@Itsashame I would hope so, but time will tell. It’s a true classic and obviously one of my fav games ever. But if I’m playing it again I would want something major to modernize it.

I’m curious to see if the leak is real. Ocarina of time is one of my fav games ever but I beat it on n64, on GameCube, on the Wii, and on the 3ds. Unless it’s like 29.99 or a massively altered version (very unlikely), or maybe even just includes majoras mask, I’m going to be disappointed if that’s their “big game” Switch 2 reveal for the year.

I was hoping they’d get multilayer options going for all the games! Hack em a little 🤷‍♂️

These are some wild times we’re living in. And no sign of any improvement or sanity returning in the next several years either.

Thank you for giving it a legitimate score if you’re getting full use out of it. I think those wanting single player would probably rank it 4/10 or even 2/10 though. Very disappointed in this release. And no sign of a new Mario switch 2 game anywhere…

Every single company passed these tariffs onto consumers. And now they’ll reap the rewards of the lawsuit refunds as well. And consumers will keep on covering everything.

@Spider-Kev That was supposedly fixed on the 12/16/2025 update. Nintendo life even mentioned it in an article:

“More Switch Games Have Received Compatibility Updates For Switch 2
Including Star Wars and a few other titles”

I’ve seen some updates with your retro reviews whenever a game gets added to the Nintendo Online with those boxes providing new opinions.

How do you switch between handheld and tv mode for the switch games?

Complete these steps

Select System Settings on the HOME Menu.
Scroll down through the System Settings menu and select System.
Scroll down on the right and select Nintendo Switch Software Handling.
Select Handheld Mode Boost to enable or disable this setting.

Christmas 98 I guess, got turok 2 and expansion pack from my parents and ocarina of time from my grandmom. I didn’t even ask for ocarina since I thought it would be too challenging for me. Loved em both. ❤️🥹

To me, dlc has to add a substantial content element when it’s about a fourth the cost of the game. With this dlc, the value for what you get doesn’t add up for me. Maybe if I had tons of friends doing multiplayer it would. But, pass. I’d rather put the 20 aside towards a totally new Mario game or for a few single player worlds.

Looks pretty fun. I’m not familiar with this one at all.

What games currently use dlss? Google answers has kind of confused me since some it lists seem to be disputed in Reddit threads. And on a similar note, do any games use 40 fps with docked mode if your tv is 120hz?

Does gyro have separate Y inversion from control stick? The revelations games didn’t have that and I could only ever play with one or the other 😔

I have less a problem with leakers and more a problem with scalpers when it comes to games. 🤦‍♂️

Does the cardboard model work as a head set rather than staring into something sitting?

When I tried it in handheld last night the quality mode was beautiful standing still. But once I started moving it felt jittery and rough. Performance mode was pretty much flawless though. And visually there really wasn’t much lost. Just shadows and draw distance and a bit of resolution.

So is it hitting 60 fps in performance mode?

Wish the switch 2 had the Bomberman gameboy advance adventure game.

I think I’ll just save the 20 and put it towards the new switch 2 Mario game that will come out. Shame they couldn’t just do a Nintendo online freebie or a 5$ upgrade if you just want the 4k graphics.
