The amount of Game Freak butt kissers is incredible, they're so blind to the actual problems this game has. That Reddit post laid it out well in an intelligent, mature manner. They were using what was data mined from the game, they weren't pulling this out of thin air. They have actual evidence.

The people defending Game Freak are a bunch of bullies, insulting and harassing anyone who dares voice a different opinion or bring up legitimate concerns. And then they have the nerve to say that those fans are the vicious ones! When they're actually the vicious ones. What a bunch of nasty hypocrites. Game Freak defenders are acting like cult members and they don't even seem to realize it.

As for the fans being toxic, every single fandom in the world is mostly full of trashy horrible fans. Only a small minority in every fandom is actually sane and nice. I've been in countless fandoms. For the most part, they're not nice places.

They didn't bother fixing the glitch where you're stuck on a small island in Ukuku Prairie? You can jump to it but you can't jump off it! There's a Secret Seashell there. It was awful trying to get off that island, I died so many times.

Censorship is ALWAYS a bad thing. Higher the rating then to deal with the boobies, or whatever the heck they're having an issue with. Don't like seeing boobs? Then don't play it, and just let other people enjoy the game. Why do these easily offended idiots have to ruin the fun for everyone else? It's so annoying.

I haven't used any real money on this game - every pull I've made was used with gems I got in game. There were a few times they screwed up and gave out 3,000 gems as an apology. I got Lyra this morning using the latest batch of 3,000 gems they gave out.

I haven't gotten very far in the story, I'm stuck on Chapter 7.

@NintendoByNature I know how that feels, Amazon's packaging is absolutely awful! I've had to return numerous books last year because they arrived damaged. Twice this year they sent me empty bags, one of which had been opened. The item was missing. They're really terrible at making sure their products arrived in good condition.

@SusieHaltmann They didn't lie. They said 5.0.0 would be the last major content update. Everything after will just be small patches and adjustments.

@Skalgrim I don't know about that other person but the reason I buy games at release is to get the preorder bonus or limited edition version of the game. If all you want is the standard edition then yeah, you could wait. But when it comes to limited or special editions, you're going to have a hard time finding them months, or years, later.

I haven't watched the Pokémon anime in ages. Ash is the ultimate filler character and I despise adaptions that aren't faithful to the source material (in this case, the games would be the source material, usually in most cases it's a manga or a light novel).

That's news to me, I found a few normally without a Mossy Lure. Serebii lists it as "Available in the wild as standard".

@Aslanmagic You can transfer from system to system, but that requires you to have two Switchs on hand. It's what I had to do earlier this year when my first Switch had a dead pixel; I transferred my account to my brother's Switch while I returned mine and got a new one.
