Right, good points. I think it was a good decision by them to make sure the initial build was good rather than bringing out a feature not properly tested into production.
Based on your comment it would be interesting to see if other developers follow suit.

Hm... not a deal breaker but hope this can be fixed with an update.
It seems the transition from portable to dock isn't as easy as it seems from a programming perspective.

Like most commenters, I've had these games on my waitlist for a while. Now I really have no excuse. My switch library is growing more toward my niche tastes and I'm all for it. Add the portability factor, I'm in love with my device!

Maybe the developers should put a list of improvements this game should have over the original.
Anything to get people to "buy in".

I wouldn't mind playing an AC game on the go.. but the rabbids crossover is a hard sell for me

I personally think all those games on the list should be ported. The portability factor alone would make me buy them again.
The switch needs games and all those games are excellent especially for the masses who never purchase a Wii U.

Yeah you're right but there probably isn't a big enough market for it and the NFL would block it anyway. Though I love American football it's league is stupid.

Hey if the 3ds/2ds family of systems keep selling why not keep the train going. Nintendo doesn't have to do much to keep supporting the systems and I believe 3rd/2nd parties keep developing for it.

Same here I never played the series. This is a great opportunity to try them out.

Ah! finally something for the physical games. Maybe we get physical rewards again. One can only hope. But I didn't mind the free games toward the tail end of club Nintendo though I think that was a one time deal.

Fair point. But for me the quality just seems like an improvement. I was playing a 2D Mario remake, 2D shooter, and Trine 2 at launch because Rayman wasn't available 😡.. still haven't played the game.
While with the switch I have Zelda and a number of good Eshop games to choose from.. not bad... at least me.

Almost! At least this time around Nintendo has learned from their mistakes with the Wii U. Good start so far.
The Wii U didn't have this many titles available at launch.
