I don't see them being on NSO or otherwise they would have arrived much sooner. I see separate releases either through a Pokemon App containing all the games or individual titles on eshop with a physical collection release like Mario Galaxy where they all pop in separately in the Switch Menu.

Comparing Age of Calamity initial sales to Age of Imprisonment seems a bit off.

It was 3 years into the Switch launch at 60 million units, in the pandemic, during a rather quiet holiday release period.

Switch 2 is only out 7 months with 17 million units and a very busy holiday lineup

Age of Imprisonment is doing better for attachment rates if its reached a million already 1/17 > 3/60

@TCKuma it's also exhausting when your preferred medium is being taken away and being told you can't complain about it.

@SpaceboyScreams I would say that as this is launching on the Switch 2 meaning a lot may be holding off until they get a switch 2 this holiday, until after the holidays im not sure we can clearly say it is gonna do worse. Its also the second legends game rather than the first and the last game in the generation. All these factors lead to it performing poorer rather than quality

The only issue I have with the game was the way they handled Bayonetta and Luka's relationship. It just kinda happened with no build up throughout the game?

I rather if her death focused more on her passing the torch to Viola, fitting the themes of motherhood that have existed in the series as opposed to an underdeveloped romance

People commenting about Silksong being digital only, FYI, it's getting a physical next year and it's an indie company which isn't on the same level as Capcom, Square or Sega.

@Hapless there's going to be more 3 megas in the game i can confirm. Even more than 6, even triple that 9, even more.

@LastFootnote actually 78% of megas do not change type at all. 13% gain a new type and 9% swap a type out and only 1 goes from dual to single typed.

@Arawn93 well Legends Arceus only came out 10 months before Scarlet and Violet. Scarlet and Violet would have been well under way in development by then and they wouldn't have been able to make any major changes to the game based on fan reception of Legends Arceus. If anything Gen 10 will be where we see more changes based off Legends Arceus.

@spider-kev it's almost like the tariffs were discussed before the full reveal and they have analysts to predict what might happen so they can plan for the worst case scenario and not need to raise the price after they are in effect having to raise the console price before it even launches!
