@rjejr yup that worries me too...im glad the world is open to us right away but I love the story and of course the lore...to me the beginning of Twilight Princess didnt bother me as much as everyone else but in Skyward Sword it was brutal...and yet both stories were amazing with Skyward Sword being my absolute favorite...but maybe they are holding back story information as much as possible which to be honest im ok with
And I also prefer the original Xenoblade than to X....because of the story....in XCX you can get more story depending on the side quests but it never felt like a full unique story like in the original...
I personally would have loved to explore the world of the Last of Us...exploring for items, setting up shelter, booby traps to defend against the infected and truly survive...and the more you explored the more you would be prepared for the story missions ahead....wow...ok now this better be in the sequel!
aside from you fishing for comments I would like to add that there are mutiple expensive accessories that need to be purchased in order to actually use the PSVR...which to be honest PS move and PS eye were never properly or fully utilized nor mastered because it was quickly dismissed and this is what you place your faith in?
I will be behind VR when a console is fully dedicated to VR so I can get unique new creative games instead of yet another remaster hd vr of an already remastered game with little focus on gameplay and more on how the can get more of your money without having to create something new

overall im content with this E3 content especially Ever Oasis which is like the spiritual successor to Secrets of Mana we've all been waiting for and honestly the only disappointing thing is the entitlement of some gamers who are adamant about giving games like Color Splash and Federation Force such negativity...I remember when we used to play games for fun and had multiple consoles for variety of games....but now its just "gimme games i only want" and "my console is better than yours".....
too much negativity for me my firend im just going to play some MvC2 on my Dreamcast to clear my head
Color Splash looks great and based on the interview it sounds like the team was really happy adding this new card battle system and secrets to keep the player entertained...it just sad and unfair the sense of entitlement some people seem to have...I will be buying this and Federation Force day one because I'm all about playing games for fun

SFZ only hurdle is learning what control method works best for you and then when u replay all the early missions then u see your improvement and then game just clicks...at least it did for me but then again i used to play the snes starfox multiple times a day and would purposely destroy both my wings just to make my runs challenging and that was without the lock-on feature just so u realize how krazy i am LOL! It also has pretty good training tutorials that you can practice on before or in between gameplays. Its difficulty is not as bad as Dux or Neo XYX on the dreamcast but the replay value is the same because it makes you want to improve and reach those high scores especially as u memorize the levels or in this case gold medals Again the game is not perfect but it stands on its own like all the other starfox games do and to me thats a very good game...dare i say great?
But i am really looking forward to hear how Guard will be received in ur house! in my house we take turns and hand over the gamepad after each mission, upgradable cameras, constant yelling and pressure...seriously the pressure is real, online level creator/upload like mariomaker infinite possibilities (and i hopefully expect more from you than that amiibo stage u created LOL)! Which makes Guard in my opinion absolutely worth it! I only hope that it doesnt become a lost forgotten gem like Skies of Arcadia on the Dreamcast
Honestly I am amazed how well SFZ voice acting sounds especially through the gamepad. It really makes me feel like im a part of the game! But i also hear Peppy in Grippys voice i wonder if its the same person?
I find it strange most reviews left out that they can change the tv and gamepad views with select button cuz my setup is movement on the gamepd and aim looking at the tv works brilliantly for me! also the gyrowing stealth mission are really great way to change and add a unique play style! Overall im very happy with SFZ oh and the 3D gamepad sounds are an awesome touch now all i need is my arwing chair
@rjejr Honestly both games packaged are worth the value to me my friend. My son and I are really enjoying SFZ but the real surprise is SFG...Guard is being quietly ignored because its seriously that much fun especially with others in the house helping you look at the cameras...the pressure is real! Also SFZ allows you to continue exactly where u left off no need to redo from the beginning like in SF64 so u dont need to worry...though there is no Super Kong in this game either so u may still whine about SFZ difficulty later on but im sure ur boys can help u with that! DKCTF 2D platformer masterpiece LOL!!! seriously though my 9yo son has breezed through games i had a hard time with...i feel old my friend

