For anyone that cares. Ubisoft has confirmed they're working on a new game in the series. However it probably won't be shown off until late 2026 at the earliest. And there's currently rumours flying around a second game is being worked on.

It'll be nice to have angel of darkness in a slightly less glitchy state to be honest!😁

@Maulbert It's great to see, not only a good adaption get made, but an actual good show be made. However given who's attached to make this it's gonna be sh1t.

It was the birth of 3d platformers at the time so a lot of people have the nostalgia for this one. If they've figured out good modern controls this could have potential.

We've got alarmo and now Nintendo music as part of your online subscription! And Xenoblade chronicles x! Yeah I don't think we're getting the announcement this year anymore.

They haven't done the third game due to time, money, and they would like to remake it rather than remaster it from what I've gathered.

If there gonna do angel of darkness they had better fill in the missing content or yeah it gonna be rough.

At least they had the decency to say a physical is coming before the digital launch.

This is one of many reasons the switch is my main console. All these retro titles I've missed over the years.

@GrailUK I just made backups of all my own games to play on devices like these. Very convenient if you fancy playing something and can't be bothered looking out and setting up the console etc

Or they could just release the damn thing on modern platforms again. And not hidden behind any form of subscription service.

I found it more frustrating than enjoyable.

@LikelySatan sorry to hear that. Never happened to me. It's one of the best games I played in the past decade quite frankly.

As far as ports go all I really want is remnant 2. First game was incredibly addictive on the switch. And a port of dragons dogma 2 wouldn't go amiss or maybe some native ports of newer resi games and their remakes.

@Solabound That's just basic common sense right there. I always take an old crappy phone to festivals just to be sure. Then again can't remember the last time I camped at one! Hotels are the way to go!

If you bring your switch to download it isn't getting lost, trampled or damaged. It's getting stolen. Serious problem at download. But i grew up playing games and listening to metal. More into the metal side of things now but yeah we do exist.

@FrillsAran Fair enough. Just they used to be the only reliable one for getting anything done on time.

@Serpenterror For all Nordica screw ups the past few years they usually get all the stuff on a cartridge. One of the few publishers that makes that effort on the switch.

@FrillsAran it took them 1 year and 6 months to get my copy of doom eternal from them. Then just earlier this year I finally got my copy of oceanhorn 2. After 2 full years of waiting. They claim 3-4 months for production and shipping add at minimum another year on that wait time and then it's more accurate.

@MsMaestroon Reinvigorated my love for hunting the wee buggers down. Usually I just catch my team and go through the motions but this was genuinely fun again. 100%Agree about the towns. I just rode up got my supplies and left them rather quickly.

Cool august to October reveal and out early next year. No need to get hyped for that June direct then

That sucks! Fun wee game though. For an additional 2 player mode have player one try and complete the objective for the level and have player 2 just get in the way! Makes for a fun and anger inducing time!

As long as it's outputs 1080p and hits 60 fps in handheld I'll be a happy bunny. 4k is just icing on the cake.

Never bothered with first release cause of the download requirement but this will be a day one purchase.

Wowee! Maybe by the time the physical comes out all the updates will be on the cartridge. Unless it's a limited run release then it won't matter cause it won't be out till this time in 2 years.

Aye wonder was a bit overated. And all the badges did was take individual abilities away from characters. Just all felt a bit meh. However loved the new art direction and animations. But yeah just move on from wonder.

As someone who only started playing it last month I would agree that's so far its been theost enjoyable pokemon game in years as far as story setting and gameplay goes. But constantly having to play at 20fps random crashes and that poor draw distance is really immersion breaking. I got this 2 Christmases ago now and had hoped they would have fixed it by now but no getting the dlc out was more important than fixing your bloody game. I like the new direction the games are going in but if they can't release a fully working product then what the hell is the point!? Okay rant over carry on...

Honestly don't care at the moment. Unless they've got some GameCube games to port I'm ready for new hardware.

So when's the new Rayman then?
