Re: Review: CrossCode - The Zelda-Like RPG You Never Knew You Wanted

Played it on PC, it's definitely one of those indie gems. Great, creative game.

Only downside for me was some of the dungeon puzzles. Later in the game a lot of them rely too much on "freeze 1st pillar, bounce shot off frozen pillar, burn 2nd pillar before shot hits 2nd pillar, unfreeze 1st pillar after shot hits 2nd pillar, run across room and hit switch while all this is happening, hit switch again after all this happens, fight bug before and between burning 2nd pillar, etc. And do it all in 5 seconds!

That being said though, you can slow puzzles down, etc., although I still stunk at them.

Don't let that stop you, the game is really good. The only reason I'm not buying the Switch version right now is because my PC version purchase is so recent.

@outsider83 The Mother series turns a lot of people off by its simple presentation, but really shines in telling a deep and compelling story that is both heartwarming, heartbreaking, and hilarious. The mostly present day set games contain all kinds of great and bizarre characters, excellent music, and they do get quite cinematic and epic as you progress.

Re: Breath Of The Wild's Sequel Came From Having Too Many DLC Ideas, Aonuma Says

I like a lot of people's ideas listed here, it gets me excited to think about. If we get a new map, I hope it involves the borders beyond Hyrule, and/or some kind of subterranean kingdom. I think that would make most sense, being a direct sequel, the terrain of Hyrule would presumably be the same. Well, unless the end of that trailer is teasing some crazy geological shifts...

Re: A New Earthworm Jim Is Coming, But There's A Rather Large Catch

I really enjoyed the style, humor, music, and charcters of the first 2 Earthworm Jim games, and still am fond of the creativity of the whole universe they made, but man, I really didn't enjoy those games very much. I wanted to, but just never could really get into them, mainly cause of difficulty and the weird gimmicks.
