In a world of way too many good games to play vs. time in the day, these improvements may make me pull the trigger on this.

I am excited by this! Will listen on the commute to work tomorrow morning. Video game soundtracks just chill me out.

Better late than never? I’ve really been enjoying the game on my Switch 2 and honestly haven’t really been bothered by any of the bugs. I’m not the most discerning gamer though.

This is a day 1 purchase for me. Scratches all my old-man gamer retro pop-culture 90s brawler itches.

I’m old and grew up with them and love them dearly. Play them on Switch 2 through NSO. Have the nes NSO controllers but rarely use them due to laziness.

Been playing Double Dragon games since the 80s and have been very appreciative of Arc Systems handling of the property, have bought almost all their DD/River City games, but visually, this does not excite me at all. I don’t really like the look. Reserving final judgment and will definitely give it every chance to be good!

I hate hearing this. Nintendo can basically print money at will these days and the terrible greedy standard corporate culture it of course inhabits still insists on cutting and outsourcing American jobs. Boo!

Ghosts and Goblins has been one of my favorite series since childhood. I’ve always bought all the games and they have always kicked my ass and left me feeling humble. I will definitely be resurrecting this one during Halloween season. Thanks for the article.

Thanks for this. Metroid is my favorite NES soundtrack. Highly recommend a listen to all its tracks. Very well composed, melodic yet unsettling.

Does anyone know if the new Ninja Gaiden will be available to play on switch 2? I’m a little confused by how many games just had listed being playable on switch 1?

Great to hear, as, being a retro guy, I own quite a few of these titles.

Wish they included the OG versions, like the C64. New visuals look meh. Sounds like the music will be really good though.

I love it. It’s amazing. I think some thoughtful dedicated updates, based on player feedback, will make it even better. Just like MK8 was for Switch 1, will likely be my favorite game for the new Switch.

Bought the welcome tour. Explored it for about 10 minutes, then deleted it and went back to Mario Kart World. It was not for me.

Loved the first one, though it wasn’t perfect. This is a day one purchase fir me, the Scott Pilgrim world is very appealing.

I predict continued stick drift on Switch 2 controllers. Nintendo has never demonstrated they actually cared about it that I can recall.

Looks great. Love the art style. Someone above commented on burning out on these kind of games, which I totally get, but they are very hard to resist for an old 80s 90s gamer like myself.

Looks so fun. Like others have stated, so hard to save for a Switch 2 when sweet new games keep being released for the OG Switch.

Will be super happy with any new 2d Castlevania, as long as it doesn’t suck, lol.
