They actually held up people's refunds by not speaking with Sony or Microsoft and then saying they could have refunds. They also are cutting off their refunds for physical copies right before Christmas so good luck to the people getting it for Christmas.

Their greed would be obvious in just the way the game was marketed and released but they decided to leave no doubt.

The PC versions runs better yes but still not very good. It depends greatly on your hardware. Some people with the newest video card and CPUs can't even play it whole people with lesser machines can.

It really makes no sense at all.

Why is it such a big deal to you all that some people are ok with how it runs on the Switch? I don't play Fortnite but I did dip into it a few times when it came out and yeah it was a bit glitchy but it honestly seems that way on all the consoles to an extent.

I love people defending Nintendo not saying it's a problem or fixing it by saying it would be used in a lawsuit. You know what they could've done? Just not made a ***** controller that somehow costs as much as actually quality ones. Mine got it and I don't even use them because I don't play portable.

I don't understand why Microsoft gets blamed for rare. Just because you own something doesn't mean you're responsible for its failure. Has anyone ever thought that maybe Rare was a one trick pony?

This is no different than when Square does the same thing with Final Fantasy. I pay them money despite their half baked ports and people will pay Nintendo money for theirs.

Except Square kind of has an excuse because they lost all the files from the old Final Fantasies at some point. Nintendo still has theirs.

I don't see how third party support is that big. The Switch didn't even have that in the current generation really.

People complaining need to realize they can just buy a PS5 or X1X and play third party games just like they do now.

Going against the nature of the game is cheating plan and simple. The grind is part of the game. Speed running is not the same thing but does make use of glitches and such sometimes which is also cheating.

If you want to do it fine but it is what it is.

How is poor performance a selling argument? I was considering getting it because I like weird games and it seems cool but I don't want to play something that runs so horrible even if reviews keep saying it's a positive thing.

Also just for the record and thousandth time it's not censorship to not release games like this on your console just like it's not censorship to not sell pornography at a women's clothing shop. It's a private industry that is free to enforce its own standards however it likes.

People talking about trails in the sky and the untranslated Crossbell games are being extra. There's very small cross over. It's perfectly possible to just play Cold Steel and enjoy it without those games.

@Kalmaro the people you used as examples had freedom of speech. They were free to do what they did. They weren't free from the consequences of what they say or did. That's how civilized society works. Complete freedom would simply be anarchy as a system of law by nature is there to limit individual expression for the community's safety. I have the freedom to murder someone but I don't have the freedom from the consequences of the murder.

I'm glad they fixed it. Bugs and glitches aren't a right you have a game, they're a mistake that needs to be fixed.

As for Pokemon, I don't see how that's Nintendo's fault. Gamefreak just wants your money and they don't want to fix anything. You gave them the money and after how many years expect them to act differently?
