I would pity a company that isn't plagiarism loving, ai supporting, mistreating employees like Pocketpair. If it was a company like those behind indie games like Temtem, Nexomon or Cassette Beasts who are clearly inspired by Pokemon but do their own thing and have their own identity that doesn't rely on copying the Monsters designs from their inspiration. Pocketpair brought this on themselves.

@Samalik I was referring to his comment about taking his vision of Bayonetta to the grave. It's a threat that doesn't really hold any weight now.

Honestly Kamiya let the story of Bayonetta 3 happen so I don't exactly trust his vision anymore for Bayonetta...

I'd rather pay the one off payment like this game on mobile than play any 'free to play' trash that is normally released. I hope they do this for Fire Emblem Heroes one day too.

I hate any sound that is associated with my alarm so I will not be purchasing because I don't want to start hating the music from some of my favourite franchises.

Depends on the game.

Remakes have more work put into them and especially if they add more content than was in the original game.

Remasters don't need as much work unless they added more stuff to the game but it still should be less than a remake as the game doesn't have to be made from the ground up.

It's really a case by case basis for me

@BTB20 no, I am just stating that they have no releases announced for last 6 months of the year. They obviously will have releases that are just yet to be announced

@HatesCheese I doubt the Switch 2 reveal will occur alongside announcements got Switch games, they will give it its own event

Tbh I barely want to rewatch it at home let alone in cinema. Its appeal is lost to me after I've seen all the references. I'd rather just play Mario Wonder or Kart for the same duration

Was hoping for another 18+ set like ? Block, NES, Bowser or Piranha Plant tbh. Not a super fan of the Super Mario Range of Lego

If the console isn't being sold by the company anymore it qualifies as retro to me. People are aging and they should learn to accept that

@Ocaz it's the base campaign called "Canon of Creation" which is the original game and then there's the "Canon of Vengeance" which is a new story the same length as the original with multiple endings too.

I do really enjoy these 7 star raids and preparing builds for them. Even it is a Pokemon I have owned a million times, I enjoy the challenge.

@BodkinDQ it's a really scummy thing to do without the option of just adding the additional content through DLC or an update to the base game, especially if it's releasing on console it originally released on and not something like Switch 2

Wish it was the male Alear, not a big fan of the female design. Byleth had a better female design compared to male.

Maybe if they invest less in blatant clones that they pretend isn't even inspired by another franchise you don't own that also uses AI art and branded games with little substance that try to capitalise on other media franchises like Avengers, then slow down pumping out games in the same franchises they do own, like Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy saw 3 games and 4 games in their franchises in the last year alone.

Give us Shadow the Hedgehog Remastered cowards!
