I am so glad Nintendo is finally fixing the whole stock issue! I only need one more amiibo to complete my collection so far AND I'm able to buy extra amiibo to actually use.

I was sold on Splatoon day 1 but this game is still not doing it for me. I absolutely LOATHE being forced to switch between GamePad and TV.
Oh well I guess I'll have to play this right in front of my TV with my GamePad raised in the air to minimize eye strain.

Re-release Shenmue 1+2 and I might consider it.

I've played hundreds of hours already and I'm still buying this game on Wii U and 3DS.

This game got its title in May 2006 if I remember correctly, and it was basically done. I was surprised they kept it in the freezer till 2007 in Europe.

@Yorumi They need to ramp up production if they want to support handheld and console on their own. But thats why a hybrid makes so much sense, it would make it so much easier for Nintendo.

I guess they'll go for being 2nd console hybrid with lots of interconnectivity with iOS etc. I already got a PS4 for graphically intense games but a Nintendo console with similar strength would've been nice.

Yeah...I don't think third parties will come back.

Nintendo already said its the Wii U's successor.

@NintendoFan64 They only showed a part of the Wii, not the entire console+controller.

Also: they showed the Wii in 2006 and launched it that Christmas. They showed the Wii U in 2012 and it launched Christmas 2012...
July might be a bit early but I have no doubt that the NX will launch holiday 2016 with at least 2 big titles (they can't launch with another NSMB and something like Nintendo Land, it wasn't enough)

No one believed me when I said 2016, launching with a Zelda U port and the new 3D Mario. "no its too early it will be 2017/2018" yeah right..with a dying console and hardly any new game announcements.
This E3 was such BS with stuff like "we only show games coming out in the next 6-12 months" While they always showed upcoming games like Yarn Yoshi in 2013 etc etc.
People forget that gaming is all Nintendo has, they need something new.

@The__Goomba To be fair, its much easier and quicker to release a game in the US than it is in Europe. Sometimes the delay can take months.

I would've bought it day one it it was 6.99. I'm still going to buy it but its not like I need it right now, I still have Axiom Verge and many other games to play.

They were sold out in minutes. Seriously, Nintendo...you had months to anticipate demand (and it was blatantly obvious everyone wanted one, even the non-believers so to speak)...
You made such a small batch that you had to move the release date in the US 4 months AND already do a re-run before they hit store shelves...seriously...WHY. HOW. UGH.
I am one of the lucky ones and managed to buy all three (but at three different stores) but I feel for the target audience of those things namely: kids.

That said...The game is beyond amazing and the amiibo themselves are my favorite amiibo so far.

Like I said before: hybrid, launching next year with Zelda U port and the next big Mario game.

DISNEY AND NINTENDO SHOULD MERGE lol anyway I like the idea of having Nintendo characters in Disney Infinity! More reasons for me to buy the third one.

@BLPs Stores over here got the latest wave today and they went up in price 100%. Yarn Yoshi and Dark Pit = 30 EUR. I didn't buy them since I dont want to encourage this behavior.
They still don't make enough amiibo, 7 months in.

I LOVED WIND WAKER THE MOMENT I SAW IT, I LOVED METROID PRIME THE MOMENT I SAW IT but not with Fed Force.

WW is still a Zelda, MP is still a Metroid, Fed Force is a co-op focused shooter on an aging handheld with a painful c-stick without anything that makes Metroid special.

I just lost faith in gaming.

Ive given up after buying 53 amiibo. Why would I even bother if I can't even complete my collection.
I would've bought 150+ amiibo by now if I could actually buy most of them. Nintendo can go down in flames imo.

People said I was pessimistic....But I was right: This E3 confirmed Wii U's last year will be 2016. NX out holiday 2016 launching with Zelda U (also on Wii U) and a new Mario.

@Luna_110 Yes it feels rushed and the fact they had to clearly state its not a remake or reboot only makes that more obvious. It looks like Starfox 64 with forced GamePad controls. This is not how you should bring back Starfox.

Its clear that they need to rush it to have a big game this holiday that is not Xenoblade Chronicles X.

Oh and Metroid Prime was a Metroid game the moment they announced it, it has exploration, Samus, alien life, alien worlds and feels very Metroid. I was sold the moment they showed it. This on the other hand...This shouldn't be the first Metroid fans get after Other M and after waiting so many years.
