Nintendo UK has uploaded a brand new trailer for the upcoming BOXBOY! + BOXGIRL!, one of the many games shown off in the February Nintendo Direct.
The video shows off some of the basic manoeuvres you and a friend will be able to pull off when the game arrives later this month. If you haven't played any of the previous games in the series - which would be a shame, because they're worth a go - then you might want to study closely to learn the tricks of the blocky puzzle trade.
The game will be available to download from the eShop on 26th April in Europe, or a day earlier if you happen to be in North America.
Are you planning on picking this one up? Have you played any previous BOXBOY! games? Let us know down below.

The previous games were pretty fun but there's so much good stuff coming out in the eShop this month so I'll probably just throw it on the watch list and pick it up at a later date. Still waiting to find out the price which is weird.
I hope it will be not more than 10€.
Anyway, my body is ready for this (and Katana Zero, and Cuphead, and PW Trilogy... In fact, my wallet is not so ready)
So is this coming to Switch or is this series still 3DS exclusive?
@JayJ This game is Switch exclusive, Nintendo stopped announcing 3DS games after the September Direct.
This makes me wish my SO would play co-op games with me. ~sigh~
Great series! Glad it's coming to Switch.
Any idea on price? Might get this if not too expensive...
i'm very excited to try this. i loved the first one on 3DS. #BoxboyandGirlforSmash.
Looks good! Can't wait for more Nindie games in this rumoured NDirect tomorrow.
I’m hoping the other boxboy games come to the switch
HAL also has a cute mobile game: Part Time UFO.
@Tandy255 That game rules.
With this and Labo VR I am sure to dust off my Switch.
So, how's the single player in this?
;_;
@justin233 Cheer up--at least you have a SO. =]
So are they ignoring the ending of Bye-Bye BOX BOY!, then? I'm not gonna spoil anything, but this trailer seems to contradict the BOX BOY! canon (which is indeed a thing).
