While I still want a lot of unannounced ports. I completely agree. Playing Star Wars Outlaws right now, gonna buy Persona 3 Reload later. Alreardy have Street Fighter 6. Also buying Resident Evil Requiem, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Elden Ring and Assassin's Creed Shadows when they release. It's an amazing system.
To be fair I only own Nintendo systems, so a looooot is new for me. But it's an amazing lineup even without third party imo. I've got Bananza, Mario Kart World, Kirby Air Riders, Metroid Prime 4, Pokémon Z-A plus enough updates for games I already own.
100% in my top 5 mainline Pokémon games. I can easily play through games with performance issues though. One of my most fun experiences in the later years of the Switch tbh.
I 100% believe Nintendo is gonna make DLC for Mario Kart World and I assume (at least the first batch) will be announced in the Mario Kart World Direct. I would be confused if they didn't.
Sorry for derailing the conversation with throwing that comment in there. But I really appreciate you replying to me! I just love having my Directs be 100% surprising.
Love you guys for your news coverage (really don't like how you guys with rumours spoil things in the title though), but review-wise I'm mostly on the opposite end compared to you guys, especially with rpgs. (And that's okay, everyone likes different things.)
Haven't played Definitive Edition yet, but would give the WiiU original either a 9,5 or a 10. So it's very refreshing to see you guys like Definitive Edition of X so much.
I always turn off autosaves in games, so glad to hear there really aren't any downsides to the game for me personally. Gonna wait a bit before buying though
I'm most likely gonna buy this one and mainly for Dungeon Dice Monsters and Yu-Gi-Oh! 7 Trials to Glory: World Championship Tournament 2005.
I play real Yu-Gi-Oh and Master Duel still a lot nowadays, but those two were great back in the day, especially Dungeon Dice Monsters because that was one of the few times they took the ip and made something cool and new out of it.
Haven't played this one. But have played a bit of the first one on Switch. Which I liked and that also got a 5 on here. So I hope I'll also enjoy this one despite their graphical shortcomings.
One of my fav series. Started it in the Switch era and own Final Fantasy Legend Trilogy, Romancing SaGa Minstrel Song Remastered, Romancing SaGa 2, Romancin SaGa 2 Revenge of the Seven, Romancing SaGa 3, SaGa Frontier, SaGa Scarlet Grace Ambitions and SaGa Emerald Beyond now. Haven't played them all yet though haha.
Glad to see it get an article like this! Really liking Revenge of the Seven atm.
As a huge fan of Sonic Adventure 2 I don't think this will be the best Sonic game for me personally, having said that it's great to see it get such a high score and I will certainly buy it after reading this.
Other Sonic games I like a lot are Sonic Heroes, Shadow the Hedgehog and Sonic Lost World.
The one I thing I was scared off for a sequel was that they were gonna throw more at you and give you more health, so sad to hear that's exactly what they did.
Still probably gonna try it out though, I'll just lower my expectations. The original is one of my fav indies.
Gonna play the demo for a bit because I can't wait for the game.
Having said that, don't think this series needs a demo. I think it will deter more people than entice them. At least if it is a short demo. Because learning all the systems and all the freedom you have in this series is a bit hard to learn in a short demo.
Huge Pokémon fan here.
Love almost all of the spin offs.
Gen 3, 4 and 6 Mystery Dungeons are all great.
Love the 2 Poképarks.
The original Ranger was amazing.
Have so much time in Unite.
Conquest is so good, wild that there haven't been more.
The Gamecube rpgs are great.
Have gen 3 pinball but haven't played it yet though.
Still need to get New Snap sometime, liked the 64 original.
I had lots of fun with the original Rumble on Wii.
Still haven't bought the 2 Detective Pikachus, but wil someday.
Played Stadium 2 to death as a child.
Love normal Picross so having a Pokémon one on 3DS is nice.
Edit: Oh, how could I forget! And Pokkén, one of my favourite fighting games ever!

Re: Rumour: Assassin's Creed Shadows On Switch 2 May Clash With Metroid Prime 4
Already preordered Metroid Prime 4 Beyond. If they really release this close together I'll just wait for a sale on Shadows.