At first this game just confused me but the more i see and learn about the unique gameplay mechanics and sessions...plus ive heard the game gets darker as you progress now im actually excited for it to release! fingers crossed that i'll be able to preorder the special edition

@rjejr i hear ya ive been doing a lot of exploring and some grinding but i also have that strategy book but it doesnt really tell u anything new other than what the game manual hasnt already explained...for example it doesnt explain the affinity quests with multiple choices like the "repair job" which u could choose quick fix or actual solution...the book is a nice read but i feel that ive learned more on my own. also there's a trick to mining but you'll understand when u finally play. also level up ur Mechanical to level 4 first then you can level up the rest trust me some probes need a higher level than others. but i hope you enjoy my friend
in Splatoon i have over 100 hours in since its launch...and in 10 days i have over 50 hours in Xenoblade Chronicles X and it wouldve been more if it wasnt for the fact that i was working doubles....i appreciate everything Splatoon has done and its a great game but Xenoblade Chronicles X is my GOTY...
@rjejr personally XCX has exceeded my expectations but if u need help feel free to ask there is so much to learn and its so rewarding. also u can lower boss difficulty if u are having trouble so you wont be in the same pickle you were with the fantastic DKCTF 2014 GOTY LOL!!!
@rjejr sorry yeah thumbdrive my bad LOL? all the XCX downloads packs together are 10gb not including the DLC which hasnt been released yet. i have only 6gb left in my internal available so my thumbdrive is a great investment and also doesnt take up any space on the back of my WiiU but like i mentioned before its the cruzer fit 2.0 speed and i bought it new soley for my Wii U. i heard another problem w/ thumbdrives is b/c of multiple rewrites and using previously used usb sticks or thumbdrives just so u know and you dont try to hunt me down incase something happens so remember buy it new. since we got a 32gb Wii U from Ninty i have very low expectations about the size of that usb w/ music and "512mb" sounds like too much memory already for Ninty...your giving Ninty too much credit LOL! but then again they did give the 3ds XL 4gb so i dunno but yeah i agree thats probably what they'll give us...besides ive had the soundtrack since it was released in Japan earlier this year and its currently in car as we speak LOL!...the hype has taken over me! good luck though in whatever u choose

yes Ninty said no to thumbnail use but ive played 4 hours straight of Game & Wario with my family because seriously those Fronz games with the family are genius and my son loves to knock down the tower when he loses just so my brother loses points LOL! but i have had Game & Wario downloaded onto the thumbnail from the club ninty rewards and ive never had a problem running it from the thumbnail. i understand you being cautious after ur premature Wii U BBQ incident but be adventurous like when i had a Dreamcast my friend and like the Dreamcast you wont be disappointed
the moment i knew about XCX and the data packs i got it but was waiting to see their size and also remember we are getting all the XCX DLC for free here so that will also need extra space! once all that is downloaded im going to buy Fatal frame and just enjoy the ride. i dont know if this eases your mind about the thumbnail but i figured its better to have first hand experience than just reading about it ya know.
The Direct did what i believe it needed to do and thats restore confidence that they are not abandoning the Wii U and 3DS in order for the future...im very happy with my Wii U and its library but knowing more games are coming is just awesome! I love the fact that no matter what Nintendo can still surprise us and makes me happy to be a gamer

ZombiU is one of my favorite WiiU games and that nursery left me traumatized especially playing the radio thats on the table hearing the final recorded moments of the nursery staff and children...i truly wish we had a sequel on the WiiU where the team had an opporunity to expand on their ideas!!! I wish them luck on their next game regardless of console

when i read that this game is right next to Mario Party 10 i shook my head...once my son tried the Yo-Kai Watch demo he wanted it instead of Ultra Smash and though i was going to surprise him with it this preview makes me feel like Ninty rushed this out for the holiday

