I'll be picking this up - this is the sort of third-party support I never thought we'd be getting on Switch this soon.

It's been a brilliant year, the best ever for Nintendo. Just a bit concerned of the run just after Christmas - with a ridiculous number of games out this month, some of these could have benefitted from taking advantage of the gaps after the New Year.

@GC-161 I'm from the UK, and Nintendo sure as hell is popular right now.

Only ones I have left are the Squid Sisters and Donkey Kong / Waluigi from the Super Mario series... plus a few variants elsewhere

@1UP_MARIO You're just making excuses for them - they're trying to squeeze every last bit of profit by using the cheapest carts and not caring about Nintendo fans. It's going to come back and bite them.

@1UP_MARIO No, it's the third parties' problem. Zelda and Mario fit on a card. Why would a yearly update game not? Unacceptable.

So, so poor. That's both of 2K Sports' games which have done this now. Nintendo should get stricter with them.

Why can't they do away with the rubbish raid system altogether. Penalises individual players, you never get enough together for a decent shot at the big ones without spoofers. And just starts arguments when people don't get one and have to meet up to do them. Just let us use our other Pokemon to battle the legendaries to bring their HP down.

Gold points are ridiculous. A tiny amount of points if you buy physical games, and tons if you buy the same game digitally. BS.

People - get subscriptions sorted to both Switch Player and Nintendo Force. Nintendo magazines represented the glory years of gaming magazines, and these are the best chances of getting them back. Lots of love and care goes into each issue - and they’ll all look mighty fine on your shelves...

Mostly games which are also available physically, which is disappointing... Wii U games should be a fiver or less now.

Bearing in mind the majority of your casual fifa community bought xbox and playstation just to play it, this is misleading...

I've got it, after thinking I was going to wait. £47 in Asda. It's great. Yes, it's missing a few bits here and there from the other versions, but as a Nintendo fan, I don't care. It's not comical FIFA like we had with the Wii, and it's an improvement in many areas from the Wii U version. Delighted. Third party support is here to stay!

Now if they can just fix the online friends thing out that'd be perfect.

If they nail FIFA and WWE this year, third parties are here to stay. Just get out there and buy them.

All jokes aside, they should go back and make games of old Bond films. Always wanted that. From Russia With Love was great on Gamecube.

Will still get it. It's third party support. Nintendo fans need to put their money where their mouth is.

Won't hear a bad word about Sunshine. First game I had with my Gamecube for Christmas one year. Wanted Galaxy to advance the Mario lore and story, the way Sunshine did that for me has been unparalleled.

It'll be updated... still hoping the Snake Pass one will revert to what it used to be.

@rjejr Not sure what you mean by "don't bundle new games with their consoles"... yeah that might be relevant for the New 3DS range, but Wii U had ZombiU, Nintendo Land, Xenoblade, Zelda: Wind Waker, Mario Kart, Splatoon, Mario Kart/Splatoon Double Pack and Super Mario Maker bundles, and that's not even all of them!

The purge of players who play alone is the worst mistake they've made so far. People are getting bullied out of groups if they aren't in cliques, and spoofers are ruining group gatherings anyway. Niantic need a rethink.

Wonderful. I haven't actually got any Super Plays in my Nintendo magazine collection, but I long for the day they're on the shelves again.

So Gunvolt is definitely getting physical?

Absolute highlight of Miiverse came on day one, when the ZombiU leaderboards appeared on walls in the game, as did clues for hidden items to find. Never managed to top that.

Don't know why they don't just retain them as main characters for good...

Really couldn't care less about frame rates and whatever. Never cared about them growing up, never cared about them now. All I want a FIFA that doesn't pale in comparison to offerings on other formats for Nintendo.

I'm die-hard Nintendo, but would buy a Mega Drive over a PlayStation or Xbox any day.

Trading doesn't really make sense in this game.

Shame my local area's Facebook group has now been overtaken by spoofers, the raids had been good til recently!
