@LegendOfPokemon It's probably because changes/additions to older Pokémon in Sun and Moon (like new moves) will cause trouble when attempting a transfer back.

Man, I can't believe I never looked at it from that angle! But it's true though. My cousin has an iPhone and is a casual gamer and Nintendo fan. He often lets his son play on his phone. And you don't want to know how many parents I saw letting their kids catch Pokémon in my city. Clever thinking, I must say.

EXCUSE ME?! Well, this is unexpected, especially since Nintendo put so much emphasis on their Fire Emblem and Animal Crossing titles. I honestly thought we wouldn't get Mario until after those two. Oh well. It personally doesn't look interesting to me at all (even though I do love Mario), but I guess it has a chance to make a splash in the App Store. I'm not sure whether making it paid without microtransactions is the best move from a financial perspective, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Just don't expect to listen to the music quietly while charging your phone

EDIT: Just saw the trailer. My first thought: "Oh my god, this looks so stupid!". My second thought: "Oh my god, this actually looks like it has potential!". If the price is right, I may even try this if they decide to release it on Android. (No game in the world could ever convince me to buy an Apple product)

Nintendo actknowledged it many times before. It has its games listed under Brawl's chronicles, it's in Tomodachi Life, and Reggie even played one in their E3 2015 announcement video. Heck, he even joked about it! "These games are great!" Knocks everything of the table.

Man, my local news outlet claimed that the app was being played by soldiers while fighting ISIS (No, I'm not kidding. They actually wrote that). People overreact to everything. Sure, the app has its dangers, but news outlets love to blow it up beyond any proportion. Remember the huge amount of hate the media gave Pokémon back in the 90s? It was satanic, racist, pro-nazies, you name it. If Peta has tought us anything it's that these sites'll attack anything to get attention, and Pokémon is no exception to that rule.

I think that €10 is overpriced, but this is pretty reasonable. May actually get them now

This looks pretty decent. I won't talk until the game is out (because Rise of Lyric looked decent too), but who knows. I don't think this'll be a great turnaround like Colours or Generations were considered to be, but who knows, it could turn out as a pretty good game.

A welcome announcement after SEGA's announcement of an announcement at E3.

I couldn't care less about Inazuma Eleven. But that new Layton sounds good! I currently only have Pandora's Box, though I want to pick up vs Phoenix Wright sometime in the future. Who knows, maybe this could be the title to really draw me in.

@Uncensored I'll be honest, I haven't played it. I just got it with the Humble Bundle though, so I will soon. However, judging from what I've seen on the internet, it's average at best.

I wouldn't pay the full price, but hey, you can get it with the Humble Bundle now (along with a ton of other Sonic games) for a third of the price!

I'm kind of hopeful, but I'll guess we'll just have to wait and see. I remember the movie being planned to be a hybrid between 3D animation and real life humans, so as long as the game doesn't go full-on Sonic '06 I'll be willing to give it the benefit of the doubt.

On the other hand, after the huge downfall we've had with Lost World and especially the Boom games, I guess we can only wait and see. Remember, Sonic '06 was made to celebrate the 15th anniversary, so an anniversary title (if this turns out to be that) doesn't necessarily have to be good like Generations was.

I was waiting for this to get announced. Now I'll pre-order. I was very tempted to get Moon, but a friend of mine is determined to get Moon, so I'll go for Sun.

Explorers of Sky was my first Mystery Dungeon game, and damn was that a trip. It was a huge adventure, with simple but lovable characters, and a compelling story. The first game to genuinely bring a tear to my eye (hey, I was still a kid)

I never heard of her. I personally get very cringy from videos like this, but it's clearly effective in a way, and I LOVE Tomodachi Life, so I'm fine with this if it helps with promoting the game.

I MAY pick up either Shingeki no Kyojin: Humanity in Chains or The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D up for those prices.

I'm definitely curious. New IPs are often very hit-or-miss for me. I loved Tomodachi Life, but I didn't care about Codename S.T.E.A.M., but who knows. Maybe they'll strike Splatoon gold, or maybe it'll be another Codename S.T.E.A.M. situation. We'll just have to wait and see.

Enough said.

I hope they return to the classic style from Mario Party DS and Mario Party 8. I don't like the car, and I don't like Mario Party Island Tour. But who knows, maybe this'll be my return to the franchise.
