I loved the first Gunvolt, so I'm pretty sure I'll love this one, too. Getting the game soon... wanted to complete Fire & Ice first, and I'm almost done with it. Can't wait to try out Copen!

I got the Link and Jibanyan theme, and while they're nice, I already have many HOME themes. I would like to spend my coins on other things as well, but none of the game discounts or Miitomo items interest me... :/ I'm really hoping for physical rewards soon!

Like others have said though, hopefully MyNintendo will improve greatly when the NX is released. Because right now, I'm pretty disappointed with MyNintendo...

I might get Color Splash eventually, but for now, nothing for me this week.

Just MP: Star Rush and Shantae for me. At least I'm enjoying Sonic, and still have Gunvolt 2 to play while I wait for those two games to release.

I love this series! Having all my favorite game characters in one game is awesome! I like how it's just not M&S, and they include not-often used characters as well. I would love to see a RPG with Mario and Sonic. A platformer could work too, but I would want to be Sonic the entire time! XD ...unless Luigi was playable.

I already have Sonic Boom Fire & Ice, and really enjoying it! I plan to get Gunvolt 2 soon as well, but I want to finish Sonic first.

@Pikmin22: No, I don't think it's a continuation... trust me on this one. (I don't have a problem...) XD Maybe it'll be explained at the end of the game... but I doubt it.

@Pikmin22 - I'm really liking it so far! A lot of gimmicks from Shattered Crystal have been improved, and make the gameplay much more enjoyable.

The only thing that I don't like about it so far is the plot. The plot is alright once the game gets going, but the intro doesn't really explain how Sonic and the gang got the Fire & Ice powers, so it's like there's really no opening cutscene. O.o

Even with the negatives, I'm still really enjoying the game, though! Much better than Shattered Crystal. And yes, I can't wait for Sonic 2017! SO EXCITED!!! lol XD

Was hoping for a little better score, but I'm glad to see that it didn't do worse than Shattered Crystal (Nintendolife's review gave Shattered Crystal a 6 as well). I still really enjoyed Shattered Crystal though, so hopefully I'll enjoy Fire & Ice just as much, if not more! I'm getting my copy today... can't wait to play it!

Shantae and Mario Vs. DK Minis March Again are my favorites.

I'm excited for this game! Hopefully it'll be as good as Shattered Crystal, if not better! It looks like they got rid of the timer for when Knuckles is underground; I always hated that, so I'm happy it's gone! XD Tails' gameplay looks more fun then in Shattered Crystal as well, in my opinion. Can't wait until the 27th!

Sonic themes!

I'm excited for this game; day one buy for me! The more I hear about it, the more I want it! It's not a traditional Mario Party, but it still looks really fun. I love all the new modes it has to offer, and I'm so glad to hear that most of the minigames are skilled based. I also like the amiibo support. It's more than just an item or bonus, but not too much where the player completely misses a part of a game. A perfect balance, in my opinion! I'll be sure to use my Luigi amiibo!

Not surprised to be honest, but I still feel bad for those who really wanted to enjoy this game in 3D.

This is probably my least favorite episode so far, but it wasn't bad at all. At least Blue Toad got to pose this time at the beginning! XD

I love the Gamecube! Definitely my favorite system ever! I have so many special memories with Gamecube games from my childhood; especially Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, Sunshine, Luigi's Mansion, Double Dash!!, and the Mario Party games. A lot of those games are still my top favorites games of all time! (Adventure 2, Sunshine, and Luigi's Mansion).

I also really enjoyed Skies of Arcadia Legends and Kirby Air Ride.

I find these videos to be pretty funny, but sadly they are not influencing my decision to buy to game. This is my favorite Toad video yet! I love the colosseum part where all the enemies run away! XD

I certainly wouldn't mind if this happened! More uses for amiibo is never a bad thing! The non-Mario and non-Zelda amiibos could really benefit from this, and could do more than just give out a costume or bonus items in games... even if it's just a special wallpaper for a phone or something like that.

I would rather get a sequel to Sunshine before another Galaxy, but I certainly wouldn't mind Galaxy 3, either.

Nothing for me this week, but I'm happy to see Mario Strikers Charged on the list! Great game!

