If this guy ruins Armored Core, im done with Fromsoftware, I already dont watch anime that kadokawa makes as i dislike isekai, fantasy, romance and slice of life (unless it relates to me like Kochikame and Arale) so thats not a huge loss for me for anime side.

Hopefully there will be a second wave for this battle pass, because if thats all the roster, then no thanks i am sticking with Transformed (which had better Sega characters, including the Daytona car) and Mario Kart World, literally have no interest to play as current Sega characters, random alternative Sonic, Tails and Knuckles and some other dlc (Minecraft, Nickelodeon and Miku) that doesnt relate me. If Sega adds anyone from Saturn and Dreamcast (and not characters from rhythm games) era thats where i am considering buying the game

As an half Japanese-American who isnt into the cozy genre, i say my fiancee convinced me to buy the game and honestly i am pretty much addicted (her fault lol). Im currently at the second area where you gotta wake up the Mosslax its pretty fun. Also does anyone know how i can join my fiancee island and her joining mine? We have been trying to figure out how to.

@Suketoudara if anything Sega should stop being stupid and re-release the arcade and console games that are only inside yakuza outside of yakuza, as a guy who doesnt like the modern games (yes im one of those who prefer the Kiryu era) i dont feel paying 70 bucks a game that im not interested just to play the Arcade and older console games that are inside the games, i am seriously about to spend a big chunk of my Yen for a Japanese Dreamcast and Saturn if they still dont do nothing.

Hopefully Sega decides to port the 1+2 collection thats on PS4 on Switch 2, i want to play the series fully one day.

Always been curious to try Pikmin as i've seen videos back in the day, still have my childhood GameCube so i can play them but one question is, how does the gameplay work? Despite watching youtube videos the gameplay looks confusing.

Ngl if i were Capcom i would reject this offer, the same goes if a Chinese company offer something (looking at you Netease, Tencent and Vision of Mana & Gang of Dragons), remember how the new Fatal Fury came out? Nobody literally asked for a mid Soccer guy that is only known for memes and a DJ that barely anyone knows and the whole game felt as a MEH despite the years of waiting for a new title.

Hopefully they dont control Capcom at all, they just started getting good again after the terrible 2010s (tho Sengoku Basara 3 Utage and 4 Sumeragi were masterpieces), dont want to see them fell off again like SNK is currently going.
If things start goin downhill, i will no longer buy capcom games like i stopped buying modern SNK games.

My girlfriend/fiancee conviced me to buy Pokopia despite i hate games like Minecraft and had 0 interest in the game at first and now i am addicted (Her fault lol), surprisingly slowpoke didnt had issues with me unlike with my fiancee and youtubers and now im still trying to make him yawn which is where i am stuck rn but overall, fun and a good game and i say this as a Minecraft genre hater.

While OP, the Elephant Bananza saved me tons of time finding the secret stones and gold things (i forgot what they are called, its been since i beat it i havent opened it) and upgrading the Suck move to the max saved my time even further, it was fun honestly!

Still waiting for a mainline Puyo Puyo 8 or Fever 3, i have no desire playing the crossover., if i wanna play Tetris i just get tetris (preferrably the DS game with NES/Famicom games), still crazy sega is still milking this one after 10 years, after many years i'd thought they'd make a completely new mainline game wether be 8 or Fever 3.

Damm, didnt except them to finally do it after years of controversies, i am old enough to remember Battlefront fiasco and EA's excuse of loot boxes comparing them to Kinder eggs and that was hilarious seeing the executives seething (i was in highschool when it happened).
Hopefully CERO and ESBR catches up, especially Gachas being a huge problem here in Japan and USA.

Focus on online but lacks single player content and that made me kinda drop it
Im still trying to 100% the road trip so i can finally unlock the Dark guy but still after im done with it i will drop it as i dont see any reasons playing it afterwards and i will return to MK World

While im glad the game is getting more stable updates despite the team being dissolved i wish there was more. Yes i know Sakurai said this game will not have dlc content but i kinda wish this game had it, after the story theres not much to do aside from Online play, wish there were at least new stages and minigames (as most of them are recycled from the first)

I may get hate for this but honestly prefer Mario Kart World (while Air Riders is a good game) despite not having dlc tracks the base game is filled with content (which imo justifies the 80 bucks prices) especially with Open world stuff, which almost a year later i still have to finish.

