I think I’ll just save the 20 and put it towards the new switch 2 Mario game that will come out. Shame they couldn’t just do a Nintendo online freebie or a 5$ upgrade if you just want the 4k graphics.

Looking forward to jumping back in at some point. Awesome free upgrade. I hope other devs are influenced by it.

I won’t even touch their games til they’ve been out a bit and reviews covering how they run are released. Except Indiana jones. May go for that regardless. Lol

I really enjoyed it. We had some surprises, we had some release dates on confirmed games, and there was a pretty decent amount too. Only things I wanted that we didn’t get were halo collection, fire pro, conkers bad fur day, and the resident evil 7 & 8 port footage.

Bomberman and Indiana jones were my two fav moments.

Which super-Bomberman games have the co op option? I believe that at least number 3 does, any of the others?

Would the borderland 3 issue be fixed by Nintendo’s firmware updates or would it need fixed by the developer? Because if it’s the latter I’m assuming we’ll never see it. But if it’s the former I’ll keep hoping. 🤞

Since the switch 1 & 2 both apparently work in it, I’m going to be curious to hear what looks the best to use. I’d assume oled, unless the increased pixels of the 2 make the split resolution look better.

I tend to look at the cost of a game and then it’s dlc. Then I consider if what’s being offered as dlc is equal to 1/4th of the game as far as value and time. If it is then I am a lot more inclined to purchase it. In this case, it’s a struggle for me to justify buying it. I won’t touch the multiplayer. I’ll enjoy the graphics upgrade. And the single player seems tacked on to existing levels.

But I’ll still wait for a review before finalizing my decision. 10$ and this would have been a no brainer though.

@AussieMcBucket I read something about mouse control for CAW customizing and ring/logo creating. Stuff like that.

@LikelySatan I would do anything to get a fire pro on switch. I keep praying it’ll happen someday. Even the gameboy advance ones would be fine with me.

If they pull of what they did with 2025, this will be a purchase for me down the road.

@Pawsebutton every Sunday I try to get an hour in with my buddy. It’s seriously so fun to just chat and chill and hunt for the hidden balls while playing. I wish I could have everyone on the planet play this game because it could create world peace. lol.

The meta quest 3 is something I play almost as much as switch 2. Some of the games on it make me crave for a pairing with Nintendo. The walkabout minigolf game is just amazing to hang out with friends and play together.

Lmao. “Don’t pursue Lu Bu” is ingrained in my memory from playing dynasty warriors 2 with my brother back in the day. I’m assuming it’s said hundreds of times in this version as well?

Maybe it’s the regular model with the new joy con colors?

This never ceases to crack me up when the voice says it.

I hope if they get a sequel they do some adjustments with options. Theres two in particular for me.

One is adjusting how the damage works in the game so if you want to do more challenging poses or moves but they’re not worth as much damage, you can change it. I know this shows up in the second post game area where everything has the same value, but making it available from the start makes more sense for people who want to play it differently.

And then I think they need to add an “always 100” or always “great” setting for every move because sometimes I’m dying on my yoga mat doing it correctly and the controller is wonking out and giving me 30%, 70% etc.

Those two QOL options in the settings and the sequel would be 10/10 for me

Layers of fear is one of my fav horror games ever. I just finished it in VR on the meta quest so may wait a little before getting this remake though.

Would rather have some halo games.
