Re: Hands On: Getting Pinned Down By Nintendo Badge Arcade

Kimite

I think I might send some money on this game as a actual "Thank you for localizing it Nintendo" kind of thing :+). I wouldn't spend a lot probably, but I am not going to spend any money on either Mario or Animal Crossing badges ;^^. (Give me Zelda and I might use some real money as a thank you).

Re: Poll: Did The Nintendo Direct Comeback Fire on All Cylinders?

Kimite

As a RPG person I have to say Nintendo ate my wallet whole... which I would say is technically a good thing as there was so many things in the Direct that I am looking forward to ^^. Nearly all the titles interested me and that probably says something.

Either way, right now I am looking forward to the Game Awards to see if we potentially see Zelda U or the Smash Direct/presentation there .

Re: Minecraft Wii U Edition Has Been Rated By PEGI

Kimite

It will be interesting to see if the date 2015.11.12 means December or November in this case as for me in Europe it would be December ;^^.

Still Minecraft will hopefully be shown in the Nintendo Direct today so we will likely get to know when Minecraft is coming to the Wii U soon .

Re: Michael Pachter Thinks Miitomo Will Have Trouble Tempting People Away From Facebook

Kimite

I do think Miitomo has potential if Nintendo can market it right, though I don't think it will be the new Facebook or Twitter either. The new Instagram or Snapchat is probably a bit too ambitious as well, but it could maybe be like Pou or Tamagochi if everything goes in Nintendo's favor.

I do think at least in the Japanese market Miitomo will be more popular, but for the western market I think Miitomo will be a "Why not" download just to see what Miitomo is as they probably recognize the Miis and Nintendo's name. The difference from Japan is that I think Miimoto has a lot more potential to be the "cool for a while" kind of app and people getting bored of it depending on how much Nintendo has left to show us.

I will probably get Miitomo as a "Why not" download, but for how long I will use it is another thing and that will be Nintendo's job of making a good system that keep me entertained .

Re: Talking Point: As Rumours Come and Go the Desperation for a Nintendo Direct Grows

Kimite

While this just my logic, but I could see us getting a Nintendo Direct on Halloween this week :+). (May vary on the time zone). Still I would say it is most likely that we have to wait a little longer ;^^, but then again there was a Nintendo Direct on the 1-2 April earlier this year .

It will still be interesting in my view to hear what will come out of Nintendo's investor meeting as we could get information on Nintendo's mobile game, Pokémon Go, tiny NX info, Nintendo's new loyalty program, movies plans, the theme park plans, QOL plans and of course Kimishima really introduce himself :+). (I might have my ideas/wishes too high up, but I do think some of these will come true).

Re: Rumour: Data Miners Reveal That The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes Will Be Receiving DLC

Kimite

@HMNIM I like the fact that we have a option for a single player that we can play offline on the bus alone ;+). Still yes, the single player definitely needs to be a bit more fine-tuned and fluid ;^^.

If the Dopples gets a little more AI and more control commands for us players as in controlling the dopples when we are not actively controlling them, then I think Triforce Heroes single player can become really good potentially :+).

Re: Rumour: Data Miners Reveal That The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes Will Be Receiving DLC

Kimite

I am okay with Triforce Heroes have DLC/updates and even paid DLC, as the game itself is structured In a way I feel like DLC could fit ;+).

We could say that in a way Triforce Heroes is a mini-mini cooperative online MMO and in that sense updates/DLCS fits as we are doing the same dungeons over and over again to clear all the goals :+). (Kinda alike dungeon runs in MMO like FF14 on a much smaller scale).

Either way, as long as the paid DLC has a fair price for what it offers in the package, then I don't mind paid DLC at all ;+). (Don't we all want more content in Triforce Heroes ^^).

Re: Talking Point: The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD Would be No Surprise, as Nostalgia Rules for Nintendo

Kimite

Am absolutely for a remake/remastering of Twilight Princess, but I am not sure if it is too soon right now and would be better as NX launch title if the NX is suited for Twilight Princess (HD).

While I have played Twilight Princess (GC) on a big TV and I have to say the resolution doesn't look good ;^^. Either way I think Twilight Princess HD will be something that is worth looking forward to .

Re: Chibi-Robo!: Zip Lash Fails to Clean Up in Japanese Charts

Kimite

@Bagels I don't think I am the right person to do it as I have never really played a Chibi-Robo game, except for a decent demo of Photo Finder/3DS game ;^^.