Ngl they need a filler to remove the slop, i keep seeing them on Coming Soon and Recently Came out categories and its filled with them (even in the Japanese Eshop, where i live) i dont care if this hurts "smaller" devs but a filter is really needed

This is a definitely day one purchase for me as im into these type of PS2 era uniqueness that you rarely see these days, I have no issue skipping Tomodachi life as i dont like these type of games, im even skipping Pokopia due to the game's genre despite that i love pokemon,

I wish the game would get a Switch 2 version or Edition, makes no sense for the game to be only at the outdated Switch 1 hardware
I wonder if Bandai still hate us Nintendo owners seeing the terrible decision they have been doing (no day and date with the Switch 2, Sparking Zero and Arise still have 30fps etc)
Meanwhile other devs like Capcom, Square Enix, Konami etc have been killing with their ports and treatment of the Switch 2 hardware which made me want to purchase their games even more as a Nintendo only.

Ngl after the 360 days, i lost completely interest in the brand and with MS porting games to Switch 2, i see even less reasons to own that brand why buy that when you can play their games such as Fallout 4, Indiana Jones, Skyrim & Obliviom Remaster on the go? And also the rumored Halo and Starfrield ports (tho i personally hope they bring the Forza series).

In my opinion Pokemon Conquest, Stadium and Pokken are are my top 3 spin off the reasons:
-Pokemon conquest: i loved the idea of Tactical RPG and the crossover with Sengoku Musou/Samurai Warriors (another favorite franchise of mine) and playing it felt so unique
-Stadium series: i loved the fact not only this was also one of the first 3d Pokemon games with full 3d polygon of the monsters but also really loved the feel of a "real" pokemon battle in a professional level instead of being an amateur traimer starting with low leveled pokemons and the idea of transfering your mons from gameboy to n64 was very ahead of its time!
Pokken: as a guy who love 3d arcade fighting games (like Gundam VS series) and pokemon series, this game is perfect for those like me who want a fast paced combat pokemon game! I just wish the game has a sequel for the Switch 2 with more mons

@OrtadragoonX honestly love when media (be video games, anime etc) dont take themselves seriously and have a lot corniness, for example one my favorite Wii U games is Mario Maker it has tons of dumb stuff, idk if its also in the western versions but the game also had nonsensical collabs such as Nisekoi (even thought i never watched the anime as i dont like school romance), Game Center CX (love that series), Super Mario Kun Manga and you can even play as Famitsu's mascots lol

Thats why i also wanted to get into RE9 because it looked that type of game (Dumb/Gag horror) that doesnt take itself seriously and I absolutely adore other games such as Sengoku Basara and Ace Attorney because despite the contexts
inside the series there a lot of corniness lol
Seriously need to be more crazy/gag games and anime lately, it has become rare this decade

And regarding gundam, my favorite top 3 MS are: Strike Freedom, Shining Gundam (and Master Gundam) and ZZ Gundam with honorable mention being Gundam Mk2 (titans color ver), Mighty Strike Freedom (from the new movie) and Unicorn Gundam along with the Phoenix variation.

@OrtadragoonX thank you for the details, ill try the game later in the year (im focused in lot of games lately with new and old games, rn im playing the re-release of Pokemon Leaf Green, Gran Turismo 3, trying to 100% Kirby Air Riders etc. I asked just in case due to by my doctors i was specifically told to avoid Tense stuff (be a horror game, movie etc) so, glad to know that this RE is less tense than previous ones, like i said above i will definitely pick it later in the year.

Id love to play this as my first RE but heres a question, can my poor heart (literally, i have a weak heart condition) take the jumpscares or is less scarier than the recent Remakes amd 7 & Village?

Downloading the demo, the game looks very fun and it gives me a Densha De D vibes (a parody of Initial D and Taito's Densha De Go PS1 and PS2 games) which is a good thing! Need more crazy games to this level as its a rare genre we havent seen since the ps3/360 days.

So is this is the first Switch 2 full game to get full soundtrack get released? (Not counting the Switch 2 editions)

Hopefully this means Mario Kart World is next, i need that beautiful soundtrack damn it!

Looking really Good! the water graphics also reminds me of PS2, Gamecube and Dreamcast era, which is a good thing! Games like Sonic Adventure, Mario Sunshine, Tekken 4 or 5 (i forgot which one had beach stage) had really good water graphics for its time!

Usually i wait which legendaries the games have but since flying type is my least favorite type, i am picking up Waves day one.

Good, sucks for others who still stuck with the Switch 1 but it's time to move on, honestly as much i enjoyed Legends Z-A you could tell the game was held back by Switch 1 (and i can't imagine playing Metroid Prime 4 in that decade old outdated console).
Hopefully third party devs follow soon as im not fan of cross gens titles (biggest offender being games like Dragon Ball Sparking Zero you can tell the huge gap between switch 1 ver and switch 2 ver).