Re: Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Is Now The Second-Best Selling Game In The Series
100% in my top 5 mainline Pokémon games. I can easily play through games with performance issues though. One of my most fun experiences in the later years of the Switch tbh.
Re: Vampire Survivors And Square Enix Team Up For Free DLC, But It's Not The Series You'd Expect
Well, I'm probably buying Vampire Survivors now
Re: Mario Kart World "Paid DLC" Would Be A Big No-No, According To Ex-Nintendo Duo
I 100% believe Nintendo is gonna make DLC for Mario Kart World and I assume (at least the first batch) will be announced in the Mario Kart World Direct. I would be confused if they didn't.
Re: Square Enix Publisher Sale Brings Delightful Discounts To A Boatload Of RPGs
@XenoShaun
Thanks for mentioning. I was so confused haha.
Re: Square Enix Publisher Sale Brings Delightful Discounts To A Boatload Of RPGs
Don't know where to say this, so I'll just put it here.
Isn't your countdown for the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct wrong by one hour? Or am I missing something?

Re: Review: Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection (Switch) - A Comprehensive Round-Up With A Few Real Winners
I'm most likely gonna buy this one and mainly for Dungeon Dice Monsters and Yu-Gi-Oh! 7 Trials to Glory: World Championship Tournament 2005.

Re: Rumour: Kirby: Planet Robobot Will Indeed Come To Switch, It's Claimed
I hate it when you guys post rumours, I follow this site for news and not for ruining potential upcoming Directs.
At the very least have the thumbnail not showing said game.
Re: Talking Point: What Do We Actually Want From 'Mario Kart 9'?
An enjoyable game, no matter what form that takes. That's it.
Re: Review: Fantasian Neo Dimension (Switch) - Final Fantasy Creator's JRPG Love Letter Delights & Frustrates
A bit lower than expected but I'm still hyped and have it preordered.
Love challenging combat so probably hard difficulty for me.
Re: Review: Life Is Strange: Double Exposure (Switch) - Not Quite Picture Perfect On Switch
Haven't played this one. But have played a bit of the first one on Switch. Which I liked and that also got a 5 on here. So I hope I'll also enjoy this one despite their graphical shortcomings.
Re: Review: Mario & Luigi: Brothership (Switch) - Easily The Best Mario & Luigi RPG Yet
@mlt As far as I know enemies walk on the overworld.
Having said that, I myself love random encounters haha
Re: Review: Mario & Luigi: Brothership (Switch) - Easily The Best Mario & Luigi RPG Yet
@Mariotag As far as I know enemies are still walking in the overworld. The reviewer probably just doesn't know what "random encounters" means.
Re: Feature: The History Of SaGa, Square's Weirdest, Bravest RPG Series
One of my fav series. Really liking Revenge of the Seven atm.

