@Hordak I've been much more engaged on the switch version. maybe because of the visuals, but the HD rumble is the biggest impact

@popey1980 my exact thoughts. been stoked about this game since the kickstart but there's plenty of games to enjoy.

That excites me. Plus it's legit DLC since it's coming in the holidays as opposed to day 1 or 2 months later. and $20 is not bad if it the new story is meaty.

Until this video and his comment on 2D games, I didn't catch the lack of a d-pad. Now i need a pro-controller.

I want this system to go away, its been an honorable run, but switch is here now to cover both basis. Don't need the 3ds taking software away from what should be on the switch (Fire emblem).

I would say yes, but the fact nintendo is still bent on 3ds support and having a successor to the 3ds, that's going to cut into potential sales.
The focus needs to be that switch is the answer to console and portable.

Another Nintendo themed warriors game is melt worthy, i can't wait! hope the release date isn't super far away.

x3 is my fave for the snes series from level design, bosses and especially the music! But 4 is my top over all. I actually think x2 is the bottom of 1-6. mainly because of the music.

does Zelda Botw preform / play better on the wii-u or the NX.

I fully understand this point of view. For me, I've had to accept that I'm not going to be that guy who wins tournaments or has a winning record online. from time to time i just go on-line, and see if my strategy will trump the stats (Ash ketchum style). But I'm mainly a collector now, and recently more interested in getting ribbons, along with winning Contests in Ruby and sapphire.

i normally don't rebuy Harvest Moon games, but the original one for DS was special, possibly my favorite ever. I like that it looked like the GBA version of mineral town.

@Superzone13 Yeah, Pokemon X was so refreshing for the franchise imo, surely a top 10 3ds game.

@Mario-Man-Child That's so unrealistic. Wii-U doesn't have any titles to carry revenue and profit for 2 more years, January is about to end, no way nintendo will achieve even sub-par profits or revenue. Console sales for 3ds and wii-u are going to drop this year, even more next year. we'll see a mild spike with pokken, only because of its pokemon and it'll be at evo, so at best that'll move 1.5 over its time. should a pokemon z or new game release that may move a half million 3ds systems. Zelda U will be a toss up because so many people are going to hold out for a NX port.
My point, even though they have games i'm excited for, there's not enough for another 2 years. We know metroid isn't coming for wii-u, an f-zero is not in the works, the only surprise title they could announce is animal crossing for wii-u (a real one). Nintendo is still a business, they need a new console/portable to drive revenue, profits and increase market share. Mobile will help, as it has, but more is needed.

I think most of us have always believed a NX port of Smash bros was going to happen.
And just for the heck of it, i think the 3ds and wii-u version will now share stages in the NX version.

I've been told based on other games i like that Minecraft is a game i would enjoy, but the little bit i've been following, cube life seems just as good if not better. Hope I'm one of the 100 (hey, like the tv show (can't wait for season 3)).

YES! FP1 is top 3 of my fav eshop games, and i very much welcome the sequel. Give us another stellar soundtrack!!!

YES! man i asked people around at work and miiverse and no one agreed, its horrible. now yes my left eye is only 16/20 vs my right eye at 20/20, but i can read text still ok on a 48" tv.

That's what I'm thinking, especially if the NX takes off like they envision with 20 million units in the 1st year (kind of unreal, but who knows). Release the complete edition with all DLC plus 2 new characters and add the 3ds stages, done deal.

@PanurgeJr It's most likely pokemon related. There was suppose to be big pokemon news coming soon, possibly a Pokemon Z ready for world wide release a week before the christmas holidays, which would be BIG.
If it was smash related, I'd think they would say so, sakurai has always let us know when it is such.

@Jayvir That's what i was thinking, square has already confirmed support for NX with dragon quest, so i think it's a real good shot. And when the inevitable cloud amiibo comes, he'll be of use for the ff7 remake (assuming NX will support amiibos, which would be crazy if it did not).

half of it will be about mario tennis, animal crossing amiibo festival, mario & luigi paper jam and xenoblade.

All i can hope for is some surprise smash bros dlc and the results of the fighters ballot.