If i were to be honest, i wouldnt be surprised to see GT7, Gravity Days/Rush and Marvel Tokon Fighters on the Switch 2 (my 3 wishlist games from Sony), have people forgotten that Sony has been planning to do multiplatform releases (tho not similar to Microsoft's strategy but stricter) since like 2024? And last years confirmed that with Sony porting games like Freedom Wars, Everybody's Golf and iconic PSP franchises such as Patapon on Switch 1. Might be me coping and finger crossing but would be cool playing some current gen Sony games on the go lol

Great to see some devs are willing to support Switch 2 the best they can even with updates! Shows how much they care about this console/handheld unlike certain lazy JP devs (looking at you Bandai specifically with Sparking Zero and Tales and Sega)

Bethesda and Microsoft will be added on my list of guaranteed devs to support on Switch 2 from now onwards!

Well that was an unexcepted surprise! I'd never thought this game would get a Switch 2 edition, looks like i will finally put my phone to rest haha. Usually im not interested in indie games despite what people say about them (to me they almost look all the same) but balatro looked interesting, i was about to buy it through Switch 1 ver but with the Switch 2 edition? Now i will definitely buy it after i get Virtua Fighter 5!

Seeing bandai's terrible porting decision the real question is: We will get the game on Switch 2 day one or always late as usual because they hate the Switch userbase's money?

When theres a realease im not huge fan of (example, Ubisoft stuff, Tomodachi Life etc) I just move on, do my irl job and planning my future with my girlfriend (which soon to be my fiancee if all goes well ^^), I honestly dont have time wasting time by harassing others for buying stuff im not interested and being chronically online

Lastly, these type of groups can make fun of us for buying something they don't like but it still doesnt change my purchase at the end of the day, its my life, my hard earned money and etc, i bought the Switch 2 at launch week despite the pricing complains from others, i still buy pokemon despite nintendo "bullying" smaller devs, supporting nso while nintendo shuts down illegal roms sites etc.

Why do i still support them? Because not only Nintendo always been in my life since the N64 and GBA SP days and want some relaxing games on the rest of the day after work but also because i don't have to listen some random who potentially is chronically online who i never interacted with before.

Im getting Leaf Green, surprisingly i only played the Sapphire pokemon game as a kid regarding the GBA games (on my Kyogre limited edition GBA SP that i was gifted back then)

Guess its finally time to play the games huh? I always wanted to play them but after trying X back in the day on Wii U i couldnt continue due to the framedrops. Im so happy i finally get to play this fully with a locked 60fps framerate!

Sucks for others who still haven't gotten but glad that at least me, my girlfriend and my bro in law already got the Switch 2, so it doesnt affect us.

Tho i hope the AI bubble bursts soon enough , i need to upgrade my phone as my android is getting 8 years old now and would like to move iPhone as everyone in our families have one and im the only still using android (plus the os getting a lil bit outdated) and i hope Apple doesn't price up the iPhone 17.

I heard nothing but good things (aside from the finale) from friends who have played it on ps5 and they told me it's similar to Devil May Cry and Ninja Gaiden in terms of combat (big plus for me!) So i am interested in picking it up if it comes to Switch 2!

@PinderSchloss Unfortunately its normalized on the internet and not the first time, see Pokemon and Persona and hell i had to stop play persona how some stuff was weird af (which doesnt shock me why it has that fanbase)

Best advice i can give is be selective which communities you hang with or dont hang out at all (i am mostly the latter)

Isn't this game censored compared to the first? I heard about it from friends, the artstyle looks cool but not interested in the games as im not into Soulsborne games, tried playing ER and DS as well but not my genre not a big fan of trial and error type of games.

Ah well, most of my Switch 2 library is digital anyways for 3 reasons, due to my splitted life between my country and the US (and btw despite everything, i love it here in the midwest and thinking to move at my girl's) and ever since my sister lost my copy of Mario 3D All Stars (or Collection where i live) i begun having fears of losing my games attributed my slow move to digital/eshop and where i live in both countries we dont have games stores (except gamestop in my US area but its apparently closing down)

Finally one of my wished ported games is on Switch 2! And that sweet 60fps too (yes it has performance mode!)

This game along with FF7Rebirth and Gran Blue Relink are my day one!

The fact we are getting old anime games as well, does this means we will get Shounen Jump and Gundam famicom games? Always wanted to play those