Second why is everyone so hung up about this mobile game? Is this seriously going to change any perspective you have on Nintendo? LOL! wow...the salt is everywhere! the Dreamcast to me was on par with my N64 when it came to replayability because after MGS and Silent Hills my Playstation was only used for Marvel vs Capcom but even then i would prefer MvC2 on the Dreamcast.
its funny how much people get torn up emotionally about sales figures because in my eyes the Dreamcast was far from a flop and the proof was in its library...and those same people praising the Dreamcast probably didnt own one or support until it was cool to say it was great which is obtuse to me since they were on the console war hype train. I purchase consoles for their game library not to have something to write about on web sites or do a blog rant. So i guess it'll be hysterical to hear the same people praise the Wii U years laters?
it looks ok on the New 3DS but XC is meant to be on the big screen...playing it on the Wii U in Wii mode makes the game look very slightly better since its going through the HDMI but overall a big screen to enjoy this incredible game and soundtrack...if they ever decide to do an HD remaster of this game my mind would probably explode...but that will never happen its as likely as getting XC on the Virtual Console in NA...sad but true

@rjejr during the slow times at work i always enjoyed reading the Iwata asks developer interviews especially the ones on Xenoblade Chronicles and Luigi's Mansion. It shows a side of Nintendo where we are able to read some great stories and secrets.

They had BowJr,Shulk, Grenin,Olimar,Lilmac,CaptFalcon, Zelda,FoxYoshi and Peach at my TRU. the Yarn Yoshis are $17.99 each which is bananas! but i was lucky and they didnt notice and i got the blue and pink yoshi for $22!! but im keepin an eye out for ALBW sale for your boys a few months ago they had it for $20 at Bestbuy...im sure it'll be back on sale for the holidays

@rjejr i hear ya ive been doing a lot of exploring and some grinding but i also have that strategy book but it doesnt really tell u anything new other than what the game manual hasnt already explained...for example it doesnt explain the affinity quests with multiple choices like the "repair job" which u could choose quick fix or actual solution...the book is a nice read but i feel that ive learned more on my own. also there's a trick to mining but you'll understand when u finally play. also level up ur Mechanical to level 4 first then you can level up the rest trust me some probes need a higher level than others. but i hope you enjoy my friend

in Splatoon i have over 100 hours in since its launch...and in 10 days i have over 50 hours in Xenoblade Chronicles X and it wouldve been more if it wasnt for the fact that i was working doubles....i appreciate everything Splatoon has done and its a great game but Xenoblade Chronicles X is my GOTY...
@rjejr personally XCX has exceeded my expectations but if u need help feel free to ask there is so much to learn and its so rewarding. also u can lower boss difficulty if u are having trouble so you wont be in the same pickle you were with the fantastic DKCTF 2014 GOTY LOL!!!

@rjejr sorry yeah thumbdrive my bad LOL? all the XCX downloads packs together are 10gb not including the DLC which hasnt been released yet. i have only 6gb left in my internal available so my thumbdrive is a great investment and also doesnt take up any space on the back of my WiiU but like i mentioned before its the cruzer fit 2.0 speed and i bought it new soley for my Wii U. i heard another problem w/ thumbdrives is b/c of multiple rewrites and using previously used usb sticks or thumbdrives just so u know and you dont try to hunt me down incase something happens so remember buy it new. since we got a 32gb Wii U from Ninty i have very low expectations about the size of that usb w/ music and "512mb" sounds like too much memory already for Ninty...your giving Ninty too much credit LOL! but then again they did give the 3ds XL 4gb so i dunno but yeah i agree thats probably what they'll give us...besides ive had the soundtrack since it was released in Japan earlier this year and its currently in car as we speak LOL!...the hype has taken over me! good luck though in whatever u choose

yes Ninty said no to thumbnail use but ive played 4 hours straight of Game & Wario with my family because seriously those Fronz games with the family are genius and my son loves to knock down the tower when he loses just so my brother loses points LOL! but i have had Game & Wario downloaded onto the thumbnail from the club ninty rewards and ive never had a problem running it from the thumbnail. i understand you being cautious after ur premature Wii U BBQ incident but be adventurous like when i had a Dreamcast my friend and like the Dreamcast you wont be disappointed
the moment i knew about XCX and the data packs i got it but was waiting to see their size and also remember we are getting all the XCX DLC for free here so that will also need extra space! once all that is downloaded im going to buy Fatal frame and just enjoy the ride. i dont know if this eases your mind about the thumbnail but i figured its better to have first hand experience than just reading about it ya know.

