There isnt really much to choose from on wii u.

Got interedted in this game when I heard about the sequel. So Im right on time. Definitely gonna get this.

Never played it. But of course a sequel to that would have been most welcome in fact they could have done soooo muuuuch more if they had planned it better. I mean its a mystery to me why a company is wasting its developers potential on games like amiibo festival or hh designer or federation force ir brings out a lacklaster mario tennis game.

Imho the wiiu has an amazing library. Since that was my first nintendo console since the n64 it gave me the opportunity to experience lots of wii and vc games. Logically my backlog has become enormous. I like the wii u so much that I even boughy a second one just to be on the safe side.
No matter how great this console is it could have been much better if nintendo hadnt gone the cheap out way and invested more into specs than into a controller which was unnecessary and its cons definitely outweighed its pros. There could have also been more games by nintendo like metroid wave race and tons more. I just hope the nx will not fail and that nintendo will strike the right chords.

Makes me really wonder what the nx is all about. Cant believe they are so tightlipped about JUST a hybrid console.

The market has changed. Thats for sure. Imho nintendo consoles are primarily because of nintendo first party games. Thats nintendos biggest strength which they been neglecting with the wii u. Lets say breath of the wild had come out with the wii u launch, things might have looked differently. In the end its all about the games.

Never really liked sega nor sonic, so I wasnt planning on getting it anyway.

Got it preordered a while ago. I cancelled my preorders only twice. Federation force and tenns smash.

Pricewise it would be ridiculous.

Its digital. Its free. Yes, why ever remove it. Hopefully they will bring more free games.

Getting steamworld collection

Played mario 64 ds recently. It really holds up to this day. Funny thing: after completing it with all stars I felt like playing it again and probably will.

Another reason for me to prefer physical games

No fond memories about sega at all. Didnt really like that company

Wow, 400 games! I just oen 31 for wii and over 20 for wii u plus over 20vc games. To me it warranted the purchase of a second wii u. If I get a bargain on it when nx launches I might even buy a third, crazy but true.

Matter of fact I am totally satisfied with the vc title. No need for me to make remake. A completely new title, 2d for the 3ds would be the most amazing thing. A new metroid prime trilogy maybe even better, hopefully they will bring out something for nx as a new wii u title is most unlikely.

Same with me! There was a time that I thought I am not gonna buy it at all. Too many annoyances by nintendo
I will however not buy it at launch. I want to see what it really is first and what kibd of games appear. Probably after some time I will buy it.

Yeah, its not really nice. Considering I bought myself another wii u because I own lots of wii an wii u games its really a mess this console has been mostly abandoned. Still, are you not going to buy an nx?

3ds sales are too strong. They cant really believe that all 3ds owner will get rid of their systems and embrace the nx. 3ds games will sell well even after the nx has come out.

Well, Imho, a handheld that can be attached to a tv and deliver hd gaming, thats pretty much both. A portable home console if you wish. I guess they realized, fully supporting two consoles at the same time with quality software was not possible especially bad in a situation when third parties jump ship. Winning the console wars impossible, as these have become hardware wars first and foremost. Japan is a handheld market first as numbers would suggest, the west is more home console oriented.

This hybrid could be a game changer for nintendo. They could put all their strenghs into one system and yet reach both audiences. Keeping in mind the 3ds has been selling quite well, this new console could be very interesting saleswise which could bring back a lot of third parties and give cod or assassins creed to the people 😄

Matter of fact I am thinking about not getting it for now and cancel my preorder. This game should become a bargain very soon.

Tough times for nintendo. It seems they are putting all their efforts into the nx concept watered down wii u ports are not the key to succes but an effort to keep the 3ds alive and interesting.
The nx is, Imho, nintendos last chance to stay in the console market. If that one fails they are bound to become a third party.

The direct wasnt exactly spectacular to say the least. A lazy effort in regard to yoshi and mario maker. A surprise zelda game would have made the day. The only interesting reveals to me are pikmin, an unnecessary game but will be bought and mario sports which could actually be a lot of fun.

I didnt like the n direct too much. Defiitely interested in pikmin and mario sports. Couldnt care less about mario maker. Sad thing the wii u is dead.

In regard to yoshi, it seems kind of lazy to me. It should have been a sequel rather than a port. Not gonna buy it again.

Dont worry. We are talking about some petty games and in this regard a poorly thought out marketing approach which has very little to offer for the most die hard fans.
Be it as it may, both my nintendo and this new nintendo direct had nothings amazing to report.u

The best of this whole n direct to me. If the game holda up it could be awesome. Looking forward to this. Until its announcement I thought this was the worst direct I ever saw.

Truth be told I didnt know that, it was basically an assumption, sorry. Maybe because I like MK8 so much that the dlc packs were a no brainer for me.

They probably know that most people who bought MK8 also own the dlc packs. Nothing for me here and that SUCKS.

Lets face it. Federation Force was an undesired game by fans from the beginning. It hasnt become an uber game. So I dont blame the reviewers. I have it preordered and will get it when it comes out ineurope. Could be a lot of fun

I thought so, too. But then I discovered VC games for me and said to myself I am not going to miss out on games just because they are digital only. Have bought dual destinies thus far. Will probably buy the new ace, zero time dillema and rune factory 4. My only rule: not gonna pay full price
