Re: Talking Point: Nintendo Can Exploit Its Rich History With More Remasters

GammaNoises

People use this remaster thing as an excuse to basically crap on nintendo & the fans (dunno why, the ones criticising are usually hypocritical) but for someone like me (last nintendo system I owned or played was the n64) missing out on 2 generations of first party games, I'm glad those remasters exist.
No way am I paying $150 for some obscure game out of print or whatever.

Re: Feature: Five Key Reveals and Releases That Will Define Nintendo's 2016

I have but 1 wish for the future nintendo system: No region locking. I've said it before, I'll keep saying it until it happens. Western censorship sucks & the only option at this point of circumventing it entirely is to buy another system native to its respective region.
That's BS.
Like, I wanted AVGN adventures on WiiU. It came out in Europe, but I see on the Aus. Eshop, Nada. Nothing. Zilch. I had to make another Nintendo Network account set to Britain just to get it from a PAL REGION ESHOP. My console is PAL, Britain is also PAL.
It blows my mind at the amount of convoluted hoops one has to go through to buy something from the SAME. REGION.

It's absolute gobshite.

No single player content? Disappointing. Just saying if you guys did? Like expand/multiply tenfold the content we presently have? I will pay you all of my money! Clearly you guys don't want money so, I'm left in the dust with this wad of disposable income wondering just what the heck to do with it...

Re: Review: Ninja Gaiden II: The Dark Sword of Chaos (Wii U eShop / NES)

I got a cart for this. NES was at least a decade before my time. I played this on & off... this game is great. I love it...

My point is when I finally beat the last boss after countless repeated playthroughs, I felt like I was on drugs. I was high as a kite, I was so happy. It must have been adrenaline or something, but damn! Playing games today have EVER elicited that level of response, EVER.

Re: Video: The Zink Mini Splatling Comes to Life on the Battlefield

Hands down the most versatile splatling I have ever used. Bubbler for pushing forward or defending, disruptor to slow down your pursuers if you're outnumbered, or to just soften up the other team from afar.
The precision of the mini splatling which turns you into a one inkling army.

I wouldn't be surprised if they nerfed it.

It'll be the touchscreen tablet controller all over again. They enter a new market, know not how to market it properly in a market moving too fast, then they're left with something nearly no one is interested in or have a clue with what to do with in the first place.
I love nintendo for trying new things & inventing new ways to game & stuff, but this focus on catering to the casual market it's just... urgh...
