way, the right way?
Backwards compatibility would have to be implemented, and not the way it is now, on nso. Don't want to sub, just to revisit BoTW1.

Super Mario world on the snes. The over world, the secrets, the cape and last, but definitely not least, yoshi!...for me, at least.

I guess I'm the minority here. I have no problems with the eshop, but I don't peruse the store. I go in, look and buy what I want, them I'm out. So I don't really experience much of the grief, that others seem to come across.

@RogueSpyke same for me. I played warframe as my first xbo game. It was free, space robot ninjas, great gameplay. Sunk in about 40+hrs, good times. Left for a bit, came back after the umpteenth update. Was so lost and confused. And the way it's setup, you can't start over from tutorial, to mission one, etc.

Hammerlock and natsume championship wrestling on the snes were pretty great. Also WWF monday night raw. And like someone else said, retromania on the switch.

Yes, one may have more games releasing than the others, but the others have more games I want to play. So it's kind of a wash, for me, but to each, their own.

But im wondering does nintendo give them access to the code and carts, do LRG produce these themselves(I imagine nintendo wouldn't be too happy about that)? It isn't as if gamestop or amazon have access to these physical games, just LRG. So how do they get access to putting games on carts, etc.

Pardon my ignorance and laziness, but how does LRG work? Do they have an exclusive contract with the big 3, particularly Nintendo? Do they take existing stock and just add more to it? Example, river city girls, were they the only ones with access to physical stock, for the switch? They create the carts themselves?

Is it a 2 because of the constant crashes? Or an amalgamation of everything? With a patch that fixes the crashes, will this still be a sub 5 game?

I don't know, nintendo games seem to look and run fine on the switch. It's not like nintendo needs ps5/xbsx level hardware for mario or kirby. Are we wanting and asking about a super nintendo switch for third party games?

$70 isn't bad, but it is questionable, for me at least, if it isn't compatible with other consoles/tablets/phones. I mean 8bitdo's latest is comparable and cheaper, right?

@Would_you_kindly the witcher III sold an additional 700k copies on the switch in 2019 alone. That's an additional $45m. Doubt the "effort to get them to run" on the switch costs them anywhere near $45m.

This is up there with other great ports, like the switcher, doom, etc. A lot of devs should take notes.

Not on the switch, but spec ops: the line is a pretty great game.

Don't know what the big deal is. Since time immemorial, "A.S.S." was always a top ranking high-scorer. As it was before, so shall it be again.

I could see it happening. They, Nintendo, have released a zelda game ever year since switch's release I believe. And with botw2 being delayed to 2023, a remaster, rerelease would fill the gap.

Mario might've bested sonic, in the console wars, but it seems sonic might just win the box office battle. Cause this sounds horrible, if true.

Another bit of unsolicited advice, if you're a gamestop pro member($15/yr) you get a $5 giftcard from gamestop to be used on a lot, every month. I use mine on $10-20 giftcards for xb/ps/nin. With this month and next month's giftcards, I'll be able to grab the shadowrun trilogy for $20, digitally on switch.

I feel botw was a launch title, so it was the first generation of a switch game. After awhile, and squeezing every ounce of power, from every corner, I'm sure botw2 can run fine on the switch. Like how ps4 went from knack to tlou2, graphically.

First kirby, and now this. Slow down nintendo. By the by, the way this looks and plays, from the sound of it, I wouldn't mind a "legend of the mystical ninja" game.

Shining force series and dragon force

When I see games like the switcher, doom(2016), mk11, dying light, etc, being ported over to the switch with nary a hitch; while older games, this, chrono cross, gta trilogy, struggle, I cant help but wonder "poor optimization/incompetent devs".."cash grab"? I mean who asked for this? I would rather have the older star wars battlefront games.

I'm just hoping that this will be a decent-great remaster. Other remastered games have left something to be desired.

Yes, I feel I got my money's worth, with the switch. $300, plus games i can replay, etc.
No, because 5 yrs is too short of a lifespan for a console.