Still if the NX has Gamecube VC support at launch then Nintendo could just test the Chibi-Robo game or on Wii U if the Wii U gets VC Gamecube support :+).

Re: Chibi-Robo!: Zip Lash Fails to Clean Up in Japanese Charts

Kimite

Too bad Chibi-Robo didn't sell that we'll, but hopefully Nintendo can test Chibi-Robo again through releasing the DS sequel as a VC in Japan. I am not sure if I am going to get Chibi-Robo Zip Lash, but I can just write it in on my Christmas wishlist so someone can buy it for me at least.

(Unlikely, but does anyone think there is any chance of the Chibi-Robo DS sequel being translated and being released as a VC for the Wii U or a digital title for the 3DS? Personally I would say unlikely, but never say never I guess .).

Re: Editorial: A Wii U Price Cut is Still Worthwhile Despite Its Ongoing Woes

Kimite

While it would be nice if the Wii U got a price cut, I would say we fans maybe should speak up about the Wii U more in the sense that it isn't kiddie and such, along with that the Wii U isn't really a underpowered console. (Nintendo should really be the ones doing it though).

It is true that the Wii U isn't perfect and could be improved in many area, but for what is and what it delivers I would say the Wii U is a good console with a lot of fun games ^^.

I admit that the Wii U's sail in terms of really recovering is gone, but I hope the Wii U can reach 15. Millions in sales even I too think it is fairly unlikely.

Either way happy gaming I guess .

Re: Editorial: A Wii U Price Cut is Still Worthwhile Despite Its Ongoing Woes

Kimite

@Torterror actually if you want you can help the Wii U if you say why you love it your friends :+). (Only of you love/like the Wii U of course).

I am don't about you, but if someone were to ask me I would say the Wii U is a console with a lot of fun/good games and that the Off-TV Play function is really convenient ^^.

I am sure you know, but it doesn't matter If a game is childish as long as you are having fun . This might not be something you want to say, but is something I would say to my friends ^^. (Keep in mind that I am a female).

Whether or not you respond on my comment, I wish you a good day :+).

Re: Editorial: A Wii U Price Cut is Still Worthwhile Despite Its Ongoing Woes

Kimite

I think why not have a little piece drop at this point, as some more Wii Us sold is better than what the Wii U will sell without a price cut.

I am not sure about this, but I have thought about Nintendo having Art Academy bundled with some game(s) or if not includ the demo for free in future bundles. While I don't think this is likely, I think Nintendo should push Art Academy more along side with Off-TV Play .

If we don't count the games Wii U has I would say the Off-TV Play function is some of the best parts about the Wii U as it is so convenient ^^.

I think Nintendo might be too late to really push the Wii U, but hopefully if Nintendo really does things right before the NX comes and the Wii U sells 15 mill or at least a bit more closer to 15 mill sold. (I realize this is unlikely).

Either way I wish the Wii U the best holiday sales it can hope for at this point :+).

Re: Nielsen Game Rank Lists the Most Anticipated Games of the Holiday Season

Kimite

I do actually think Xenoblade Chronicles X as a game if we don't count it is on Wii U, I do think Xenoblade Chronicles X as a concept could potentially do very well in the mainstream due to the online integrations and the community feeling.

I do understand that Xenoblade Chronicles X might be too anime-ish for some people and not the best graphics, but still with a good amount of advertising I think Xenoblade Chronicles X could reach more potential consumers than a lot of other games. Still because of the the lack proper advertising not a lot of people outside the Nintendo community know of Xenoblade Chronicles X probably ;^^.

Still I wish Xenoblade Chronicles X the best .

Re: Nielsen Game Rank Lists the Most Anticipated Games of the Holiday Season

Kimite

@Kalime Hi and cheers to you too .

Anyway, I also think Xenoblade Chronicles X is more of a core/hardcore title than a casual game that appeal to non-gamers/casual.

Though gammie casuals are playing games what's popular/hot and if Xenoblade Chronicles X can hit that cool level with the help from Mario Maker and Splatoonselling more Wii Us, I do think Xenoblade Chronicles X can get fairly big if advertised right . Though likely not unfortunately ;^^.

Still Xenoblade Chronicles X needs a lot of advertisements to reach the hype level it should be on even among the core/hardcore. Right now I would say people are excited for Xenoblade Chronicles X like "I am really looking forward to Xenoblade Chronicles X ^^" instead of "I need it, I need it, I need it o.o" like the hype level Zelda U had on E3 2015.

