Prime Remastered was my first time playing a Prime game and I enjoyed it. So a Prime 2 and 3 remaster in the future would be nice. Hunters would be nice too.
It didn't bother me Age of Calamity wasn't canon, I enjoyed the game for what it was. Looking forward to Age of Imprisonment I like some mindless slashing action.
I will say the look of Hyrule in Age of Calamity you could consider canon to BotW it gave us a good look at what the kingdom look like 100 years prior. Hopefully Age of Imprisonment will do the same.
I haven't done one of these in a while. Since last time, I've finished Sonic X Shadow Generations really enjoyed that game one of my favorite Sonic games.
After that I played Super Mario Odyssey for the first time, while I own some Mario games I'm not the biggest Mario fan (there's nothing wrong with Mario I can give or take his games) I enjoyed Mario Odyssey it surprised me in some cases especially the soundtrack. Finished the story and got some extra moons might get the rest some other time. I saw The Super Mario Movie on Netflix I haven't seen yet so I might watch that later in the week.
What I'm playing now, I have got Echoes of Wisdom and Paper Mario TTYD yet to play but I've decided to return to Tears of the Kingdom after a 6 month hiatus to at least get the remaining shrines and beat the story. The other stuff I'll do after I've done all that.
My favorite game I picked was Sonic X Shadow Generations. Completed Shadow Generations now on Sonic Generations for the first time. Absolutely excellent game.
TotK is massive so probably continuing that one next year, hopefully complete it too. Played Metroid Prime Remaster in the beginning of the year never played a Prime game before really enjoyed it hoping for a remaster for the other two and looking forward to Beyond too. While I completed the base game for Frontiers last year, I hadn't completed the Final Horizon DLC so completed that over the summer.
@Not_Soos You should watched the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, I grew up with that one and loved it. Its still great now imo. It follows the original Turtles comics more so it's little darker than the 80s cartoon.
I never really got on with the 80s cartoon, I always liked the more darker series I grew up with.
I like the idea of the of the timeline but i dont take it all seriously. Sure there is errors but that's why I like Zelda Theory channels. It's all bit a fun at the end of the day.
1. Sonic Rush Adventure: Sonic Rush is excellent too but I feel played Adventure more. Both games need to come to modern consoles.
2. Professor Layton and the Lost Future: I only got 3 in the series but Lost Future was my first game in the series. My favorite of the three.
3. Mario Kart DS: One of my most played games on DS.
4. Mario and Luigi: Bowsers Inside Story: I haven't got much to say for this one but it's great. Love the the gameplay between Mario and Luigi and Bowser. The story was great and funny.
5. Pokemon Platinum: Even though I was fan of Pokemon in the late 90s this was my first full Pokemon game. I didn't 100% at the time but I did restart it a few years ago and 100%. Really enjoyed it.
I love Revenge of the Sith is on here, sadly I gave mine copy away but I loved that game and played it a lot. I either played the Anakin or Obi Wan stories or playing against the CPUs in the dog fights. Very fun game.
I got the original DS in 2005 with Metroid Prime Hunters Demo, it was my very first handheld console. 4 years later got the DSi massive improvement over the original also a great console.
I would later pass on my original DS to my niceses and then my DSi to them when I got my 3DS but I've still got my DS games. Which I play from time to time.
@FX29 It is. When I am in the zone for the game I'm playing I'm in the zone. I can't play something else alongside it. The next game will have to wait after I finish this one. I say that I haven't finished Tears of the Kingdom yet but that game is MASSIVE but I will return to it.
I'm amazed how people can play multiple playthroughs of different games at the same time. I can't do that, I have to concentrate on one game at a time. Quite a talent in my books 😆
I'm playing Sonic Unleashed on Wii at the moment. I completed the story about a year a bit ago thought I'll try and 100%. I never have since I've had the game, which was 2008. I hope one day the PS/Xbox version gets remastered and comes on the Switch successor, I've never played that version of the game except watching footage on YouTube.
Didn't own a GBA back in the day, so never played them or Sonic Battle. The closest I got to playing the Sonic Advanced games was the Ultimate Flash Sonic game 20 years ago (remember that game). So as a Sonic fan i always wanted to play them, so a Sonic Advanced collection would be great. If they want to throw Sonic Battle in the collection too I'll be alright with that 😉
Like a good few of you, I'm still playing through Tears of the Kingdom and enjoying every second of it but I'm taking a break from it (that game is absolutely massive) So I decided to finish off Sonic Frontiers final dlc.
I finished off the story early this week, now I'm unlocking the map, maxing out Tails, Amy and Knuckles, doing all the conversations and all cyber levels.
While I don't think Frontiers is a masterpiece and it has its faults. I find it very enjoyable game and I have blast playing it.
