@moodycat Exactly my opinion! I am not a MOBA fan, but between this and Legends: Arceus, I am glad for them to experiment after SWSH, which were the most dissapointing games I have bought in years (mainly due to the lack of difficulty, as without even trying I wasn´t even close to loosing a single battle in the entire game)
@XBontendo can't argue with that. Maybe I'm just a little disappointed about not being able to play Wind Waker again as I haven't since the GC days, but happy for the rest
Looking forward on SMT5 and the advanced wars games too.
BOTW looks great, but honestly most of us were hoping for a 2021 release window or a title at least. Not only this feels like no news, but also is like a deconfirmation for a Zelda 35th collection this year (a real one not game&watch)
I have never complained about a Smash announcement before, but even the video was the worst we ever had IMO. Cannot care less abouth the Tekken rep.
I really really had some hopes for a DK 3d like DK64 after some rumours. That one hurt, but I knew it was difficult
Saw the logo and thought for a second these were Zelda 35th news.
The dissapointment. Anyways, happy for the fans, as they seem to be a lot and I never heard of it.
I was really excited when I first read the news and saw the trailer yesterday, but after seeing how all the user and critics kind of destroyed the game in the reviews for other platforms, I think I will just pass.
I was waiting for some reviews on it's performance. Honestly I didn't have much faith on how well this port could run. Now it seems like a day one for me
Who Votes for Paid DLC against Free? Yeah it seems almost 80% of people but why? Good FREE DLC are possible and if you can get more for less.... Anyways, I want MK9 now!
I remember playing the 64 version at a friend´s house back in the day. As much as I love pokemon mainline games (not the last entries) I don´t get the Pokemon Snap hype. You could just go and watch a video of the the whole ride and is almost the same experience. It was too short to be full priced too, maybe just taking photos is not my thing
I am relieved of not being the only one to find this game boring in this post. I knew about the hype so I bought the switch version last year, but it was so easy and boring that I couldn´t continue after some 10 hours in. Maybe 15 years ago it was better than twilight princess for some or something.
I was going to buy MH Rise this week but decided to wait after the Indie World due to the fact that after some tries to make the demo appeal to me, it just didn't convince me. Now I forgot about it and finally decided to get Dead Cells on sale. Hope it was the right decision
Skul, Labyrinth, Getsu and Aztech seem promising. Looking forward to hear more from them.
But for now, I finally used the Indie sale to get may hands into Dead Cells, which I hope will keep me entertained at least half as much as Hades.
This is the one that caught my attention the most in today´s presentation. Never heard of it before, and critics for the Steam version are ok altough they make clear that this is not Hades/Dead Cells. Anyway, I´ll give it a shot
Please no! Other than the divine Joy-Con drift that even ps5 now suffers of, there is no reason for a switch pro right now. It won´t be cheaper and if I´m to put $350+ on a new console this year, it won´t be for a slight upgrade to the one I have, even if it has exclusives (I would hate that). I would almost immediately go and buy a PS5 and keep my current switch as second console.
The last full Direct was kind of dissappointing for me as I had huge expectations and was hoping for more Zelda 35 love. With the Indie World I never know what to expect other than Silksong, so they are usually very pleasing. Love these news
Really liked this game, much better than expected as critics were mixed when first released. Haven´t played any DLC yet but if there is enough content there, I´ll be happy to come back for more immortals.
Unless this was your first Zelda as a child and nostalgia strikes hard for you, this is the worst 3d Zelda miles away. Not bad, just the least good. The same happens with the oracle games for me. Maybe not that good for everyone, but as my firsts, I have them highly ranked.
@Low_ink Hoping for a good Zelda 35th announcement too. A collection, news on BOTW2, remasters... someting other than the upcoming full-priced port of the worst (least good) 3d game of the franchise.
Symphonia is one of my favorite games ever, glad to see the recognition. Also, seeing Vesperia up there makes me wonder whether I should buy DQ11 or Vesperia as my next JRPG. Will have to dig deeper into reviews and comments
Not only my first Zelda games, but also my very first Video Games ever. Nostalgia is strong with these ones. Would definitively buy a two-in-one HD remake
This game was much better than I expected after reading the reviews. Yeah, it is not BOTW, but it is still a great game. Ubisoft could have easily overlooked a Switch version here. Thank the gods they did not
But in the end, we keep buying those lazy ports, not even remasters or remakes, like all the people that bought the Mario 3d collection (I admit I would buy a Zelda 3d collection, but not SS alone)... so Nintendo keeps laughing and playing it safe and cheap.
@jamesthemagi Thanks for all the details, Yeah it seems the story is silly but fun. So far my experience with the demo is that it has been too easy after 4 stages I think. Like, they can´t damage my main characters and I can one-hit destroy all enemies. I was not expecting FE maddening difficulty but this is strange, I think I chose easy or something? Stages are also very small compared to FE for now. I will finish the demo and decide whether it is a good choice or if I should go for the only route I´m missing in FE:3H, the blue lions for now
I was just about to buy Disgaea5 yesterday as it is on discount, but I´m still not sure about it. I love strategy rpgs such as Fire Emblem or FF tactics but have never played this series. Reviews on it aren´t that great, so I will give it a thought before the sale ends...
Having only played the remake, I can say I loved the story, the art-style and almost everything else, but it is tooo short to have the same price as BOTW.
This finally seems great after the latest dissapointments from GF. Still, my biggest issue with the SWSH was the difficulty level (the non-existing difficulty level), so I just hope they fix that somehow and I´m in again.
I may fall and continue buying some of their games but the non-existing difficulty from the last generations killed any possible hype imo. The only anniversary i hyped this year was Zelda and only brought us the worst (less good) 3d Zelda back. Still, hope they suprise me
Great article and final ranking. Minor personal changes but this must be the one. I have played all the top 10 but the original one and (hope nobody fires me) A link to the Past. I guess I should start playing it ASAP. Just wondering whether the GBA or the SNES version (Nintendo Online) is best.
So, the console version despite being only a deluxe version of a previous gen entry is still the best-selling switch game to date (not for much longer) and yet receives no love compared to a mobile version. Also, there doesn´t seem to be any new version coming soon with the recent release of the Live:Home Circuit hybrid.
Nothing to hype for. Only looking for the Triangle Project and maybe buying Splat3, but no hype at all. Was expecting a good Zelda collection, but a single $60 hd port is not worth it....

Weird idea and definitively not a MOBA fan, but somehow this looks cool to me. I will definitively give it a try. It is good to shake some formulas.