The Direct did what i believe it needed to do and thats restore confidence that they are not abandoning the Wii U and 3DS in order for the future...im very happy with my Wii U and its library but knowing more games are coming is just awesome! I love the fact that no matter what Nintendo can still surprise us and makes me happy to be a gamer

its on amazon for $20 bucks! i bought one in prepration for XCX! it works great and i have had no problems just that i have to organize my storage but thats about it! but once u have it plugged in you can not plug in another one or an additional External HDD which does suck but i believe im good for awhile. becareful if u decide to go with the 128gb 3.0 model the 3.0 speed i heard causes some of the problems others get with memory on the Wii U.
i downloaded both and am not wasting anytime the hype has taken over me LOL! and yeah i know u never stopped complaining but all in good fun my friend

ZombiU is one of my favorite WiiU games and that nursery left me traumatized especially playing the radio thats on the table hearing the final recorded moments of the nursery staff and children...i truly wish we had a sequel on the WiiU where the team had an opporunity to expand on their ideas!!! Second why is everyone so hung up about this mobile game? Is this seriously going to change any perspective you have on Nintendo? Happy Home Designer was not the Animal Crossing game i wanted nor thought should have been made but look over a million sold...Tomadachi Life, no thank you but look how it sold....im just saying sometimes u just never know. plus I dont care about having any of my core Nintendo experiences on the mobile platform so this news to me means nothing, zip, zilch... People dont want Zelda on mobile but are upset that Zeldas not on mobile huh? When has Ninty done anything the way people expected? That makes them Ninty they innovate they constantly try new things...and it either does outstanding or dissappoints. Miitomo is not an App for core gamers its an App like any other App you try it and decide whether u like it or not. And since its not something i want it can come in 2019 for all i care...im too busy playing games to worry about games i have no interest in or are clearly not aimed for me. LOL! wow...the salt is everywhere! the Dreamcast to me was on par with my N64 when it came to replayability because after MGS and Silent Hills my Playstation was only used for Marvel vs Capcom but even then i would prefer MvC2 on the Dreamcast.
its funny how much people get torn up emotionally about sales figures because in my eyes the Dreamcast was far from a flop and the proof was in its library...and those same people praising the Dreamcast probably didnt own one or support until it was cool to say it was great which is obtuse to me since they were on the console war hype train. I purchase consoles for their game library not to have something to write about on web sites or do a blog rant. So i guess it'll be hysterical to hear the same people praise the Wii U years laters?

it looks ok on the New 3DS but XC is meant to be on the big screen...playing it on the Wii U in Wii mode makes the game look very slightly better since its going through the HDMI but overall a big screen to enjoy this incredible game and soundtrack...if they ever decide to do an HD remaster of this game my mind would probably explode...but that will never happen its as likely as getting XC on the Virtual Console in NA...sad but true

@rjejr during the slow times at work i always enjoyed reading the Iwata asks developer interviews especially the ones on Xenoblade Chronicles and Luigi's Mansion. It shows a side of Nintendo where we are able to read some great stories and secrets.

They had BowJr,Shulk, Grenin,Olimar,Lilmac,CaptFalcon, Zelda,FoxYoshi and Peach at my TRU. the Yarn Yoshis are $17.99 each which is bananas! but i was lucky and they didnt notice and i got the blue and pink yoshi for $22!! but im keepin an eye out for ALBW sale for your boys a few months ago they had it for $20 at Bestbuy...im sure it'll be back on sale for the holidays
