but remember that NS2E cartridge games do also work in original Switch consoles. so you can buy the NS2E physical game and play it on S2 consoles & original Switch consoles [without S2 upgrades]

@Jumping_Dead hate this argument. They absolutely lose sales. I should know because I've been using this exact site for 7+ years and have pirated hundreds of games. If I couldn't pirate them I would have had to buy them.

@NFrealinkling The problem is defining pirating. I and many others (though we are perhaps in the minority of most use cases) use the MIG on S1 so I don't lose my carts, saving money in the process. Thats not pirating, as I still own the original carts.

that law states you can make a backup copy for archival purposes. not for use.

i really fancied the look of the tomtoc slim hard case, and recalled hearing good things about the brand, but wow after looking again recently the reviews sure surprised me - seems they've really dropped the ball with their switch2 case . . . 😞 such a shame

why is anyone still referring to duplicated cartridge games as "backed up" ? as if there is no problem with doing that ? as if doing that can't cause the user and/or that cartridge to be banned ? or worse . . .
