Double check that internet connection, sort out your Amazon login details - a date and time has been given for the Palutena amiibo going on sale in North America.
As previously reported, Palutena and Dark Pit are retailer exclusives in the region. Dark Pit is a Best Buy exclusive and will only be available in stores (not online) on 31st July, with no pre-orders being taken. It'll be first-come-first-served and limited to one-per-customer - Best Buy has made some mistakes with amiibo in the past, but that seems to be a fair approach.
Amazon has also done its best in recent waves to accommodate fans, and once again it's given the heads up to eager customers keen to get hold of a Palutena amiibo. Those who signed up for notifications have received an email with details, which 'AmazonJosh' has kindly shared on Reddit.
Thank you for your interest in ordering a Palutena amiibo! Read on for information on how to get your very own Goddess of Light, available only at Amazon.com.
Palutena will be available for sale at 2:00 p.m. PT on Friday, July 24.
Purchases are limited to 1 per customer, and 1-Click Ordering will be disabled for this item. Please make sure you've updated your credit card and shipping information to help you move quickly through the checkout process.
We have ample quantities of this amiibo, but we still expect to sell out. Please act quickly at 2:00 p.m. PT on Friday for your best chance at buying Palutena. Demand is expected to be very high, and there's no guarantee that she will remain in stock for long.
In terms of time zones, that'll be 2:00pm PT, 3:00pm MT, 4:00pm CT and 5:00pm ET on 24th July.
Will you be eagerly logging into Amazon to grab one of these? It seems to be a trend that stock levels are improving for amiibo, but it may be worth being ready right on time if you want one these figures.
Thanks to all that sent this in.

She looks kind of creepy tbh.
I'm visiting a friend Friday, so it's good to know when he has to wait for me while I refresh my browser about 1000 times.
@Aromaiden It's probably the eyes. They kinda look like an alien's eyes. Anyways, now I know when to order. Good.
The Amiibo isn't even worth it. She looks awful! I know cause i have one waste of money i tell you that much.
@Aromaiden I think she looks better in person. I don't remember feeling creeped out by mine. I'll look again when I get home though.
I kinda like this one. Maybe...
@NintendoFan64 @Ryu_Niiyama
It's probably because I'm use to her appearance in Kid Icarus: Uprising. Her in-game design looks different from her Amiibo design.
Will get!!!! Let the Amazon crash begin
I'll be jumping on both of these. And don't think Palutena's face is as bad as people say.
I'm pretty sure scalpers will still win with this one. :/
It's a good thing I bought one already on my trip overseas! :3
Very pale skin.
I will be camping Friday :/ Family before gamin i guess!
I think it will be easier to get a Palutena Figma than this Amiibo...
I've seen so many Palutena amiibo about it isn't funny.
@Aromaiden She looks much better in person, though here eyes are slightly derpy on a lot of figures.
I already got mine from Japan. That was a good move, since I'll be at work all day friday.
@TwilightAngel You must have gotten a really bad one, or I got a really good one. I really like all the detail and sculpting on mine. Her eyes were kind of derpy, so I scraped them off and painted new ones on. I think she's almost perfect now.
@Priceless_Spork She's the Goddess of Light, the Ruler of the Sky, the Troll to end all trolls....Lady Palutena! (From the Kid Icarus series, Pit's boss, basically.)
I really feel sorry for american amiibo fans having to fight over them like animals. Here in australia i just wander down the shop whenever and get rare (in usa anyway) amiibos straight of the shelves
I wonder if there will be really a need to "fight", I'm seeing a huge improvement in amiibo's stocks here in Europe, I actually saw the most recent characters in stores and even the return of some old figures too.
If Nintendo keep up we could be able to stop the "amiibo are impossible to find" joke in a matter of few waves. Or at least I wanna dream that we'll get to that point XD
@BakaKnight Careful what you wish for! once people find them, and realize they dont do all that much, the whining shall begin anew!
And to think that it's so easy to pick her up in Europe Why won't you order them from here?
@BakaKnight
I want to see the point where amiibo are commonplace enough that the scalpers have trouble getting rid of their stock and have to sell at cost
She sure is pretty, but I think I'll pass on this one.
@NickieBoy I dig it. Is that actually from Uprising?
Good luck everyone trying to get her. Her face looks creepy on my one, but the rest of her especially her hair looks stunning.
Found her today, she looks creepy. Didn't buy.
Damn in Europe we had this from long time now.
Just waiting for the next wave to go on pre order.
Wow. You're only just getting them now? Also, why does she look so creepy? I took a look at my copy, and she's nowhere near that bad. Her face is a lot more balanced with the eyes.
I've noticed severe quality differences between American and Australian Amiibos. Also, Japanese ones too. Are the ones over here revised a bit in their paint scheme? Since everything costs more, do people spend more on paint?
let us consult the almight prophet esteban.
see what happens.
see what f**king happens, scalpers.
I wonder if they'll station armed troops around the Best Buy, too. It's hilarious how rigid and controlled Amiibo distribution is becoming. I think I'll lay off until Nintendo gets its act together with these things and actually prints enough that all of its fans can buy them.
Well I know I'll be on time to get one no doubt. I just wonder how long the stock will be up for. Would it be like Gamestop.com with Ness and King DDD around for a hour with surprise restock after that, or like Target.com with Roselina around for over an hour. If it's like Jigglypuff stocks, I will rofl at the impatient (or cautious as they say) people.
i saw 2-3 palutena amiibo in my local Toy R Us store
Hmm, she doesn't look too bad so I think I'll try to get her on amazon tomorrow! As for Dark Pit I'm not really sure, I highly doubt my local BB would have him.
I'm just glad I imported mine. shakes head