Other Sonic games I like a lot are Sonic Heroes, Shadow the Hedgehog and Sonic Lost World.
Re: Review: Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge Of The Seven (Switch) - A Remake That's Equally Intriguing & Underwhelming
Sad about this score. Based on the demo I would already rate it higher.
Hope I'll enjoy it at least. I like the graphics/artstyle as well as the combat mechanics, so I think it will be great for me personally.
It also releases on my birthday. But ofcourse this is the one time I still haven't had an email saying it has been shipped.
Re: Poll: What Review Score Would You Give Super Mario Party Jamboree?
My top 5 are Mario Party DS, 3, 5, 6 and 8. But I think I need take 6 out of there to make some place for Jamboree!
Re: Feature: "I Want You To Be Mad" - Crazy Viking Studios On The Brutality Of Volgarr The Viking II
The one I thing I was scared off for a sequel was that they were gonna throw more at you and give you more health, so sad to hear that's exactly what they did.
Still probably gonna try it out though, I'll just lower my expectations.
The original is one of my fav indies.
Re: Gorgeous GBA-Style RPG 'Tako no Himitsu' Launches Kickstarter
Loved their first game and anything with Motoi Sakuraba composing is a must buy for me. So I'm looking forward to it.
Re: Hands On: SteamWorld Heist II Expands On A Beloved 3DS Title, But Is It What Fans Really Want?
Bought the first Heist on Switch and WiiU, but still haven't played it. Loved the first Dig though.
I hope this one will sell better than Build.
Re: Square Enix's SaGa Emerald Beyond Receives A New Update For Switch
Ordered mine a week ago, glad I waited for a physical version with English text!
Re: Review: Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance (Switch) - Even Better Than The Stellar Original
Own the orginal on Switch. Haven't played it yet though..
Will buy this one eventually (most likely also for the Switch).
I like save points in my SMT if I'm completely honest, makes surviving till the next point very intense.
Re: Sonic Team On Remasters: "If There's A Title People Like, We'll Think About It"
Huge fan of Sonic Heroes, Shadow the Hedgehog and Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.
But Sonic Adventure 2 Battle remaster is a need!
Re: Swipe Right To Fight In Turn-Based Combat Dating Adventure 'Nova Hearts'
Cool artstyle, cool music and turn based. Most likely a buy from me!
Re: Digital Eclipse Reveals Brutal Action-Platformer 'Völgarr The Viking II'
Completed the first game a few years ago, one of my fav indie sidescrollers!
Re: Monster-Collecting RPG Cassette Beasts Scores Stunning Physical Deluxe Edition Next Month
I really want it, but low on money.
There is also no demo so a bit scared I end up not liking it.
Re: Best SaGa Games Of All Time - Switch And Nintendo Systems
@Daniel36 Fair enough haha
Re: Best SaGa Games Of All Time - Switch And Nintendo Systems
Really surprised by seeing Romancing SaGa Minstrel Song only as the 6th.
One of my favorite rpgs in general I've played in years.
Re: Review: Cavern Of Dreams (Switch) - A Rich, Rare Homage To The N64's Finest 'Formers
Original Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask have one my favourite artstyle to this day.
The 3D platformers on N64 are all also close to that.
Planning on buying it but it being Super Rare that publishes it makes me hope for a physical. So I'll wait a bit before buying.
Re: Review: SaGa Emerald Beyond (Switch) - Diverse But Dull RPG Boosted By Excellent Combat
@Polvasti Yeah, the only design I didn't like of the 6, mainly because of that reason.
The motif of a cowgirl cop could have gotten amazing designs.
Re: Review: SaGa Emerald Beyond (Switch) - Diverse But Dull RPG Boosted By Excellent Combat
I really wanted Japanese audio. That really sucks, that was the one thing I was scared of.
Other than that it seems amazing, really eager to learn the ins and outs of the combat.
Re: Review: Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes (Switch) - An Immersive JRPG With Some Real Problems
Glad to hear it's good, sad to hear of the issues. Thanks for the review. Will certainly get it but I'm gonna wait for (some) patch(es) first.
Re: Antonblast Brings Explosive Wario Land-Inspired Platforming To Switch In November
Way to fast and busy for my brain. Gonna try the demo just to be sure.
Hope other people enjoy it though.
Re: The First Review For Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes Is In
@Jack_Goetz Playing Rise atm, loving the artstyle and characters!
Re: The First Review For Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes Is In
Gonna get SaGa Emerald Beyond 100%, only still debating if I should get the digital or wait for the potential of them ever releasing a physical.
Also want Eiyuden Chronicles, but waiting on a patch based on what I saw of its perfornance on Switch.
Re: SaGa Emerald Beyond Lands Free Switch eShop Demo Tomorrow
Gonna play the demo for a bit because I can't wait for the game.
Having said that, don't think this series needs a demo. I think it will deter more people than entice them. At least if it is a short demo. Because learning all the systems and all the freedom you have in this series is a bit hard to learn in a short demo.
Re: Upcoming Nintendo Switch Games And Accessories For April And May 2024
Getting SaGa Emerald Beyond ofcourse and probably Paper Mario.
Re: Watch Out, 'Rain World' Is Getting Another Major Expansion
Hoping it will finally get a physical version.

Re: Sonic X Shadow Generations Is Speeding Onto Switch Autumn 2024
Love that it's coming to Switch, love the focus on Shadow, having said that I'd rather have a Sonic Adventure 2 remaster.
Glad we're getting this either way, trailer looked cool.
But HUGE agree, where are the guns!
Re: Pokémon Unite Adds Another Pokémon To The Roster Next Week
Can't wait, my favourite Pokémon ever (sharing it's spot with Gardevoir ofcourse)!
Hope they have an enjoyable playstyle for me, either way I'm gonna try my hardest to main them.
Re: SaGa Emerald Beyond Slashes Onto Switch In April 2024
I'm extremely hyped about this game, just want to know if they have dual audio and if there is a physical coming.
