well let the hacking and tweaking begin when i receive mine, theres gotta be a way i dont even care if i gotta destroy a joycon to make it work....i think the NES controller would be great for games like one more jump, mario arcade, burger time arcade, or hell any old arcade game....and i would love to play some games like shovel knight with a snes version of theese...

@Mamabear the reason you wont see it in places like scandinavia is money if they cant sell it to the masses then they wont try, to do streaming right they will have to build servers somewhere near you, aka i live in jersey not rural just uber expensive if i want unlimited data from comcast(shocking they did away with no caps soon after net neutrality was killed if i want unlimited i can pay them another 50$ untop of the 100$ i already pay) back to the point they would have to build servers on the east coast or there would be significant lag, which was the original problem i had with psnow dead island was unplayable so was one of the call of dutys i tried(unplayable meaning online play was hampered badly)

@Mamabear heres the first argument against it.... DATA CAPS... 300GB a month is all comcast gives in my area even on my gigabit connection from them. want another reason competitve gameplay is non exhistant on streaming... the lag is just not gonna work for competitve gameplay.

if your going to claim EVERYONE IS HERE then guess what waluigi better be there, one of my favorite characters in ever game hes in to play as.

and this right here is the reason i play it on my switch.... not only can i play with mobile but xbox one and pc gamers too...oh and i only have to buy the battle pass once and i can use it on all those unlike the ps4 where im stuck with only using it on the ps4

@Lroy the last update fixed the issue in that chapter, since then i have replayed the game with a cousin of mine who is a huge batman fan, this required me to redownload the game and i forgot to put it on the internal memory and we played the whole game with no issue....id like to mention i now have a 500gb sandisk microsd card, and the one before was a generic 120gb card from some Chinese company so maybe that was the issue. either way id say get the game digitally cause its a fun game and worth keeping i have played my ps4 version several times to change outcomes in the second game.

the joycons are the most uncomfortable controllers for a system since the intellivision with thos stupid slide on cards to tell you what the buttons did.. the dpad is a joke and having the thumbsticks directly over the buttons makes it extremely hard for people with big hands im 6'2 and my hand spand from thumb to pinky is roughly a 12' so i get hand cramps with the joycons.

with this being said this is one game im definatly not picking up now. i only use pro controllers never use the system as "handheld" only tabletop or docked.

@Tourer145 had similar issue i ended up installing it on internal memory and had no issues, think it was the same exact spot

@Moroboshi876 if i understand it correctly when you short sell you dont actually buy anything your "borrowing" someone elses stock, your essentially tell the guy who owns the stock ok im going to use your stocks and sell them but ill give them all back no matter what in the future. so he gets the stock say at a 1$ today and sells it for the 1$ then waits to rebuy the stock at say .50$ he gives the stock back to the guy and keeps the 50 cent profit. im sure this is over simplified and could be wrong as i dont trade stocks but this is how i understood it.

@C-Threep i have felt the same way start to play paladins alot in place of splatoon 2 and i bought the octo expansion which was fun but not as good as i was hoping.

i still have some of those gba animal crossing reader cards that allowed you to get those animal crossing NES games

mine is used mostly docked probably bout 85% of the time and i have played thousands of hours and no cracks, i know two friends who swear they arent rough on thiers and they have cracks but i consider how they use them as rough....so the definition to the word "rough" is going to very from person to person...think those that have cracks are using it rougher then those who dont i see all the cracks are on edges or near the vents wcich protrude out and arent thick hitting them the right way would crack or break them off i presume

god no, they cant even make a phone that doesnt force you to force quit apps everynow and then just cause they stop working. also this would suck it would mean if they bought companies and made them google exclusive its just another piece of hardware you would have to own.

for me its game dependent i hate the joycons with a passion nobody will understand so i NEVER play handheld, but i play in tabletop, if i am playing any shooters i prefer to play on the tv as its easier to see further enemies, but any platformer or racing game tabletop is perfect while im watching tv i just throw it on a tray table and sit back with the pro controller. i cant play rocket league in tabletop the game just is too muddy same is oppsite though for doom cant play that on my 65" 4k tv but handheld its perfect

@Heavyarms55 yes they are the same, very few people who visit this site and arent looking for homebrew see it as a way to get free games, and homebrew is a term pirates now use to hide the fact that they pirate, so yes homebrew is essentially the same as pirating. the average person has no clue what homebrew is and see it as the term for hacking and getting free games. go ahead ask someone who has done "homebrew" bet you 5$ that they have at least one pirated game.

@beazlen1 i feel the same way unless your looking for this it really shouldnt be on this site it as if they want people to pirate games, stop advertising theese hacks hell i didnt even know about this one before today.

@jenkje Even in the f2p version you have buy the extra characters been playing it on the ps4 and its a blast, but i was holding out for a switch release as it would be better for me as i play away from home most nights. consider it free to try with limited champions and if you want the full experience you have to buy the game at 30$ not all that bad.

ban em all once this starts up all the stupid kids will find the ways to cheat at the games which is one of the reasons i hate pc gaming. cheating in single player fine have at it but cheating in online ruins the game for the people your playing with.

