This never ceases to crack me up when the voice says it.

I hope if they get a sequel they do some adjustments with options. Theres two in particular for me.

One is adjusting how the damage works in the game so if you want to do more challenging poses or moves but they’re not worth as much damage, you can change it. I know this shows up in the second post game area where everything has the same value, but making it available from the start makes more sense for people who want to play it differently.

And then I think they need to add an “always 100” or always “great” setting for every move because sometimes I’m dying on my yoga mat doing it correctly and the controller is wonking out and giving me 30%, 70% etc.

Those two QOL options in the settings and the sequel would be 10/10 for me

Layers of fear is one of my fav horror games ever. I just finished it in VR on the meta quest so may wait a little before getting this remake though.

Would rather have some halo games.

Some big names to drop to compare to. But limbo stands out a bit… I wonder if it’s trial and error aspect or side scrolling or dreamlike or what from that one.

I’ll buy them all. But they need to get em running as good as, or better than the ps4 at least before I do.

Any updates on the south park one that had issues?

@LightSpirit Fortunately it didnt happen often but very frustrating when it does. He just suddenly runs in circles while you’re holding a direction rather the go the direction you wanted.

@Phelaidar @LazyDaisy Yeah I was trying to remember if I experienced it with the Wii original as well but it was just so long ago I couldn’t remember. Lol.

Get cool update and awesome to see the switch 2 portable mode get some love. Many switch 1 games I played are looking just fine in docked on a switch 2, but on handheld they’re pretty rough looking due to the resolution cuts of the switch 1.

Can it even be patched to the quality of the PS4 release or was that a totally different version of the definitive game based on what they used for switch 1/2?

@mlt Unfortunately 4 does not have motion control. And even worse, 5 & 6 both have the stick and the motion tied to the same inversion option. I like to play inverted with stick but standard for motion. Those games combine the choice like Revelations 2, so I can’t even enjoy the motion control 💔😔🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Any word on the South Park game that has issues? I heard if you go to the switch Home Screen before it freezes you can skip it somehow but never tried.

I liked this one back in the day except for the portions that felt unfinished/cheap (unfair). I’m very curious to see how they expand and improve it because I think there’s potential for some good fun.

I’m glad that the somewhat smaller in quality switch 2 updates have been free. A FPS increase and resolution bump is fine for some of these games IMHO. And it makes for a nice reason to replay some of the games I had put away. Still hoping we see those rumored Lego ones though. 🤞

@AussieMcBucket No problem. Hopefully the updates really happen for them. I’ve been googling every few weeks since the original story came out but still no news yet. I’d love to play Star Wars upgraded especially. 🤞

@AussieMcBucket August or September there was a display that had like 6 of the switch Lego games but with switch 2 logos on them. So there was a rumor they’d be getting switch 2 upgrades.

I thought for sure that Alex’s ability to handle an annoying character would have forced Nintendolife to be a 7/10.

I’d like them to offer the smoothing that goes with the CRT filter but separately from the CRT filter. When I “adjusted” my SNES Classic that was one of the functions I changed and the snes games looked almost perfect that way.

Love the gyro aiming but I hope they have separate inversion options between control stick and gyro. On 6 and Revelations 2 they were tied together, which made for some frustrations as someone who does inversion stick but regular for motion aiming.

@Andee9001 Can you detail anything in particular? Just curious since I was checking Reddit and a few people on there said it was stable now. But maybe others are finding issues.

@user0 Yeah I’m not a resolution snob but those seem pretty low. Like switch 1 levels.

Well I already don’t buy their games anymore. So this just makes it a little easier to pass.

When I got the mini mortal kombat arcade unit I got annihilated by the computer. Even on easiest difficulty setting, nothing helped. Yet I used to beat them all the time as a kid on the SNES. I don’t know if it was easier in snes or the arcade mini even with the codes was just impossible. Maybe if the devs fix it so easy modes work I’ll get it.
