Well I know Nintendo will charge a switch 2 upgrade fee for each Xenoblade game and I will pay it and play the whole series over again. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I preordered the physical deluxe version since it came with a guidebook for the games plus a digital sound track

honestly I didn't even know anything about this company. I'm picking up the deluxe version since it brings the guide book with all the games and the a download code for the soundtrack. I do collect some of the game sound tracks on vinyl so I'll look out for this one if the game soundtracks are any good.

I was worried about this game being a key card game but the game is for the Switch .

So I clicked on the link to grab the physical and there isn’t a US version for the site. 🤷🏽‍♂️

But I prefer to get the switch 2 version instead anyway.

@DonierGunad yeah I music is a little off the mark for X I agree.

I played the Wii U version and loved it. I don’t have the same amount of time as I did back then so I probably won’t do too much customization this go around.
Also playing it on the go is a plus as well. It was kool to use the Wii U game pad to see the map and place the probes amongst other things but the switch version is well done in that regard.

Same just trying to discover everything as I play.

Not discounting the huge success switch has had for Nintendo but are these figures adjusted for inflation?

@Ryu_Niiyama yeah I agree that is how I play to this day. Which is why I tend to play few games throughout the year. I’ve only really played xenoblade and Zelda so far. I’m still on Zelda but I’m looking forward to Mario wonder.

@DTFaux correct. I’m hoping the dev shops stick to their guns and change course because if they do not what Unity has started could be become the norm moving forward.
A similar situation happen with Oracle after Oracle tried to monopolize the Java programming language. Of course companies like Google were not happy and decided to move on from using Java for some of the major projects like Android. Not to mention the huge legal battle that occurred afterwards.

Is it me or there are a lot of Kart games coming out. Is the market for kart games on switch that big?

@Coalescence Yes I remember a petition was needed to even convinced Nintendo to make a western release of it. I think the petition was called operation rainfall.

@jojobar I agree but TBH trying to get all that music on vinyl would be really expensive. There would have to be more selective on which tracks make it to vinyl.

Tempting I might get the OLED since I don’t have one yet but honestly not sure if I really want to spend the cash on that right now.

Based on the comments I think Ubisoft’s pricing strategy needs a refactor. 😂 I got the first and loved it but haven’t really had the urge to get the second.

Reading the comments a lot of people think the price is too high but I’m here bummed that a physical copy is already sold out in the US. 😐

I wouldn’t mind getting the collector’s edition if I can get a copy. 😐

Im a regular family subscriber mainly for my wife’s cloud save for animal crossing. We do play Mario kart online occasionally.
But if the expansion service adds some GB and GBA games, I would pay the extra premium.

I preordered mine at Target before I got the email from Nintendo. So I might get the CE contents if it’s not too much of a hassle, otherwise I’ll pass.

Yup watching the video brings back memories. I spent a lot of quarters at the arcade for arcade games and played the nes and game boy games. I’m looking forward to playing this collection.

Im going to wait to listen to the theme song until I play the game but I would love any xenoblade soundtrack on vinyl 😍

It would be nice if Nintendo gave first dibs to online subscribers or those members with a lot of points as a reward. I really want the SE but I doubt I’m going to get a copy.

@Ryu_Niiyama same. yeah I do that with Spanish as well lol each Latin country has their own nuisances as well.

@Ryu_Niiyama yeah localization is hard. Each culture has their own way of expression within the same language so there is never one size fits all approach.
Having said that I’m lucky not to really notice those differences too much.