The game looks alright, but to be honest, I'm just so tired of the New Mario Bros. style! And Luigi's not playable!

I'm definitely looking forward to the Animal Crossing app! I'm not a big fan of Fire Emblem, but I hope that game turns out good, as well. I do think it was smart of Nintendo to release Super Mario Run before the other app games. I wish Sonic Runners was still playable, though... that game was so fun, and very generous with the free content!

Glad to see mostly positive things about the game so far! It's a day one buy for me! I really enjoyed Shattered Crystal, so I hope this game will be even better! Can't wait until September 27th!

This game looks really fun, except for the battle system. It just seems so out of place to me. I'm probably not going to get this game, but I can still see why others want it. The dialogue, paint gimmick, and plot alone already make me feel confident that it will be better than Sticker Star. Let's hope so!

I've always preferred the Mario & Luigi series over the Paper Mario series, so I'm glad that the M&L series will keep the standard RPG play-style.

Like others have said, I wish it was coming to the Wii U or even possibly the NX as well instead of the 3DS, but I'm just happy we're getting another Mario sports game. I'm most excited for the baseball! I hope Camelot and Bandai-Namco don't disappoint!

Even though I'm not very interested in getting most of the games mentioned/announced, I though it was a good direct. I AM very hyped for Mario Sports Superstars, Fire & Ice, and Mario Party Star Rush!

Super Mario Bros. 3! It will always be one of my favorite games! SMB3 and Duck Hunt/Super Mario Bros. were what introduced me into gaming when I was really young.

I enjoyed it overall. Sonic was shown! We got the nice surprise of Mario Sports Superstars, and I'm really liking how Mario Party Star Rush looks. The only sad part is that it's pretty clear the Wii U is dead.

I'm mainly looking forward to seeing more info about Mario Party Star Rush. I would also love to see more news about Fire & Ice, but I doubt that will happen.

Both look nice, but I kinda prefer the third party design...

Having another 3DS Nintendo direct is great, but there's nothing I'm interested in coming out for the 3DS besides Fire & Ice and Gunvolt 2 at the moment... Hopefully there will be a surprise! Chances are this won't happen, but I also hope for some more My Nintendo awards. Even if it's just more 3DS themes, just something I semi-want to spend my coins on!

Looks nice. If I was interested in getting a New 3DS XL, I would probably get this design. I really like the blue inside. I'm content with my current 3DS XL and Sonic case though.

Nice video! Luigi will always be my favorite Nintendo character! Glad the original Luigi's Mansion turned out the way it did. Hopefully Luigi will get another game starring himself very soon! Luigi's Mansion 3 for the NX would be great, but I'm also open to different ideas!

$5 is an amazing deal for Rhythm Thief. If you haven't gotten it yet, and love rhythm games, I highly recommend it! The story is pretty good, too.

But since I already have Rhythm Thief, nothing for me this week.

I prefer this version, even with the controls problems, since I can play as Luigi!

I loved this game, and while it's tempting to get it on the Wii U, I'll probably skip since I still have my physical copy. I've probably spent more time on the minigames than the actual game! XD The Wanted minigame, and the Luigi minigames were my favorites.

Will definitely get this close to it's release! Looks really fun!

Still haven't gotten this game; I've been on the fence about it for a long time. Now with a physical release and DLC tracks though, I've finally decided I want this. Hopefully the physical copy will come out soon! And I hope the online will still be active...

So many coins, so few worthwhile rewards...

My top pick is to have sequels to N64 games; the rest sound fine to me, except for remasters. I'd rather have any of those ideas over more remasters, especially if they're releasing on the NX. A new system should have new games, and I don't count remasters as new, even if they offer a bit more gameplay than the original. I wouldn't mind some N64 remasters later in the NX's lifetime, but I don't want to see any for a while.

Cortex looks fine to me, and I'm happy to see him back! Crash though, not a fan of his design. I won't be getting Skylanders Imaginators, but still good to see Crash and Cortex, nevertheless. Plus, we have the remakes to look forward too!

It's almost like Crash and Spyro switched places now. Spyro was the star of Skylanders, and now Crash will be the favorite in Imaginators. I love Crash, but I've always preferred Spyro. Hopefully Spyro will someday get some remakes as well!
