Re: Review: Mercenaries Saga 2: Order Of The Silver Eagle (3DS eShop)

I think the score is ridiculous, how on earth do those budget G.G. series penny games possibly get 8 and 9 scores which is all repetitive and look like it should have stayed on a NES system. The game is a bit more then 20hours as its has 30+ areas which of you don't want to miss the hidden stuff scattered around the map and yes some grinding is a must to get the most out of jobs and crafting. You get so much for your 5 dollars and it's a much needed fresh title that the genre has almost dried up on the 3ds. This game deserves at least an 8. Your not going to find a perfect game for a budget title but I think everyone should try this game out if your even a slight fan of FFT or TO

For 5 dollars, this is more then a 20 hour game! If your a fan of FFT Tactics Ogre or FE you will want to level up and skill up each of the 10 playable characters each with their own jobs and weapon specialties. Healing warriors, magical archers, combat mages, plus the skills of each job to support what ever job your playing as atm gives a stupid amount of customablitliy plus the inclusion of customizable gear to really make your people OP. It truly is a wonderful game and I hope they make similar titles to revive the genre. Of you have not bought the game, do so now because you will not reget it! This could have easily been a 15$ dollar title but for 5$ it's a complete steal!

Dude! Mercenaries 2 is AMAZING! It really is FFT meets Tactic Ogre with a little FE in the mix when dealing with classes. Going to power level everyone find the classes and grind that SP for all the skills! The look is retro, the game play is fluid, the art work is well done, and for 5 dollars you CAN NOT pass this up! I cant wait for the review guys and I hope you enjoy this "bargain" game as much as I because damn, you get your money and then some!
