Accessory maker PowerA is producing an official Super Mario Odyssey Joy-Con grip to coincide with the launch of the Switch game.
The grip will cost $19.99 and comes emblazoned with official artwork showing Mario and Cappy. Described by the manufacturer as boasting a "lightweight, ergonomic design for comfortable gameplay anywhere", the grip also has "double-injected rubber grips for added comfort" but notably doesn't charge your Joy-Cons - you'll need Nintendo's more expensive option for that.
PowerA has also produced official Mario and Zelda controllers recently, too - clearly the firm is in Nintendo's good books at present.

Why is the back of the handles black? Also in the bottom left picture it has black where the controllers side in but the bottom right its red. Nice one on continuity PowerA

Hopefully the colours match up better than their early red Joy-Con Comfort Grip.
That was way off. Though I've heard apart from that it is really comfortable, so this should be likewise.
Please make ones for ARMS and Splatoon 2 joy-cons.
Looks like it matches the Mario red joycons, not the neon red. If I splurge on the Mario joycons I may pick this up as well.
I was gonna put a 99p skin of Mario on mine but this is so much better.
20 euros for a piece of plastic. Now, that's value. It should be included in the Mario Odyssey "bundle".
Oh look, it's the grip that should have been included in the $380 bundle. Maybe I'll buy this instead of the bundle, save myself some money.
Honestly wasn't impressed with the joy con grip. If I use the joy cons it's way more comfortable apart.
This is nice. Poor for the ppl thats freak about accessories though; their wallets must be screw up.

This stuff is neat and all, but, when are they going to put out 3rd party Joy Cons?
I still can't believe they're charging $380 for that bundle because of a pouch. Seems a bit like when gamestop makes those bundles with useless stuff just to get rid of extra stock.
