Re: Video: Yoshi's Crafted World Is Out Today, Here's A Launch Trailer

@Arkay The article didn't said why they use Unreal engine.

What I meant was: Nintendo can make their own engine and it runs better on their own hardware. All their first party games for the last 30 years were on their own engine. Why for this particular title, they chose Unreal?

The licensing fee for Unreal engine is 5% of the gross revenue. Why give money away?

My prediction is that Nintendo planned to sell this game later on Xbox, in exchange for XBox's exclusive Cuphead and Ori. This could be a deal between the 2 companies. It will be a huge deal for Xbox to get a Nintendo game (historic), it will also be an experiment for Nintendo to become 3rd party.

This game uses Unreal engine. Why did Nintendo use Unreal engine? Most gaming corporations don't use it because you need to pay a percentage of the game's profit to Epic games if you use their engine.

The only reason Nintendo use it is because they planned to port it to other system. That's the only advantages Unreal and Unity have over proprietary engine.

Some people are going to be so pissed signing up early for Nintendo Online. Amazon Prime is so cheap, monthly fees basically covered all the delivery fees and more (if you regularly buy things online). Then there's the other perks like free Kindle ebooks, Amazon TV and now Nintendo Online. There's no reason not signing up to Amazon.

No wonder Dr Evil is the richest man on this planet.

Unravel 2. Where's the review?

I am disappointed by the performance and graphics of this game. Seems like EA doesn't care, so manny jaggies, please polished them away with some anti-aliasing. Not even 60 fps, barely 30fps with lacklustre graphic. If you have a PS4, play it there, it's not worth playing it handheld. I can't see anything properly on a small screen with so many jaggies.

Re: Hands On: There's More To Nintendo's Labo VR Than Meets The Eye

Media Molecule's Dreams is going to make this LABO VR looks like trash. Nintendo is never serious about anything, or going in full force. They made 3DS, but barely use the stereo 3D. They made New 3DS, only a few games made use of it's speed advantage. They made HD Rumble, only 1,2 Switch made full use of it.

Nintendo likes creating gimmicks and then lose interest after a while. This cardboard contraption idea and VR are just passing fancy for Nintendo.
