People have grown with this franchise for over 20 years now and it is a shame that every game seems easier than the last. I do not know if they target small kids (which could definitively tackle a more challenging game too) or what.
There has been absolutely no challenge in the latest entries, and that is a big NO for me
Ok, for an apparent mistake in my local eshop, the game is at half-price right now. I had many doubts about this game, but knowing they will fix the mistake anytime now as no other eshop has it at half price, I had no option but to buy it. Hope it is great!
I still do not know if this game is for me. I love jrpgs, but never played this franchise, or persona before. The story is a very, very, very important thing for me in jrpgs. So, a game like Octopath that had amazing gameplay and graphics was still meh for me, and I tend to prefer jrpgs with worlds full of npcs, and side stories, and this seems like a very empty world. Will wait for user reviews for now.
Still not sure about getting the expansion pack, maybe I will even consider canceling the current subscription in the near future with Smash´s DLCs over and no MK9 on the horizon. But if I decide to get it, I would definitively wait for Majora´s Mask and Banjo Kazooie
Well for me, earning in South-American currency and paying games in USD, anything that is $60 should not be under 15-20h to be worth the price. For example, even though I loved while it lasted, Link´s Awakening for Switch was a disappointment due to it´s lenght
12-hour campaign. I love Metroid and really want to get my hands on this one, but full price is too much for this one. I already made that mistake with Link´s Awakening. It needs to be at least +25h to justify the price (especially living in South America with local currencies).
Strong month. Too strong for my budget. I like many of those, but for now I will be getting either Metroid or Disco Elysium, depending on how long the first ends up being (looking for a +25 hours campaign to pay full price for it)
I could bet Hollow Knight will be a mii fighter costume. It is really strange we have no Hollow Knight representation yet. Regarding the last fighter... All those are cool, but I want an original moveset too, and Crash seems boring, so he is the only one that I hope does not get invited
DK64 was my first console game, so the nostalgia hits hard with that one. I really need another 3D Donkey game. Early year rumours about it broke my heart after getting no news in the last directs
You simply can´t get mad at this. Just look at the Bloodborne vs Tetris Bracket. I love both but is like comparing Ice Cream vs Lord of the Rings, it makes no sense. Just relax and watch GTA V win the final against GOW.
@PaulBizkit that may end up increasing Argentina´s prices too. So this could be a good time to buy any title currently available in the ARG web browser shop
I live in Argentina and this is great, mainly because the games are cheaper in the online store here and because there are currently a lot of titles missing. So I hope this launch solves the lack of content that had me going into other regions for Indie Games
I am really enjoying this one without having spent anything on it tbh. I can see someone with all lvl30 items every now and then, but even then the impact is not determinant if the team is not working together.
Spent an hour and has been fun so far. I think I will keep coming now and then for quick online sessions as an option for Rocket league, smash or others that I always come back to.
Never been a fan of MOBAS, but I definitively will give this a chance. Hey, it is free!
It is funny how many people here are saying they won´t be downloading just because of the China factor. Yeah, everything coming from China is evil and the rest of the companies want the best for the world....
Considering that I am still loving my perfectly working 2017 Switch and the fact that the Oled switch is nothing but a better looking screen (No Exclusives or Higher Power), the real question is if I am finally going to buy a PS5 or the Steam Deck, if any. A matter of exclusives vs (another) portable
I still have a little hope that Nintendo is waiting one month after this release to announce a bigger and proper Zelda 35th collection (not game&watch related). I hope this was a strategy to avoid cannibalizing sales on this one, as I simply do not care about SS. Bring me a Mayora´s Mask +Twilight + WW collection and I will buy for sure.
Really Happy about this being the famous Swith Pro after all the rumours. Now I know I can continue using my completely fine and working Switch (bought on 2017) without missing potential exclusives or an important hardware update. This seems to be just a stetical upgrade.
