@jakysnakydx can you name a developer as prolific as RCMADIAX in releasing asset flips on Wii U?
I do think this story is in the interest of Nintendo gamers and therefore NL are well within their journalistic right to report on it. They could've mentioned other asset flips on Wii U though. @Damo have you come across any?
@Utena-mobile I'll refer you to @ricklongo's comment, then.
EDIT: Never mind, I should read full comments before replying.
Still can't remember a time there was a Nintendo costume in a non-Nintendo published game (costumes, not characters). So there
@Zach777 the rewards system was in development long before Iwata passed. Plus I don't think selecting rewards was exactly his department. The software drought on Wii U is due to the fact the console is approaching the end of its life. This happpens in the video game world. Iwata was in charge throughout the development and release of amiibo. Nintendo had poor third party support way before Iwata died.
It is way too soon to determine just how Nintendo has changed since Iwata's death. Nice job exploiting his death to add weight to your points though. Very classy.
@SLIGEACH_EIRE If you post just a few negative comments people take that as your entire MO. I used to be one of the biggest Negative Nancys around here
Maybe this will be enough for supermarkets to start selling Nintendo products again. It's so depressing going into the video game aisle and seeing only the bland selection of PS4 and Xbone games they sell.
Gonna get this when it hits Europe, as I'm curious to try a Turbografx game. Wanna support non-Nintendo systems on Virtual Console as well - really hoping Sega systems return on NX.
@naut So? It's related enough to Nintendo to be considered a Nintendo game. This game wouldn't exist if Nintendo didn't give their consent. What would be the point in a proper Pokemon battle system? It's a game aimed at the wider market, and therefore includes a more simplistic battle system. This isn't a mainseries game I'm still annoyed Pokemon Dash didn't include a proper Pokemon battling...
There's basically nothing else out on wii u this year so if Nintendo gamers don't get behind this then Nordic may as well give up on Nintendo like everyone else.
I actually use maps less now that I have Pokemon Go. The in-game map is fine, and I can't catch Pokemon on Google Maps. Google need to update Maps with better gameplay if they want to keep up.
I just don't get the point of toning the game down so much. Kids are not interested in Tokyo Mirage Sessions. It's a niche title and it's fans are old enough to deal with a little mature content.
Seems like a decent unit for younger people interested in GBA games. I still have 3 SPs somewhere plus an OG Advance, but
I'd be interested in this if it was a clone of the micro.

Re: Digger Dan DX Returns to the 3DS eShop With Extra Content
This small game has received quite a bit of publicity. I'm really happy for the dev.
Re: Feature: Exploring the Licensed Content in RCMADIAX Games on the Wii U and New 3DS eShop
@Damo So it's almost as if the article is entirely justified...
Re: Nintendo Appears at Apple Conference to Announce Super Mario Run
Oh no, it's an endless runner so it must be bad!!1!1!
Nah. This is Nintendo.
Nintendo on stage with Apple as they announce the new iPhone is massive for the company. Salty about the iOS first launch though.

Re: A Samus Costume Was Almost in the Wii U Axiom Verge Port
@DrkBndr I actually have both games. I'm silly.

Re: A Samus Costume Was Almost in the Wii U Axiom Verge Port
@Phin68 Nintendo published Bayonetta on Wii U. It's a different situation.
Re: Feature: Exploring the Licensed Content in RCMADIAX Games on the Wii U and New 3DS eShop
@jakysnakydx Nintendo life was very supportive of RCMADIAX when he started out.
He then went on the release countless lazy, crappy games.
Re: Feature: Exploring the Licensed Content in RCMADIAX Games on the Wii U and New 3DS eShop
@TeslaChippie how is that comparable to the practices employed by RCMADIAX?
Re: Feature: Exploring the Licensed Content in RCMADIAX Games on the Wii U and New 3DS eShop
@Ichiban You don't know what asset flipping is.
Re: Feature: Exploring the Licensed Content in RCMADIAX Games on the Wii U and New 3DS eShop
For God's sake, he's an asset flipper too? Jusy when I thought this "developer" couldn't sink any lower.
Re: More Discounts Added to My Nintendo Rewards in North America
I'm so disappointed with My Nintendo.

