Why is this game so much cheaper on Switch than on Steam? Maybe Circle want to replicate Kamiko'a performance with a small price point?

It's a very successful and widely used tactic on Kickstarter.

It's nice to hear stories like this, and I always take solace in the fact that, if I were to suffer from any kind of disability or impairment in the future, I could continue to enjoy video games thanks to Nintendo releases such as Rhythm Paradise, 1 2 Switch and Mario Kart 8.

It's part of what makes the company special - the ethos that games "should be one thing - fun. Fun for everyone."

I didn't manage to get one. It's a shame, but I can play any of the games in several different forms. Other than that, the console itself is a novelty item; barely more than a toy - aren't we all a bit too old to get so worked up over missing out on it?

Why did they begin by offering full software downloads and then regress into unappealing discounts? I saved my points back when games such as Pilotwings and Mario 64 were available and now I feel really silly

The audience is there, Psyonix. RL is always one of the top requested 3rd party games for Switch. I do think the Nintendo audience will enjoy this game as well, as it is good simple fun with hidden depth; a very Nintendo-like game.

With every new set of "rewards" I regret not buying the full download games when they were still available.

I get that Nintendo shut down Club Nintendo because it wasn't financially worth it. I'm just annoyed that they pretended to replace it. Just admit that you don't like giving away free stuff.

Did anyone else really enjoy Shinobi 3DS? It got a bit rubbish at the end but was a solid game overall.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE Um, why exactly does it matter whether a character has been on a home console or a handheld? Does Pit not deserve to be in Smash? Robin? Lucina? Ness? Lucas? Mr Game & Watch? Your logic is ridiculous. Ryu is an iconic part of Nintendo's history. Street Fighter was massive on Nintendo consoles, and SSF4 3D sold well.

I love the fact they're collaborating with a charity. Imagine if Nintendo did this with endangered animal charities in Animal Crossing?

I'm surprised at how good this actually looks. Assuming sales are dismal, I'll likely pick it up when it's sub-£20