@moodycat Exactly my opinion! I am not a MOBA fan, but between this and Legends: Arceus, I am glad for them to experiment after SWSH, which were the most dissapointing games I have bought in years (mainly due to the lack of difficulty, as without even trying I wasn´t even close to loosing a single battle in the entire game)
@XBontendo can't argue with that. Maybe I'm just a little disappointed about not being able to play Wind Waker again as I haven't since the GC days, but happy for the rest
Looking forward on SMT5 and the advanced wars games too.
BOTW looks great, but honestly most of us were hoping for a 2021 release window or a title at least. Not only this feels like no news, but also is like a deconfirmation for a Zelda 35th collection this year (a real one not game&watch)
I have never complained about a Smash announcement before, but even the video was the worst we ever had IMO. Cannot care less abouth the Tekken rep.
I really really had some hopes for a DK 3d like DK64 after some rumours. That one hurt, but I knew it was difficult
Saw the logo and thought for a second these were Zelda 35th news.
The dissapointment. Anyways, happy for the fans, as they seem to be a lot and I never heard of it.
I was really excited when I first read the news and saw the trailer yesterday, but after seeing how all the user and critics kind of destroyed the game in the reviews for other platforms, I think I will just pass.
I was waiting for some reviews on it's performance. Honestly I didn't have much faith on how well this port could run. Now it seems like a day one for me
Who Votes for Paid DLC against Free? Yeah it seems almost 80% of people but why? Good FREE DLC are possible and if you can get more for less.... Anyways, I want MK9 now!
I remember playing the 64 version at a friend´s house back in the day. As much as I love pokemon mainline games (not the last entries) I don´t get the Pokemon Snap hype. You could just go and watch a video of the the whole ride and is almost the same experience. It was too short to be full priced too, maybe just taking photos is not my thing
I am relieved of not being the only one to find this game boring in this post. I knew about the hype so I bought the switch version last year, but it was so easy and boring that I couldn´t continue after some 10 hours in. Maybe 15 years ago it was better than twilight princess for some or something.
I was going to buy MH Rise this week but decided to wait after the Indie World due to the fact that after some tries to make the demo appeal to me, it just didn't convince me. Now I forgot about it and finally decided to get Dead Cells on sale. Hope it was the right decision
Skul, Labyrinth, Getsu and Aztech seem promising. Looking forward to hear more from them.
But for now, I finally used the Indie sale to get may hands into Dead Cells, which I hope will keep me entertained at least half as much as Hades.
This is the one that caught my attention the most in today´s presentation. Never heard of it before, and critics for the Steam version are ok altough they make clear that this is not Hades/Dead Cells. Anyway, I´ll give it a shot
Please no! Other than the divine Joy-Con drift that even ps5 now suffers of, there is no reason for a switch pro right now. It won´t be cheaper and if I´m to put $350+ on a new console this year, it won´t be for a slight upgrade to the one I have, even if it has exclusives (I would hate that). I would almost immediately go and buy a PS5 and keep my current switch as second console.
The last full Direct was kind of dissappointing for me as I had huge expectations and was hoping for more Zelda 35 love. With the Indie World I never know what to expect other than Silksong, so they are usually very pleasing. Love these news
Really liked this game, much better than expected as critics were mixed when first released. Haven´t played any DLC yet but if there is enough content there, I´ll be happy to come back for more immortals.

Re: Review: Pokémon Brilliant Diamond And Shining Pearl - A Middling Pair Of Remakes
"Over-levelling is very easy"... It seems to be getting worse with each entry. So happy that I used my money on SMTV instead.

Re: Zelda: BotW, Super Mario 64 And Pokémon GO Shortlisted For The Golden Joystick 'Ultimate Game Of All Time' Award
Not a bad list, but I would have chosen Ocarina of Time instead of BOTW. Also, RDR2 would have been a perfect inclusion too
Re: Triangle Strategy Gets A Snazzy New Trailer
Looks amazing and I love the combat. I just hope that the story is much better compared to Octopath Traveler

Sakurai: "Mmm, Now they´ll really be surprised when they find out it was Cinderace all along".
Now seriously I will be happy with anybody, maybe except Crash. We don´t need another great character with a boring af moveset like Sonic.