@SanderEvers was on the wii had to use a disc to use netflix.

its linux and you have to do thie wierd mod to a joncon rail to just get it up and running. this is way to much for the everyday person.

i bit the bullet and bought the 400gb model after my 200gb ran out of space.

@Akropolon i was thinking the same thing is ms buys ea then its likely the xbox is the one that will go hell outside of the US the xbox one doesnt sell all that well, have they broke 100 units a week in japan yet?

netflix is useless for 11 out of 12 months of the year for me i rather have amazon prime video then netflix originals are good but outside of them the library hasnt really changed and you can pay for one month binge watch all the new seasons and cancel use hulu for live tv so that made me extremely happy

ill be honest there have been very few indie games that are worth any money most are fads or flash in the pan people want them cause they are popular but die off quickly

@gcunit thats a bad idea, i hated X but love chronicles 1 and 2 they are totally different beast. i feel like 1 and 2 have way better story lines and that X felt like a cheap MMO without the MMO part kinda like if FFXIV was made for solo play but had ways to play with people online for certain things. if you really wanna see if youll liike this get the Wii version of Xenoblade chronicles 1 or the New 3ds version i believe the first one may even still be on the wiiU store(i may have gotten mine on Wii store but i dont think so)

this makes me happy cause i have been debating on rebuying for my wiiu as i sold them before beating them

@Supadav03 im in the same boat as you where i have other more capable devices but what i found is this makes it easier when your off and cleaning the hours or something i have two docks, so if im cleaning in the front i can take the switch keep watching my shows and dock in living room, or if im cleaning the kitchen it goes into tablet mode and so on, not only that i found it great for connecting to my phone uses less data then my phone does when using the hulu app on it.

i have a questions one is portable mode including using it as a tabletop?

i use mine depending on the game, mariokart i totally play portable more, splatoon and nba2k18 i have to play docked. Zelda i was mixed and so far i prefer mario as a portable.

@Minotaurgamer i was going to say same thing the arcade versions of SMB and Punch Out where a million times better and way more challanging.

@NinjaWaddleDee believe it or not i actually like it, if i dont like the maps i just wait two hours and come back, im looking at your mooray towers(or however its spelt)

problem is i dont really consider mayo a condiment, now mustard that would have been a much better option. but either way i was #TeamMayo

@King_Johobo i had to go to classic controls once i did i got so much better i had no problem getting to lvl 3 with kid cobra

@OrigamiSquirtle my family loves them i have been draggin my ps4 around for the 1st one cause thats my familys favorite although 3 on the switch was used on vation with my wife and her family and we had a blast and it was much easier to tote around.

what i wish they would bring over is pacman championship edition love that game and have always wanted to play it on the go

considering i beat all the tourneys and im working on getting all the trophys(that backcourt shot one is impossible for me) i need online or this was a total waste of money

@VENOMVSCARNAGE i was thinking the same thing, i enjoy playing with my triforce tires, sport bike and the airplane glider, this game really comes down to you being able to stay on the road, and the items you get and your timing on using, blue shell ftw at the finish line.

just give me madden ill be buying fifa cause i like sport games on a portable system play for a little while turn off and come back.

@JHDK im in the same exact boat i want madden so badly on the switch, ive wanted a portable version of madden for so long i still play the last madden made for the 3ds line which was just called maddeen football nfl

i havent bought a basketball game since the gamecube, i will however pick this one up being i totally see this being played on my lunch break with my coworkers, lately we have been playing either bomberman or the jack pack 3 which is a blast but becomes a little NSFW after a few rounds.

@MagicEmperor im at the end and i found a secret place i think where the scenery changes to a retro style like 16 bit era and the developers all have characters that thank you and tell you wierd tidbits about the game and how it was made.

ill be shocked if we see this every on any game system, this to me is gonna end up being vaporware....i cant imagine MS or Sony and definitaly ninty allowing you to play games you bought on your pc on your console... if that was the case why the hell would you ever buy a console version of the game? and there lies the problem with this product not buying the software on the platform of choice means that the console maker makes 0$ off you for you purchase of said game for pc, and for it to be free makes me laugh even harder....

brought my switch to my parents house for easter and a party that started outside ended up inside with 8 of us playing and 4 others playing along in the audience it was a total blast.

if they figure out the framerate issues ill buy i was looking forward as this looked fun to play but the horrible stutter i have seen in youtube videos i ended up picking up i am setsuna(fun game)

the only way i see ninty doing this is if they are convinced that thier actual handheld market is dead and they stop making the 3ds and any new handheld at all and make the switch thier only system....i dont see them doing that to many eggs not enough baskets. if the Switch failed for some reason in the case of quitting handheld they would be screwed handheld is what has kept them in the game in the tough years.

@liljmoore well at 85 hours i finally beat zelda by accident kind of. i was looking for a shrine that supposedly is around the castle somewhere and i headed in and got to boss fight....it was fun!!!!
