I haven't played a Pokemon game since SoulSilver, which is my favorite in the series, and I'm tempted to buy Sword since I have no experience with anything after the DS era.

From what I've seen, the game has a ton of charm and interesting mechanics.

Knowing CDPR, they're probably working on a patch to help sturdy some of the framerate drops.

@Optimusultimus Sure if we count appearance and playstyle in Smash, but in Fire Emblem the difference becomes much more clearer.

You can see where they're coming from with Terry and Pokemon Trainer's similar clothing.

I mean, remember when everyone was saying Lucina is just a female Marth?

The frame rate issues can always be patched, similar to Breath of the Wild's frame rate drops around launch.

The fact that the game is like an RPG is tempting me lmao.

That and my job kinda slows down during the winter months so this would be perfect to keep me in peak shape for the busy spring/summer months of my work.

@BANJO Thankfully we have cameras, so even after the cake has been eaten, we can always appreciate the hard work that has gone into creating it.

If CDPR can get the Witcher 3 running good on the Switch, I'm sure Bethesda can remove their heads from their rear and get ESO running on Switch.

But this is Bethesda we're talking about, they don't like putting too much effort into games.

Huh, the Switch version is 32 gigs? If my memory serves me right, the base game, two expansion, the free DLC and all of the updates were around 80 gigs on the PS4.

People that make "Is it possible to..." and "Can you beat X with/without Y" videos get a lot of credit from me. Being able to think outside the box to solve mysteries and beat games in non-conventional ways is impressive.

Pretty cool that they have a reversible cover. I'm not a huge fan of the all yellow box art with the smiley face, so having an alt cover with some nice art work on it is a plus.

Actually really neat, and free too! Great for people that have the Labo VR.

I've always wanted to compete in a local tournament just to see how far I could go and to experience it for the first time.

VR support in Smash is really interesting.

But what is more interesting is that new amiibo modes.

It's a fire piranha plant since his sister is in Smash.

Cappy looks pretty good in Mario 64. Really adds to Mario's movement arsenal.

Didn't know Sega outsourced commercials to Youtubers.

On a side note, slow and steady never works in racing games.

Like that it helps the player feel more of a sense of accomplishment completing the Nintendo made levels.

Hopefully amiibo support will be talked about at E3!

Reminds me of Smash 64's character profiles.

I give a lot of credit to NetherRealm these days for packing a lot of single player content in their fighting games.

But, they tend to have quite a lot of DLC for their games. At least they learned from MKX and included all of the characters in the higher edition of the games. I remember MKX's premium and collector editions only netting you the first Kombat Pack, Goro and a few costumes. The second Kombat Pack and the rest of the DLC costumes were not included.

Injustice 2's Ultimate edition had every DLC character included, from Red Hood and Sub-Zero all the way to the TMNT turtles. Hopefully MK11's Premium Edition follows Injustice 2's footsteps and not MKX's.

Definitely plan on getting the game in the very near future.

I enjoyed my time with Woolly World, so I know I'll enjoy Crafted World.

Good lord there's so much hate here, it's like ice creeping into my veins, trying to solidify my meaty, pumping heart.

Nintendo has their Directs, Microsoft has their Inside Xbox, Sony has their State of Play.

I mean, they all went to E3 for years cause they knew it was a big gaming event. Now streams are the big thing, so all three are going to that. Sony following down the path should be no surprise.

When I first saw the article, my initial thought was "Welp, probably through LRG or one of those limited release companies that release a small batch of a game and it sells out in literal seconds. Just to be found on ebay with the classical markup".

I'm glad I was wrong. Fangamer does a great job on making sure people that want the physical copies and CEs can get one.