Re: Nindies and DLC Included Among New My Nintendo Rewards in Europe
Well this is disappointing.
Re: Round Up: Metroid Prime: Federation Force Predictably Divides Opinion
The 3DS hardware has nothing to do with the ugly artstyle. Hunters on DS looks better.
Re: Review: Tumblestone (Wii U eShop)
£20 is just too much. Not even because of the genre - very few eShop games are that dear. I'd buy it if it was closer to £10, or on disc.
Re: Online Support is Being Cut For Disney Infinity
@MitchVogel I got most of my Disney Infinitys for less than £5

Re: Review: Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs (Wii U eShop / DS)
@Miles_Edgeworth It's coming alongside that new Advance Wars title
Re: Autumn Animal Crossing: New Leaf Update To Bring amiibo Figure And Card Support
Well I wasn't going to collect the animal crossing amiibo. Thanks a lot, Nintendo.
Re: Review: Hurry Up! Bird Hunter (Wii U eShop)
Dammit EnjoyUp! You're a nice company, but all too often your games are crap.
Re: Dragon Fantasy Developers Explain the Difficulties of Implementing Cross-Buy for Nintendo Platforms
Um, that's not how cross-buy works. As others have mentioned, OlliOlli offered a proper solution.

Gonna get this when it hits Europe, as I'm curious to try a Turbografx game. Wanna support non-Nintendo systems on Virtual Console as well - really hoping Sega systems return on NX.
Re: Review: Prism Pets (Wii U eShop)
@zool Absolutely. Quality control should not be abandoned for the sake of accessibility.
Re: Monster Hunter Generations Enjoys a Positive Launch in the UK
@tudsworth That's what I assumed. 36th on the 3DS only chart is like 100 copies. There's no way it sold that badly without any other impacting factors

@naut A Nintendo site reviewing a Nintendo game **highly. I'm with you, my blood is boiling!
(He's just giving his opinion).
Re: Monster Hunter Generations Enjoys a Positive Launch in the UK
That Disney Art Academy result is incredible. Unless there's a problem other than dismal demand, I'll be picking it up dirt cheap in a few weeks

That isn't Ninten :/

Re: Poll: What Other 'Classic Edition' Nintendo Systems Do You Want to be Released?
I just want an N64 controller I can plug into my Wii Remote. A mini N64 would be incredible though.
Re: Talking Point: Nintendo's NES Classic Edition is Just One Way to Revolutionise the Virtual Console
The world needs a mini N64.
Re: Nintendo Entertainment System: NES Classic Edition Coming This November, Ships With 30 Games
Oh my God.
I'm so damn excited for this.

Re: Darkrai Is Coming To Pokkén Tournament
Would've preferred Scyther and Infernape to Scizor and Empoleon... never mind, it's good to see more content is on the way.
Re: Talking Point: The Viral Reaction to Pokémon GO is a Surprise Gift for Nintendo
Nintendo - advertise the crap out of the 3DS Pokemons and Pokken on Wii U. Release Pokken DLC. They need to ride this wave to its fullest extent.
Re: Review: BOXBOXBOY! (3DS eShop)
Definitely buying this soon. Box Boy was fantastic fun.
Re: Review: 153 Hand Video Poker (Wii U eShop)
@rjejr It wouldn't get a one if it was Pokemon though.
Re: Pokémon GO Global Rollout To Resume In The Next Few Days, Trading Element Coming Later
@SLIGEACH_EIRE This is a Nintendo website. Pokemon Go is the most popular new Nintendo game in years.
What exactly do you expect?
Re: Pokemon GO Isn't Just Leading in Downloads, It's the Top Grossing App at Launch
@shani Yeah I've had it for a few days now xD. I'm the only mystic though, with about 5 Valour and 2 instinct around me
Re: Video: Take a Look at Nintendo's First Ever Console - The Color TV Game 6
Still waiting on the Colour TV Game 7...

Re: Nintendo Believes Nintendo NX, Pokémon and Smart Device Games Can Deliver Promised Profits
@BLPs Same. Tiny section in Game, even smaller at CEX. Grainger Games, iirc, actually has a relatively decent Nintendo section.