Still like I said in my other comments: I am looking forward to playing Xenoblade Chronicles X ^^.

Re: Nielsen Game Rank Lists the Most Anticipated Games of the Holiday Season

Kimite

@Peach64 I do think Xenoblade Chronicles X has the potential to be a system seller if advertised right .

Sure, Xenoblade Chronicles X wouldn't be as big of a system seller like Mario Maker and Splatoon, but I do think Nintendo could try to appeal more to Transformers fans by maybe by teaming up with the people who are in charge of the Transformers IP and maybe have camoes (skins) :+).

Also trying to get more JRPG fans interested in Xenoblade Chronicles X by having a lot more advertising in general ;+).

Re: Talking Point: Why Does Investor Confidence in Nintendo Continue to Dip Under Tatsumi Kimishima?

Kimite

@Zach777 (Sorry, but I need my sleep ;^^).

I didn't mean that the Smash Ballot would be that big of thing, but something that make the Nintendo community happy in the sense that it is something interesting :+).

I don't think Star Fox will come to the NX or at least not without being cross-gen-ed. As far as Zelda U goes I will say that I wouldn't be 100% surprised if Zelda U comes to the NX, I think Zelda U has to be on both Wii U and maybe NX as Nintendo has promised us fans that Zelda U will be on the Wii U.

I think there are many things that Nintendo can wow us with that we don't know about yet :+). (Or at least just me trying to be positive).

Re: Talking Point: Why Does Investor Confidence in Nintendo Continue to Dip Under Tatsumi Kimishima?

Kimite

@Zach777 I wouldn't say it is that bad, but it is true that it is a bit dry now in terms of big news ;^^.

Still the Smash Ballot should be unveiled soon and we will get to hear who will be included in Smash :+). Zelda U and Nintendo's mobile announcement still has to be fully explained so I do think there are a fair amount of information/news Nintendo can give us ;+).

As for my opinion in terms of Kimishima, I am looking forward to see what he can do for Nintendo :+).

Re: Reminder: There's Only One More Week Left To Vote In The Super Smash Bros. Fighter Ballot

Kimite

@Zach777 Well in my view the Kingdom Hearts series share a bit of the Nintendo/Zelda wonder or at least in Kingdom Hearts 1. Sora has a lot of diversity in terms of what possible attacks he could so as he know both sword attacks and magic attacks.

Sora has been in Chain of Memories and Dream Drop Distance, technically Re: Coded and in 358/2 Days as a unlockable bonus character I think.

Plus, as you probably know there are a ton of Zelda and Kingdom Hearts crossovers . (I know, my icon).

Re: Analysts Wonder If Super Mario Can Save Nintendo

Kimite

Like many other people say I don't think the Wii U can be saved if that means the Wii U has to hit over the 30 million mark. I do think the Wii U can at least sell some more million unites even if the Wii U will end up selling less than 15 millions.

If Nintendo promote Mario Maker and Splatoon right along side Xenoblade Chronicles X for Christmas I do think Nintendo can help the Wii U sell at least 500 000 if not a million and over if they market the Wii U and its games right :+). I know the Wii U probably wouldn't be the most selling console this Christmas, but I do hope the Christmas sales will at least be something.

I also think Mario as a iconic video game character as he is could help Nintendo in their mobile plan, but I am unsure of what type of games would work best ;^^. I know endless runners have been brought up as a joke at least, but I do know I think that the Mario Mini series might have to do something with the mobile games. As for what I want I am not sure, but I guess a RPG, but that probably wouldn't be the best option as Mario Bros is the series that should be on the mobile platform if the format works.

While I don't see Mario Maker "saving" the Wii U, but I can see Mario Maker giving the Wii U good bump as there so much about Mario Maker all around the internet or at least gaming related sites and tempting people who doesn't have a Wii U to buy a Wii U .

Re: Nintendo is Now 126 Years Old

Kimite

Nice ^^.

I have to say: Happy birthday Nintendo with becoming 126 years old . I hope Nintendo will continue existing in many, many years to come ^^.

I thank Nintendo for giving me a fantastic childhood and made me the person I am today .