I've got pack of those and few other free gifts from NOM including a few of the free DVDs. I use to love getting NOM, great magazine. Some of the wall posters were pretty cool too.
I've still got this, it's in my draw with my D-2 digivice. Both don't work now. I think I took the batteries out when they stopped working and never replaced them. I'm glad it got made use to love looking at it as child.
May not as be much of a fan now but i would like to watch these final 11 episodes with Ash and Pikachu just to see how it ends. I might also have look at the new series when it airs.
Nice thought. I'm not sure i would get them day 1 as I've got them on WiiU. Rather have a Zelda game i never played like Phantom Hourglass or Spirit Tracks or any remasters of top down Zelda's. I haven't played them. I've played Links Awakening Switch version and A Link Between Worlds and enjoyed them. So more remakes/remasters of top down Zelda would be nice.
I'm playing through Metroid Dread at the moment and so far its a excellent game. I hope it wins at least one of its nominations. 1am is a little late for me if it was on earlier then i would've put it on in the background and watch it but i like sleep. So I'll check out the results and any announcements in the morning.
Had to quickly swap out Skyward Sword HD for Breath of the Wild.
I got this game November 2019 and my percentage is 84.69%. Its mostly Koroks seeds i need to get. I've got 716 of them and i need to get the Hinox and Stone Talus Medals too. I don't know if the medals are part of the percentage or not but I'm going to get them.
I was thinking about Super Mario 64 DS when reading your article.
While enjoying the main game i did enjoy the mini games too. The Luigi ones were my favourite. It didn't turn me into a gambler. I haven't played the main game or the mini games in quite a while might need to replay SM64DS again at some point.
I wonder if Zelda will be affected. Some of the mini games in those games could be classed as gambling.
Still replaying through Pokemon Platinum. Leveling up my Pokemon for the elite four now.
I think most my attention will be on Skyward Sword HD which i got a few days ago. The original was my first Zelda game and I'm 7 hours in and i think its great remaster. SS was already a beautiful game the remaster makes it look even better. Bringing back memories when i first played it. Probably my favourite Zelda game.
Never played a Koei Tecmo game before and thought AoC was a fun game. I haven't 100% the game yet but finished the story a few months back. Enjoyed the story too.
@Taekw0ndud First time playing Breath of the Wild lucky you. It will definitely take up alot of your time. I got it at the end of 2019 and i was playing it all of 2020. Such a great game. Enjoy.
I have to say I'm more of a fan of Drummond and Griffith as Sonic. I felt their voices matched Sonic more than Roger's but good luck to him. 10 years of voicing Sonic must be a record.
I wonder they'll update Smash Ultimate with the new voice actor when he takes over.
I'm not sure how much this will enhance my Switch experience but it's a nice update. New icons are always appreciated. I would love it if they put some sonic the hedgehog icons on the list. I know it's not Nintendo's IP but I would love it if they did.
Switch and PS5. If I had the money I would buy a PS5. PlayStation have more first party games I'm interested in i.e Spiderman, Ratchet and Clank than Xbox. I can buy all the big third party titles like Star Wars ect and any that are on Switch I would buy for PS5. I would keep my Switch for Nintendo's own games and any Switch exclusive games. They would be my dream pair.
Played the demo and loved it. I probably won't get the full game until next month. I'm nearly done with my first playthrough of BotW. So it's gives me time to finish BotW first.
Even though I've still got my copy of SS and I can play it anytime on my Wii U. I wouldn't say no to a remaster on Switch. SS was my first Zelda game and see it all polished up would be amazing.
I wonder if this game will have anything to do with the Time Lord Victorious multi media story arc there doing at the end of the year.
I've played a little of the LEGO Dimensions Doctor Who game. It was really good. I really hope they do a full LEGO Doctor Who game one day. I know the people at TT Games are interested in doing one. They just need the BBC to green light it.
Brawl was my first Smash game and I have never looked back. Love this series. I remember reading Nintendo Official Magazine, use to love that magazine, and reading all the new updates about the game and as a Sonic fan seeing him in the game was amazing.
I've still got Brawl and I might play the Subspace Emissary now and again but Ultimate is the main Smash game now. I've got great memories playing Brawl.

I'm still on my first playthrough lol but I'm getting there. I've only played BOTW once through I will replay it one day.
I'm the same with the zonal devices I'm not very creative with them but its amazing what people have done with them.

Re: Ash Ketchum And Pikachu's Time In The Pokémon Anime Is Coming To An End
An end of a era. I haven't watched the Pokémon anime religiously since Johoto Journeys. Sort of lost interest after that only catching a smattering of episodes across the other series.
May not as be much of a fan now but i would like to watch these final 11 episodes with Ash and Pikachu just to see how it ends. I might also have look at the new series when it airs.