Re: The Yo-Kai Watch Anime Starts In North America on 5th October

Kimite

I hope Youkai Watch will do well in America and that we in my country can get Youkai Watch too . (Hopefully the dubbed version in my country will be good, but I doubt it as usual ;^^. Still I think the American voice for the protagonist should have been a bit more high pitched, but not much).

Re: This Is The Last Real Console Cycle, Proclaims Industry Analyst Michael Pachter

Kimite

While I am not going to disagree with that gaming as we know it today with consoles will probably end soon or later, but I do think at least this generation of consoles and maybe the next generation will be consoles in front of the TV.

The reason why I think gaming with consoles in front of a TV like many of us do today will end is not directly because mobiles, but rather by that our technology in general are evolving and let us try new types of things and experiences.

I could see technologies like the Hololens and the Amusphere from Sword Art Online being the future of gaming, or other things we see in movies and Animes today :+). (No Nervegear please ;^^).

Right now I think the best thing is to not worry so much and just live our lives really .

Re: Don't Count Nintendo Out, Says Former Xbox Boss Robbie Bach

Kimite

@Bliquid

I would say the Wii U is a commercial failure, but not a failure for most of those own a Wii Ulike myself :+). I am not going to say that the Wii U is flawless or mind blowing ;^^, but the games on the Wii U sure keep me busy while playing in Off-TV mode on the Gamepad .

It is true that when the Wii U was presented the Nintendo titles wasn't there to support the Wii U ;^^, but now there are many amazing games on the Wii U in my view .

Re: Talking Point: Star Fox Zero's Delay Could Be The Final Nail In The Wii U's Coffin

Kimite

(I know I might sound a bit too positive at times for some people in this situation, but please bare with it ;^^).

While I think it is unfortunate that Star Fox Zero wouldn't be a part of the holiday line up, I do think like some people have probably mentioned already: It is better with a delayed game than a rushed game :+). (Note: I am not thinking about picking up Star Fox Zero anyway, so my opinion might not count for core Star Fox fans).

I think the Wii U are heading into its prime time of content or the prime time began with Mario Maker and will be followed up by Xenoblade Chronicles X this year. I mean the holiday lineup might not be something to be that excited about for some fans, but after Christmas I would say we have a lot of games to look forward too ^^.

Zelda U, Pokkén Tournament, SMTxFE, Star Fox Zero and probably many more games made in Nintendo's name I can't think of right now. Also remember we nearly know nothing about what we will get next year, as on E3 Nintendo usually have a 6-9 month policy witch means that Nintendo usually only show games that are coming out in the 6-9 months. (There are many interesting indie gams coming out next year).

Before I judge anything about the Wii U's future I will have to see a Nintendo Direct with new games and if there aren't any new cool games for the Wii U, then I can say that the Wii U is nearing it commercial end.

Still remember we fans will probably use the Wii U in the future now and then, so it will be many year before the Wii U is 100% dead .

Re: Capcom Announces Anime Adaptations Of Monster Hunter Stories And Ace Attorney

Kimite

Nice, hopefully at least the Monster Hunter Stories anime will be something for me ^^.

I think have a anime to a game is a really good idea in terms of getting kids and anime watches to watch the show and then get interested in the game in return . I mean just look at Pokémon and Youkai Watch, and see how successful both of them have been ^^. (I probably became a Nintendo fan because of Pokémon).

I have said this before and I will say it again, but Nintendo need to do a Splatoon anime sooner or later. Having the Splatoon anime air at the same time as the next Splatoon game potentially comes out or a bit before would be a great idea . (Also I want some more detailed lore from the Splatoon universe).

Re: Super Mario Maker Makes its Way to Super Smash Bros. for Wii U & 3DS

Kimite

@Rhydas @Grumblevolcano

Well as a Kingdom Hearts fan myself I am complaining really and I have played every Kingdom Hearts games that has come outside of Japan .

I am excited for new content and new lore ^^.

Either way we know Kingdom Hearts 3 is coming nicely along anyway, so I don't think we need to complain that much really :+).

Re: Super Mario Maker Makes its Way to Super Smash Bros. for Wii U & 3DS

Kimite

I know this isn't Mario Maker related or Nintendo related, but Kingdom Hearts 2.8 announced for PS4 with Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance Hd, Kingdom Hearts X Back Cover and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep 0.2 as a prologue to Kingdom Hearts 3 o.o.

It is called Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue.

I have to say I am excited as a Kingdom Hearts fan and Zelda fan ^w^.

As for a Mario Maker stage in Smash, nice .
